We just had our kitchen completely renovated by Beverly Builders Group, and we couldn't be happier with the end result! Lawrence was our contractor and he fully brought our vision to life!!! My family and I went out of the country while the kitchen renovations were done and Lawrence took care of everything for us. He was super easy to get in contact with when we needed him or had any questions. He honestly went above and beyond for us and I loved how transparent he was about the job along the way. I've worked with other contractors in the past that weren't so honest and it was such a nice experience this time around. Emily was our project coordinator and designer and kept us updated daily on what was happening. We were always in communication with her and she overlooked our shopping list of all appliances so nothing was missed on our installation dates. Kitchen and M. Bath My husband and I were facing our first remodeling project as first time homebuyers. We are so happy that we chose Beverly Builders Group for our kitchen and master bath remodel project. They did an amazing job! Roy and Lauren, were my leaders and designers, they came out to meet with me personally to discuss my needs and the vision that they have for our remodel project was stunning. They both really listened to me and also offered great suggestions and design advice. The team assigned to our kitchen master bath remodel project - from the demolition guys and frames to the tile guy, electrician, plumber, etc...were top-notch and did great work. During the entire process, if we had a question we could always call the office directly at any time. Now we want to remodel our other bathroom and garage. We did not even have to think twice. We will definitely go again with Beverly Builders Group for such a fantastic job the first time that we wanted them to do our next remodeling job too!

I have been through three separate remodeling projects over the past 6 years and this is the first time I would recommend (happily and highly recommend) a company. Roy was absolutely wonderful to work with. His communication was impeccable, he answered all my many questions and was a true partner throughout the process. We did a full kitchen remodel, including tearing down a wall and raising the ceiling. We also added some work in the living room removing a soffit and remodeling the fireplace, as well as some work in the powder room. We were able to work out a budget and keep the cost to a reasonable range. The workers were professional and stuck to their proposed schedule. The whole crew was fantastic. Everyone is so good at their jobs and also just genuinely nice people. And so clean! No one ever left trash anywhere - not one soda can or wrapper. And they routinely came to take away any debris from the demo and remodel process. We will definitely call Roy and Beverly Builders Group

We hired David and Noah to do a gut renovation of our home in Santa Monica. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with the office I knew these guys were different. We were impressed to find that they were the only contractors to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. When we met we immediately felt comfortable entrusting our new home to his company. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing. David and Noah, and their entire team handled each surprise like seasoned pros and these challenges did not stop their team from delivering the home we had envisioned. Santa Monica is also very strict with inspections. The office was scheduling inspections every time we needed and was very patient and professional working with the city. The quality of the work has been great and the team even occasionally reaches out to make sure everything is ok. I would not hesitate recommending them. At the end of the day they are really great people with a terrific team. They are professional and they stand by their work.

We suffered a major leak last year, causing an immediate need to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed six general contractors prior to making our selection, asking nearly every question we could think of to ensure we made the right choice. From the very first meeting, we knew Elron and his company was the right fit for us. Whereas each of the other 5 candidates gave various (sometimes opposing) solutions for the soffit in our kitchen, Elron was the first to get his hands dirty to find out what was feasible and cost-effective. He was a straight-shooter, set proper expectations and followed through during the entirety of our project. His subcontractors were all top notch and worked hard to ensure we were happy with the final product. Our entire kitchen remodel took 5 weeks from start to finish (including Christmas and New Years). The teams were clean, courteous, and detailed. Jordan was a great help on the design aspect of the project. She joined us on our shopping trips to find countertops, flooring, and backsplash and provided helpful recommendations for hardware and other finishing touches. Her eye for design was spot on and her connections in the trade made the entire process so much easier than had we tried to wade through on our own. We love our new kitchen and had a great experience with Beverly Builders Group. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality home renovations and plan to use them again in the future for our next set of projects.

It is my pleasure to review Beverly Builders Groupâ s remodel of my home. I had the great fortune to have received the recommendation to hire Elron. I have had a great experience with him from the beginning to completion of my project. I had interviews with 4 other contractors and was very disappointed that the others did not offer any suggestions to help improve my project with advice for better function or improved aesthetics. Elron immediately stood out, lending his expertise and guidance to create an excellent result! He managed and oversaw his team, to make sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. I highly recommend Beverly Builders Group. This was the smoothest remodel l've ever experienced. Elron and his crew were perfectionists. Have you ever had a contractor who cared more about detail than you? They were the most responsible company l've ever worked with. They did everything on schedule and everything they did was beautiful and the craftsmanship was amazing. We were living in the house while they worked and they were so clean and careful. They completely remodeled a very large bathroom and a guest bath. Everything from the ground up. I can't say enough about them. I'm so glad I chose them. I lucked out!

