Description of Work: When I first called them, they were very polite and helpful. I arranged an appointment, but didn't get a confirmation until 2 weeks later and I was really upset since I had flying moths all inside my gym area. They came and did a half a** job. But was nice enough to not charge me for all the trouble.

Description of Work: They installed a two zone high efficiency HAVC in our home. Did a great job. Removed old unit and installed new in one day with little disruption to the household.

Description of Work: The service man was prompt. He diagnosed and explained the problem quickly. It was a broken thermostat. He gave me options for replacements from low to higher priced, returned with a good choice in my price range and installed it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: We had a heater that wouldn't turn off. Oleg was on-time, walked us through his troubleshooting process and was done in less than an hour. He made sure things were clean and retested the work multiple times. I couldn't ask for more.

Description of Work: I had a heater installed. They did it quickly and efficiently and less expensively than the others that I checked. I liked that they had the rebate applications pre-filled out, so that all I had to do was sign them and put a stamp on. I had a question about some of the installation which they resolved quickly and fairly. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: methodically checking the parts that might be the culprits,25min later he had found the bad parts module,fuse,one more can not remember the name.before installing he said the complete job will cost $310 parts & labor,we said by all means get this a/c going.15min.later a/c was running great.he was business like,frendly,confidant about his skills.I have called them to do bi-annual tune up this is recently.he is due nov 13-2012 to check flame(no carbon monoide leak) clean inside walls of furnace,ect. and due in summer for tune-up. Description of Work: My air conditioning stopped cooling in the midst of Woodland Hills heat. I called today (Sunday) and a technician arrived in less than 3 hours. He made a minor adjustment and got my unit going again. He explained that my unit is very old and will need replacement soon, but there was no pressure to sell me something today. I greatly appreciated his honesty, thoroughness and professionalism. I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: We thought we had lost our ancient air conditioner one morning during the recent heat wave when we went to turn it on and nothing happened but we smelled something burning. Called Around the clock and within 2 hours they had someone out to us, which shocked me because of the intense heat wave I know they must have been slammed. Turned out to be an electrical problem and Alex promptly solved it and when I asked if he should service the aircon while he was out there he honestly told me it might do more harm than good on such an old unit. I appreciated his honesty because he could have quite easily set us up to spend a lot more money.

Description of Work: I installed 2 heating/air conditioning units in 1994.They have never been checked or serviced.He first checked the filters, in the house, for each unit. One needed replacing. I had thereplacement and he changed it out. The other was fine. He checked both units on theroof, and cleaned the electrical terminals, checked the compressors, etc.Explained thatI did not need freeon and why that was a good thing.Overall, very happy with service and serviceman. I will use them again, if and whenI have a problem.

Description of Work: I obtained an estimate and then the salesperson called or contacted me 18 times in 8 days. It was harassment, not welcomed and I would never use this company. The unwelcome contacts only stopped when I called and complained to the owner. Overall it was a disappointing use of Angies List. No services were performed. I would never let anyone from this company in my house ever again.

Description of Work: My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I called on Friday afternoon, on the beginning of Labor Day weekend. It was very hot and I asked them if they could come out the same day. They said they'd be there before 7pm and they came around 5pm. Alexander was very professional and informative and he fixed the wire that had broken. I was very grateful because no one else could come until Tuesday.

Description of Work: Our first call to this company was based upon Angie's List recommendations. Service repair person responded same day but performed no repairs. He discovered the A/C unit was covered by a bag a gardening soil (probably put there by the gardener) and simply removed the bag from the top of the unit, said "There's nothing to fix" and demanded the $85.00. After we paid him, he recommended a year contract for $185.00 so he could "service" our A/C and heating units in fall and spring (which would include the service call charge) but he could not do this the same day. We would have to pay for another service call for the maintenance service, even though he made no repairs! Why should we contract for one year's service with a company like this? If they really wanted to acquire new customers, you would think he would say " Look, I realize that there is nothing to be fixed here, so let me at least do a maintenance on it while I am here". We might have decided to go for the year contract and had become loyal customers. But not now.

Description of Work: We had a loud noisy motor on our heater, they came out and diagnosed the problem and they presented a couple of options. I chose to get a new motor and they were able to get the motor and come back out in one day and performed the work in 30 minutes. I was very satisfied, and would use them again.
