Description of Work: Carlos and his crew did an amazing job on our renovation. His price was more than fair and he did all the work on schedule, finishing exactly when he told me he would. He resurfaced to stone two fireplaces, installed backsplash and new marble countertops in our kitchen, and tiled our shower and bathroom floor. He took us to a fantastic store in the valley which had all the stone and tile you could ask for. His work is fantastic because he is honest and truly cares. He is the best at what he does because of these qualities. I will use him in the future without a doubt!

Description of Work: Carlos was punctual, professional, and his pricing was exceptional. He came out the same day I called to give us a free in-home estimate on replacing our dated tile countertops with prefab emerald pearl granite. The subsequent demolition and installation was completed in one day. My husband was so impressed that he asked Carlos to give us estimates on redoing our bathrooms as well. We will use C-Bek Tile for any future tile and granite projects that come up.

Description of Work: Called and left messages 3 times and never received a call back. I assume the job was too small to interest them.

Description of Work: Did two jobs within a month - so happy with the first, added a second. First Job: repair and replace interior slate flooring that had been removed to replace pluming in cement. Not easy, but everything came out great looking and the floor is flat. Second Job: repair deteriorated exterior tiles, removed tiles put in new weatherproofing underneath.

Description of Work: Carlos and crew have worked on my daughters condo "all new granit counter tops and wood flooring" and several times on our house, "entire patio pan's and new tile, slate". This time he did a bar area that was originally laid with wood. Who puts wood in a bar area? If you have found C-Bek, stop your search, for you have found the best.

Description of Work: In our 2nd bathroom we had new subway tile installed around tub and new tile installed on floor. Carlos and crew did a wonderful job. The bathroom had bear walls and the floor was just the ply wood (we had just added on to the house). We had already purchased the tile. The crew came in the first day and put up the wire and concert on the walls and floor. The second day they installed the tile around tub and on floor. The third day they applied the grout. Carlos was kind enough to put on the sealer for a very reduced price on the last day. They were very professional and cleaned up after each days work. Everyone who has come in to see it has commented on how great the workmanship is. I would recommend Carlos and crew to anyone who wants tiles installed or repaired. He responsed to my phone calls and emails promptly and was clear on what needed to be done and what he would do for the price quoted.

Description of Work: I had a new tile floor installed in a kitchen, dining area and entryway. Carlos and his crew did a magnificent job and even made design recommendations that really added to the overall of the new floor. Carlos maintained excellent communication with me thoughout the project and called each day to inquire if the work and each point was acceptable. His crew was friendly , personable and very neat. They cleaned up (as best they could) each day to minimize the dust in the house from the construction. I was worried about the quantity of tile I had on hand to complete the project and Carlos made great suggestions to minimize waste and stretch the tile amount to complete the job. The floor looks absolutely fantastic and I will definitely use Carlos and crew on a future project I have planned. Outstanding job.