I love my new bathroom! I had been waiting to do it for so long, as it's a big job and it's the only bathroom in the house. Beverly Builders Group team was great. They helped me with vendors to choose for tile and fixtures, and were helpful in designing the layout. I moved the plumbing and change the whole bathroom configuration, so it was important to me to have someone experienced and knowledgeable. The bid process was the best l've experienced. I have done a lot of projects at my house, and have had issues with almost every single job. Jordan spent a lot of time going over all the fine details with me, making suggestions, and helping me understand the timeline and pricing. Emily in the office helped with all the paperwork, and ongoing communications. They made sure everything was perfect and finished. I had some several special requests as we went through the job, and they were flexible and accommodating. Be aware that inspection timing can be slow, which can affect the job timeline. We had a couple of slow downs on that front but Jordan and his office kept me in the loop and took care of it. I'm really pleased with the end result, and I'm enjoying my nice lovely new bathroom. We absolutely love our new kitchen! We moved into our home and knew from the beginning that the kitchen was going to need to be redone. We had high hopes of converting the space into our dream kitchen, with lots and lots of storage and counter space. After interviewing quite a few contractors, we met Jordan from Beverly Builders Group and we knew we had our match. Jordan was amazing from moment one. He helped us through every piece of this construction puzzle which was especially necessary since we have never embarked on a project like this before. Jordan was there every step of the way to make sure we were getting the kitchen design that we wanted, and he was always 100% supportive and available for us. Every job will have an issue or snag or miscommunication and every single time something came up, Jordan and his team were there to correct, adjust, adapt, and make sure that everyone was happy. We were never "ghosted" or ignored like I have read happens to people sometimes when remodeling. No, Jordan was always there for us. We are so glad we hired Beverly Builders Group to do exterior work on our home. We had some water entering during last year's rains, and Jordan was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a great solution. They removed an old wood where water was entering and waterproofed and repaired the siding and installed a faux need wood. They also painted the exterior of the house, which included a lot of detailed work on columns and trim. Jordan was great to work with, very responsive and clear and provided fair pricing. Pedro and Santiago were here everyday and did excellent, quality work. They always arrived on time and cleaned up every day and were great at consulting with us if any questions or concerns came up. I just completed my second project with Elron and the Beverly Builders Group. We needed our backyard remodel this time with them after last year we finished an entire kitchen remodel. Wow! Wow! WOW! My partner and I received quotes from 5 contractors and out of all of them we decided to go with Beverly Builders Group. Their prices are very reasonable. The quality of work and materials used.....hands down the BEST!!! I love how they provided turf and paver samples, very helpful when planning your backyard. Iâ m away sure that if you keep looking you can definitely get cheaper quotes and better deals but TRUST ME the quality won't be there, ask my neighbors! They regret their decision and we don't! Our backyard is beautiful thanks to Beverly Builders...and I can't wait to get outdoor furniture!

