CARTER FENCE CO INC

I called this company based on both a referral and seeing them on a referenced website. I left a message on their phone system around 5:00. By noon the next day no return call and I was trying to schedule estimates for this upcoming weekend. Anyway when I called back the woman who asnwered was rude, then got snarky after I commented that I had left a message and basically said "You need to find another company". Not good! I know I won;t do business with people that treat customers this way.

We need some work done on existing gates and some new ones made. Carter fence sent out Miguel to bid the job and we were impressed with his knowledge of how it needed to be done correctly. The work was done promptly and We are very happy with the service and professionalism of this company and their employees. We will call them again.

Needless to say, we dide not use this company.

The experience with excellent with their company. They had the lowest bid of all the companies we got quotes from, and the service they gave was very satisfying to us because the project took longer than they had anticipated and they honored the quote and completed the job in spite of that. They were neat and tidy in their work--the crew was also very hard working. They responded right away to our phone calls and they were quickest and easiest in terms of obtaining a quote.
