I approved the bid and then I was scheduled to have the work performed 2 weeks later. Ralph called that prior to the appointment to inform me that they were on their way. The foreman reviewed all the work again with me and began working immediately. They worked harmoniously with my tree trimmers and were very neat. Once the work was complete the forman walked around my property with me to ensure that I was satisfied. Any changes I requested they made.

They are very good. They did really good job. They were lowest in price. They were knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job. They came in 10% below in price than others. I would use them in the future.

I was impressed with the quality of the materials used, and the expertise of the labor. Everything went well.

From my first contact with Ralph F. back in the spring I knew that Brothers Sheet Metal was a cut above the competition. I obtained three (3) proposals for my gutter installation project. My 1954 ranch is an open rafter design, meaning that their is no facia board nailed to the end of the rafters. We've been in the home for 1-1/2 years. Gutter installation was likely forestalled for years prior to our ownership because it wasn't obvious how to install gutters in light of the open rafter design. Brothers was the only company that: Knew right off the bat how to deal with the open rafter design of the roof. One of the competitors scratched his head, the other didn't even discuss it. The brackets aren't visible and they result in a superior installation from a structural standpoint. Talked about esthetics at all. The home has a long, low profile that makes for a marvelous curb appeal and Ralph knew how to protect it with the lower profile half-rounds rather than a deeper, boxier gutter style. After the install you can't really notice them from the street. The crew was prompt, courteous and professional. The job took a day and half and now our home is protected from any further foundation damage due to a lack of rain gutters. Brothers was not the cheapest but I was impressed with Ralph's level of knowledge and the outstanding quality of the installation. My property has drainage issues and gutters are the most important part of the solution.

First, Ralph was a consummate professional from the first moment on the phone through the final payment was settled. He is friendly, honest, and direct. He arrived punctually for the estimate and provided a very professional proposal for the job. The price was fair, and due to his integrity, we selected him for the job. The team had to reschedule the install due to a problem with their equipment. When they came a few days later to do the job, we were at work. So, upon returning home, we were thrilled to find the gutters perfectly installed and no mess to be found! The gutters blended in perfectly with our wood trim, making them hard to even notice, and the machine-fitted corners complete the job perfectly. We couldn't have been happier with the result, and we couldn't ask anything more of a contractor. Thanks so much, Ralph and crew!

Ralph Flores came out to give me an estimate within two days of my calling. He was prompt, polite and very professional. He took his notes and emailed me the same day with a quote, detailing what would be done and the cost for each item. I asked for three (3) current references to check with past customers but the list initially provided was very old and out of date. When I contacted Ralph he emailed me with more current references and would update his current list. When I contacted the customers on this new list they all gave high recommendations. I also asked for samples of the particular color of the new materials, he gave me three (3) sample of the color I chose, white. He also gave me a sample of the leaf-guard material. I was able to coordinate with my painter to be sure everything matched. When they finished they cleaned everything. I requested three (3) estimates and while Brother's was not the cheapest, I feel they were the best. A very positive experience and I would use them and recommend them to others.

One of the brothers (I think it was Ralph) came to the property PROMPTLY as he said he would, and gave me a very professisonal proposal that was not the lowest and not the highest, but was very detailed, and they submitted it when they said they would. They came when they said they would and completed the job before the day was over, as they said they would, and left the property clean. The gentleman that came to the site to do the estimate was very professional, friendly (but not that annoying overly friendly), and I was very impressed. I was very happy with the job, the price, and the customer service. I highly recommend them and will call them anytime I need their service. BOTTOM LINE: They did what they said they would, at the price that they said they would, and completed it when they said they would, and I did NOT have to ask them to clean up after themselves - EXTREMELY RARE these days.

I spoke with Ralph, the owner. He really knows his job and has been around for a long time. I have been in the insurance business and have found him to be a very trustworthy contractor. He isn't the cheapest available, but he is one of the best. The crew knows what they are doing and try to be very quiet during the work. They give you all of your options and want to make sure that you are satisfied. They are the type of people who I would highly recommend to others. They use good quality products and I am very pleased with their service.

Ralph, the company representative arrived on time to measure the roof requiring new gutters, discuss types and colors available, and timing of the work. Within 24 hours I had a detailed estimate and video/pictures of similar work done by his company. The work was done on time. We are pleased with the appearance and function of our new gutters. We would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to our friends.

gutters can make or break a house. (well, they can't make it, but they can really detract...) we had custom 50's gutters on our mid- century house until they corroded away. several years ago, to get us through el nino, we installed the aluminum gutters you see everywhere. they were beyond ugly but did the job. after a recent remodel we removed the "clown car" gutters (if any of you have seen the installation of this type of gutter you know what i am talking about!) this time we wanted something that would work with our newly remodeled home. this was a custom, custom, custom job. we have a mid century house with angles everywhere. the fascia, the overhanging eaves, drainage issues. Brothers came up with a design that is so amazing (the best complement i can give them is that you don't see them, and they work). we had a custom coating... so no painting, matched our metal and painted wood fascia perfectly. besides the fact that we are really happy with the work (quality of materials and installation), we are really happy with the service. After the installation we got a rain chain and Brothers came by to install it for us. They also got custom exterior paint to match the gutters and painted every seam and rivet. (left the extra paint with us). Brothers is not cheap (but you get what you pay for) and we are really happy with what we paid and what we got. what could be better! they also fabricated and installed a 106" ( not small, two stories high) custom corner column of dark bronze sheet metal for our new construction after our contractor (craig tozer of sanctuary construction) bailed on us. they did it without the original plans and it is perfect! (this post is a little long, but after 2 years of construction and dozens of subs there are a handful that really stepped up and did excellent work and they should be recognized.)

