Description of Work: The receptionist was very friendly. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning, but when the technician showed up, he was abrupt. He seemed to be in a bad mood. He was quite unfriendly. He refused to access my attic because he thought the access was too small, even though a termite inspector and two different AC technicians had no problems. So he left without doing anything.