Beverly Builders Group did an exceptional job completely renovating our kitchen and bringing our home into the 21st century while still keeping its original charm. My partner and I bought a house built in 1908 in Hollywood Hills that had loads of character but was not up to date. We needed HVAC (which we had on the heating system), a completely new kitchen, new floors, rewiring work and new bathroom remodel. We got 5 bids for this but Beverly Builders Group was by far the winner not only because of the portfolio they shared online of previous work, but also because Lawrence was an absolutely lovely human and really listened to our needs and desires and worked with us every step of the way to achieve our very specific vision for our home. It was really important to us that our point of contact for the project was a problem solver, experienced, pleasant to work with, and a kind person. Having Lawrence on the job made things run smoothly and was simply fun. We looked forward to our walk-throughs with him and got very excited each time we saw major progress. He truly became a friend to us through the process and we are very pleased with how our home turned out. As with any project of this scale, there were some changes that had to be made on the go. While we were lucky and only had minor changes, Lawrence always made sure we knew what was changing, why, and what to expect. It took me an entire year to decide to renovate my 1960 house. I had the names and contact numbers of three construction companies but in the end, I decided to contact the fourth company I found on Angi - Beverly Builders Group. Lawrence and Elron were the Project Managers for my project. We did an extensive job throughout the house. At first time we met, Lawrence came to my house on a Sunday afternoon on time (but I wasn't home) and he patiently waited until I arrived. We met few more times, sometimes because of my work, Lawrence had to meet me after 7pm or on Sunday. What I really liked in Lawrence that he was very patient to me throughout whole process. Not that he just used to come after hours, he was very informative and always showed me samples and ideas and tolerance my frustration during the construction. Of course, I expressed all the big ambitious dreams I want for my house. Lawrence listened attentively. Then he patiently explained to me without being condescending what would make more sense on how I should proceed and the estimate costs of the renovation. This flexibility and being on time all the time on his part means a lot to me. The second meeting Lawrence introduced me to Elron, and they both help me to set up the proper layout for my house and to prioritize these things that I wanted to get done in my house. I realized Lawrence and Elron are the right individual I could trust to help me. They demonstrated humility, patience, and flexibility, never pushy, excellent understanding of my dilemma, treated me with utmost respect, very honest and transparent, gifted with the knowledge and expertise of trade, and above all, they listened attentively. We recently remodeled parts of our apartment with Noah as our general contractor, and he and his team went above and beyond. This was our first home, and we were very naive and hesitant about the process of remodeling, but Noah patiently helped us navigate the intricacies of remodeling. Of course, with any remodeling project, we expected to have some events that were not ideal, but we were always very thankful for Noahâ s help along the way. He always tried his best to remediate or offer solutions for any unforeseen problems we encountered. And we especially love the way our kitchen turned out! We dreamed of having an open kitchen/living room plan and a large center island, and Noah and his team were able to make that happen. Throughout the entire process, Noahâ s crew was very polite, respectful, and helpful - often going the extra mile to improve our place with little details. We had a great experience with Beverly Builders Group renovating our bathroom. Our contractor Lawrence was very good at making sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule, he showed us many jobs he did and a few inspirations to help us decide how we would like to design our space. The professionals they work with are very good and incredibly respectful of our house. Every day the guys showed up on time and left clean at the end of the day. We are very happy with the job. They did a great job remodeling my garage. I wanted to install ceiling, some lighting and insulation. They help me also to replace the side door without even charging so they were very honest. The job run pretty much smoothly. (we had to wait for a few days for the plaster to get dry. It took a little while because it was doing the winter season) overall Iâ m very happy with the results. I will definitely use them in the future!

We converted an upstairs family room into a permitted bedroom and we couldn't be any happier with how the process went and what the results were. We didnâ  t know at the beginning how to approach to the process. We started by calling the some architects and we even met with some of them but after a lot of thinking we decided to shift over and start looking for a contractors to handle the entire process. It took us about 10 months to meet with several contractors and to pick the right company for us. We decided to go with Beverly Builders Group. They handled the design, blueprints, city submittal and the entire construction process. If you work with Beverly Builders, ask for Elron. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and most professional and reliable person on construction that I have ever met. We had some small set backs during the process and Elron always stood up for me and my priorities as his client. I actually miss seeing him because he is also the nicest person at heart. We also like the fact that payments were made after each stage of the job and everything spelled out clearly in the contract. The crew who worked on the project were very well trained and clean, and they finished the project on a reasonable time frame. If I had to do any other renovations on my house, I would definitely use Beverly Builders Group!. amazing work

I have always been somewhat hesitant when it comes to general contractors, but Beverly Builders Group changed my mind. I heard so many horrifying stories about the contractors and therefore, I decided to interview at least seven different companies. Eventually, I decided to settle down with Beverly Builders Group, I found them online and from the initial meeting I had a good feeling about this company. Tom showed up and was very patient to hear all my concerns and also he was there for me to help me from start to finish. He had lots of great ideas and understood my concerns, I really felt like Iâ m in great hands! Mainly, I contacted Beverly Builders to help me with a kitchen remodel, but we decided to expand the project and eventually we remodeled the entire first floor. They did such a fabulous job with the cabinets, the countertops, backsplash, flooring, everything was expertly done and handled. They were very patient and they explained every single detail to me. Plus, special shoutout to Tom and his foreman Santiago who were very professional and always punctual. About a month after we finished the job we have some issues in the house and they came right away to address our problems. Emily from the office was in touch with us throughout and made sure everything was completely done without any more issues. I highly recommend Beverly Builders Group for any construction needs. I've had Beverly Builders Group do two remodel projects for us, the first one was converting a garage into an ADU, and the second one was doing a partial remodel on our main house. Noah was the project manager. We had a very positive experience. All of the things that can be frustrating about working with contractors were generally not an issue here. Noah was incredible about sticking to schedule. We had tight timelines for both projects, and they were completed exactly when promised (in fact a bit ahead of schedule). We never had to call the office since Noah was providing all our needs even for things that was not directly related to the construction process. We were much impressed by timelines especially on the second project, which required digging a foundation in the midst of heavy rains this past winter. Noah also was very responsive, communicated clearly, and stuck to budget. Any disagreements we had along the way were resolved professionally and with both sides happy. And, most important, I'm happy with the outcome and the quality of the project.