Called Brothers Sheet Metal to see what could be done with the existing gutters and how much would it be to install new ones. Ralph came over, listened to all my problems and concerns and gave his professional opinion. Ralph was able to provide great suggestions and gave me an estimate while he was there. Overall Ralph and his crew were very professional and did a fine job in a timely manner. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned up after gutter removal and haul-away. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutter repair or new installation.

We were very impressed with Ralph and his company. We had contacted 3 A-rated gutter installation companies based on Angies List. One of the companies failed to show up and the other quote was slightly higher in cost to Brothers Sheet Metal. What set it apart, was the quality of the quote (a full package that included copies of insurance, a clear to read proposal and quite frankly, the easiness of working with Ralph and his ability to answer our questions). Even more impressive was the fact that we were under a tight deadline since we already had our painters working on the house and Ralph was able to move a job to meet our deadline. Ralph's crew did a great job and kept the job site clean. In addition, we decided at the last moment to replace an old metal awning and Ralph was able to have it fabricated and installed in 2 days so our painters could also paint the awning which saved us money. The new gutters and awning look amazing and the pride of craftsman shows in the quality of the materials and the workmen. We can't wait to see how the gutters work the next time it rains. Last, I would note that Ralph gave us the 10% Angies List discount which also helped us as we were over budget on our project. This is the company to work with for all of your gutter and metal fabrication needs.

I had an A-1 experience with Brothers! After finding the company via Angie's List, I sent an email to the company. I was contacted within hours and an appointment was setup for an estimate. Ralph Flores arrived on time (actually early) for our meeting and the estimate was emailed to me the next day. We set up a day for the service and I received both an email confirmation and a calendar notice. The job was scheduled for 8AM and the 3-man crew arrived on time (actually early). During their prep, Ralph Flores arrived to look over the project. The job was completed quickly, neatly and perfectly. Brothers Sheet Metal did an excellent job. I will recommend them to friends and family.

A very pleasant experience from the first phone call setting up an appointment for an estimate through the end of the installation. The crew was prompt, polite and did an excellent job. Upon completion, the site was cleaned up and all trash hauled away. We were extremely pleased with the company and definitely would use them again in the future.

Very professional too -- they didn't try to over sell me and in fact gave a couple of tips on what I could do to improve the issue I am having in the back of my house beside adding the gutters.

Their price was similar to another company that we got a quote from. The serviceman that came out seemed really knowledgeable and discussed the alternative materials with me and the pros and cons. He educated me on things to be aware of and we appreciated that he was looking out for the best interest of our house. He was telling us that we wanted to direct rainwater certain places. He seemed very knowledgeable in educating us about gutters. The only real difference between them and another company was that he seemed more knowledgeable and he promised to take my dog for a walk the next time. We will probably go with them.

Brother's did a great job and I would recommend them. I worked with the salesman Ralph who knew his stuff and did everything he could for a great experience. Their pricing was very fair and they came out to install when they said they would. Could not have been happier after experiencing the last rain storm of 2010 - gutters worked great. Would recommend to anyone looking for gutter work.

Ralph, the owner of the company, scheduled me for 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010. He and his crew actually arrived at 7:50 a.m. Needless to say, I scheduled with them that early for a reason, and greatly appreciated their promptness. Ralph walked with me around my house, painstakingly taking note of every conceivable issue regarding the installation and very imaginatively resolving each in such a way as not to detract one bit from the aesthetics of my home. It became clear very early on that customer satisfaction and attention to detail are extremely important to him. His three-man team was no different. The guys also worked very carefully to avoid damaging my landscaping. Each unbegrudgingly entertained my questions and acted on any requests I made of him. The team worked quickly but carefully, cleaned up every bit of debris, and left me with a superb set of gutters. I highly recommend this company--and already have to my best friend as well as to others. You will appreciate the conscientious way they work, their promptness, and the quality of their product.

Ralph arrived at stated time, was friendly and explained in detail the process of replacing my old gutters. There was no pressure to have additional work done but added leafguards at my request, something I had already decided to do. His crew arrived when scheduled within the week. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their obvious skill, and Jairo's willingness to to an additonal item at my request. They finished on schedule and left my yard perfectly clean.

The crew was about an hour late, due to freeway traffic. I walked the gutter scope of work with Jairo, going over every detail. They completed the removal and replacement on the new gutters in 6 hours. The new gutters looked great, every detail was installed as we discussed. The quality of work was excellent. The only problem was finger prints were left on the new gutters, which Jairo and his crew completely wiped down. I would recommend Brother's Sheet Metal to my family and friends, we are very happy with their work!

Excellent. Ralph came by and gave the best estimate for gutters. I had called him for sheet metal work but his estimate for gutters beat everyone so I included that also. He was very professional and showed me his previous work via pictures. Also offered different types of gutters to fit our house architecturally. He had a very professional crew but above all Ralph was easy to reach and very personable to deal with. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. We have a 4000 sq ft home and the gutters look amazing (if gutters can look amazing)

Pretty straight-forward. They emailed me a quote a couple days after initial call. I remembered needing leaf guards, so Ralph made another visit to measure and give me a figure. New proposal drawn up via email. He scheduled me for work a week or so later, a Friday morning. I met the crew, gave them a check and left for work. New gutters were there when I got home :) Pretty clean install, seamless sheet metal. If any gripes, they could have tidied up a bit more after, but it seems par for the course with any contractor that there be bits and pieces here and there. Am looking forward to the rain.

The following week the rear gutters were installed and looked fantasic. No issues with either the install and or the price that they quoted me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He did a good job, he creatively repaired a problem that we had. Rather than replace the gutter he repaired it.
