We needed a full home renovation, including kitchen, bathrooms, and living rooms, along with a 2nd floor master bedroom addition. Elron and Nick (on-site project manager) were reliable, attentive, communicative, and fair. I searched a ton of websites before starting this massive project, and Beverly Builders Group kept coming up. After a few quotes, we decided to move forward with them. Sure, the quote was a bit higher, but was completely worth it in the end! Elron and his team completed the 10 month project EARLY at just 8 months; they STAYED on budget with not a single hidden or surprise cost. Tom was patient, organized, and genuinely made us feel like he cared. The reviews are true; from design, planning, architecture, engineering, and city plans; to setting up a payment schedule, this company stands above the rest. What truly set Beverly Builders Group apart was their personalized approach. We had a leak in our primary bathroom and we were told that we would need to remove our cabinets in order to make find the source of the leak. After a lot of looking and calling around, my wife found Beverly Builders Group. Emily immediately set up a walkthrough before giving us a consultation and we met with Noah which eventually ended up being our project manager for the entire project. Noah sat down with us and gave us two options: either we take down the cabinets and put up new ones that likely wouldn't match our current kitchen, or we could opt in for a full bathroom remodel. The tub didnâ t have any leak but Noah suggested to convert it into a walking shower and we liked the idea. In the end, as he offered payment plans, my wife and l opted for a full remodel. Noah was our main contact for the remodel, and was communicative and helpful throughout the process. Emily was our contact at the office and helped us to get with everything we needed. If we had questions, Noah was quick to answer or to find answers for us. He walked through with each inspector to make sure things were being done proper and up to code. He promised us it would be quick, and all things considered, it was quick! The bathroom itself was done within three and a half weeks, and the shower door installed after Emily helped us get in contact with a company who provides shower glass doors. The job was not considered complete until everything was installed and working, which I also appreciated. Overall, working with Noah and Emily was excellent, the time estimates were relatively on point, and my wife and l are so happy with our new, updated, not leaking bathroom!

They designed and built a custom kitchen, re-did all the flooring in both rooms and created more space and a modern feel in their forty year old home. It wasn't a big project (~450sqft) and we were only laying pavers with some design around it, but I really appreciated the professionalism and speed on them they got the job done! When we started the projected, we had sat down with 3 companies that sent out their representative to bid the job. In all honesty, Beverly Builders Group a little higher the 3 companies but we really appreciated the candidness and professionalism that Noah, our representative, approached our conversation. Since the beginning we felt comfortable with Noah, he was nice and listened to all our concerns. Out of the 3 companies we spoke with, it was clear from that first conversation that the experience working with Beverly Builders Group was going to be the best. To r company also helped us to haul away some trash that we had in our backyard without any extra charges, we really appreciate that. Noah had the patience to show us a variety of multiple different options for our backyard thatâ s within our budget. They also laid out the project clearly in their quote, line by line, which helped align us on all the work that we were expecting for them to get done. There were a few hiccups in communication when the project got started, but they were quickly resolved and Oscar, our superintendent, checked in regularly to address any questions or concerns we had. Ultimately, the project only took three days and we were very happy with the outcome. We would probably use Beverly Builders Group again for future projects and recommend them to our friends.

We had a landscaping project involving our front and backyard. We met with project manager Elron, who was very nice and knowledgeable. He is the reason we decided to go with Beverly Builders Group. Once the project started, work went pretty good. Concrete was demolished, and pavers were installed in the driveway and out back. We installed some drainage pipes around the yard as well. Fencing was added to the top of our brick wall. Our old, rotting patio cover was removed, and a new one was installed from aluminum. Now we have some lighting and fan as well. The only hiccup was leaks that we had from irregation system but Elron addressed it right away. We appreciate how communicative and conscientious the stuff was. They answered our questions in a timely manner and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I totally recommend Beverly Builders Group for your general contracting needs.

Working with Beverly Builders Group was a pretty good experience for me. Noah was my project manager, and he was really great at explaining every step of the project. That helped me to to better trust in the process. He was also very patient with me as I kept rearranging project priorities, adding and removing them from the list and managing budgets wisely. He made sure to communicate clearly when to expect work to be happening, filled me in on all of the decisions and pros and cons of each phase. I think communication is definitely their strong point. Another great thing was that they were able to finish on time! I've always heard horror stories of projects going for much longer than expected, but Noah had helped me project a timeline with buffer room, but finished even earlier than that. It was a really good experience for me. Their pricing structure also made a lot of sense to me - payments in percentages after specific milestones were completed in the project. With contractors and construction work, you definitely get what you pay for. I've dealt with much cheaper quality work that just doesn't last, and while I don't yet have the testament of time, I feel pretty confident that the improvements I hired them for will work well.

Ron and his crew at Beverly Builders Group were great to work with! We had them remove a load bearing wall and install a beam to open up the area for a newly kitchen layout. He also did our entryway, closed off a window to for more cabinetry space, redid the fireplace surround, completely remodeled 1 bath and partially another, remodeled laundry room with new cabinets and added sink and tile floor plus refinished all hardwood flooring throughout. Ron was very responsive- always responded to our texts and emails. He was on time and on budget. Also - his guys were fabulous! They showed up every day, were courteous, respectful, and their work top notch. We lived in the house for the entire project and they always cleaned at the end of each day. We just can't say enough about his great team. It was a pleasure working with them and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

After 10 years living in the house we finally decided that our kitchen needed a little upgrade. Our cabinets looked outdated and the paint was chipped in various places. We live in Rancho Palos Verdes and started checking the internet for a quality contractors in our area. We were getting a bit discouraged because we met with a few potential companies but for one reason or another did not feel completely confident with what they had to say. Shortly thereafter we found Beverly Builders Group and we spoke with Emily from the office. They were extremely knowledgeable and after a few initial questions asked us if we could text them some pictures of our kitchen. Within minutes they were able to give us an approximate quote which we agreed was more reasonable than the other companies. We set up a time and date to meet in our house and we were very pleased with things to hear their vision. This was our first experience upgrading our cabinetry and we were were debating if we should refacing our cabinets and changing countertops or redoing the entire kitchen. They showed us some options of modern shaker cabinets that they were working on for another customer. My husband and I agreed that this was the modern style we were looking for. In April 2023 we interviewed give general contractors for our complete home remodel remodel. This was the biggest project we would have done in our house. We wanted to find a GC we could vibed with. We met with Eli from Beverly Builders Group(third contractor) and immediately vibed with him. He was easy going, not pushy, came across as humble and easy to speak with. After finishing up our interviews we decided to move forward with Beverly Builders after conducting three reference checked from previous customers. Each came back positive. We proceeded to get a 3D rendering and blue print designs. Rick did an incredible job with putting our vision together and helping us to find a layout that will work for us. His drawing was perfect. We decided to move forward and signed with Beverly Builders Group in June 2023. Eli immediately began the permit process which took a very long time (no fault to Gadi). Our lovely county likes to take their time. The work began the day after the permits were approved and it moved quite quickly. Eli was here every day checking on things, very attentive and making sure he was instructing his crew and ensuring they had the appropriate information. The crew was very polite and worked their butts off. We had about 10 different crews throughout the entire process and all of them have very good work ethic. There was a hiccup on the project that l addressed with Eli and the next day Eli was at my house and addressed the issue immediately. Most contractors would have likely run and Beverly Builders stood by their word to make the fix at no cost to us. We are beyond grateful for this. The fix pushed our finish date back a bit but it was 100% worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend Eli and Beverly Builders Group and look forward to being a reference for their future customers.
