 + -1 moreThey were the 1st to respond to my email (within the hour) and by far the most courteous, friendliest, & professional folks I reached out to out of a quite a few. I spoke with them on the phone and that went very well too. In the end we ended up not having them do the work, but only because we found a friend in the business who gave us an unbeatable price. I should say that while our friend was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received that BNS DID offer to match the price (which i know was a great deal). In this case, the loyalty to the friend one the bid, but otherwise BNS would have definitely had the job. I've kept these guys on my Rolodex so to speak.
Description of Work: ***We did not have them do the job (only because a friend did the job in the end*** I contacted BNS for a quote on sourcing, fabricating, and installing a Caesarstone counter top for our newly remodeled kitchen - we did Ikea cabinets ourselves and wanted quartz counters. We have a fairly large counter area, plus a large island (12' x 5') and a bar top on one side of the island.

 + 0 moreMy experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS. The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements. The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that. Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again.
Description of Work: I had granite installed in my kitchen, wet bar, and vanity by BNS.

I've had other jobs done that didn't go very smooth. This was a great experience working with them. They didn't interfere with anything else at our home.

Description of Work: I was very excited to hire these people, saw their work, but when we sceduled all went to pot. They miss scheudled by a day off. Paint on the floor/refridgerator, complained was told would be taken care of, never happened. When removing old back splash, gouged out plywood/ material behind sink was told would repair, never did. Children in my house without my permission and left a mess for me to clean up after, when complained was told they thought I would not mind lost my soap dish, no replacemnet replaced garbage diposal, then had to have real plumber come and fix pipes as theirs had pipe going uphill, cost me $269. my dishwasher is now out approx 1 inch from where it was They have never fixed any of these issues, as matter of fact just asked for reccommendations, sent them email with this and of course no reply. BBB would not do anything unless I sued. Will not , my first project, learned. Be very cautious of this sister group.
