It went well with a few hiccups. The unit would not power up. After extensive trouble shooting they determined that a fuse has blown. These guys are my go to air conditioning servicing company. I have using them for years for repairs so naturally I wanted them to install my new unit.

I know I found them through Angie’s List. They got the problem taken care of.

The compressor on our A/C unit went out on a Friday night. I called them early the next morning. They had a technician at our house in about an hour (they had promised that he would be there within three hours). He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about 20 - 30 minutes. Very friendly technician (his name was Leon, I believe). I would definitely call them again for other A/C issues.

Excellent service and a very professional company. Jeff our sales person worked with us to determine a cost effective Lennox ac system that would fit my needs, without trying to up sell us to a more expensive unnecessary system unlike the other two ac companies that had quoted us. He even included one free extra year of maintenance! The crew was punctual and answered any questions that we had. The installation was a difficult one that took the entire day because our original ac unit was very old and it was not easy to remove. The installation crew did an excellent job and went above and beyond the standard installation. They went the extra step to wrap, tape, and tidy up the insulation on the HVAC ducts, which was not part of the contract. The foreman showed up towards the end of the installation to do a quality and control check, show me how to use the new system, and answer any questions that I had. He even went the extra step by providing and installing a second WIFI thermostat at no charge! Now we have a very efficient and quiet system for the upcoming summer heat season, thanks to the exceptional service and quality installation provide by Around The Clock Heating and Air Conditioning!

After seeking quotes from two other heating companies, my aunt and I settled on Around The Clock. Their sales presentation was extremely professional, and their prices were better than the other companies interviewed (they also had positive consumer feedback on A.L. and Yelp). We chose Around The Clock, and we are very pleased with the work that was done. The workers were punctual and professional, and and the heater has worked great since its installation (well over a year ago - sorry for the review delay). Overall, my aunt and I are very pleased by their work. We would definitely use their services again.

Great. First visit they found a wire with a bad connection. -- after reconnecting the wire (at no charge) the furnace was working again. Three days later it stopped again (They did warn me that this was a possibility). Replacing the control panel on my older furnace was the fix. They came back again-- and didn't charge me for the second service call. What really impressed me was the service person. He really explained and made suggestions to me about problem and fix.-- he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everything was good. Price was reasonable.

They were prompt, fixed the issue right away and got the A/C back working great.

I'm an aircraft technician, so I did the troubleshooting myself and told them what the problem was. Unfortunately, I couldn't purchase the part myself so I had to go thru an authorized dealer. This company did exactly what I expected them to. They were easy to coordinate, they were responsive and punctual . . . and my heater now works again!

My HVAC unit stopped producing heat so I called the folks at around the clock. They offered to come out the same day and after taking a look up on our roof determined it was a faulty control board. We talked a little about the lifespan of the unit and that while it was probably going to need to be replaced in the next 5 years or so, it made more sense to simply replace the board today. So he scheduled an appointment for the following day to come back with the replacement board. 1 day later and 15 minutes of work and I have heat again.

. I got 2 proposals from this company for Lennox units. . The first, when I called the company itself, was an outrageous $2800 to replace a fan motor & fan in the fan coil/air handler unit. I believe Eugene wanted to nudge me into replacement, a $12,600 offer. He stated it would cost $1000 to lift the outdoor heat pump to its location. . The second, obtained through Costco, was a very informed, and reasonable man with a $9850 proposal. . I eventually hired another company for $8800. I was told the crane cost was $160. . I would never call this company directly.

I would recommend them to anybody. We are using them again in a house that we are building. They are well-priced, efficient, and clean. They clean the work area perfectly clean.

Perfectly! Seriously, it all went down without a single hitch. The work was done when and how promised. Our salesman was Michael Friedman and he made sure that everything went well. I also felt that he really helped me pick the right unit for our needs. Michael very patient while I made my decisions because he gave several good options and it was hard to choose!

I found them through Angie's List. This wasn't the first time that I have used them. I have a yearly contract with them. It is a maintenance contract. I like the guy that comes here. He is very nice and thorough. They are prompt, and on time. The heat had stopped working and it was cold at three in the morning. We had a little kid here, it was 63 or 65 degrees, and we live by the mountains. I called them in the morning and he said he would be here by two in the afternoon. Finally, today after a month of trying to get the diagnosis right, the heat is working. It is working fine now. I don't know if it is true that you can't do a diagnosis if it's not working. After talking to other people, they cannot diagnose unless they can see a code. If that is the case, then they did a good job. He was on time, and there was a time window from two to five and he showed up at two-thirty, which was timely. He is always explains things totally. The receptionist needs some people skill training. They are inappropriate. I think the price was good.

I have use them every year for the last three years. I have a maintenance contract with them. They come out in the spring and the fall. We have a contract with them for twice a year for a fixed price. We have a fixed price, we do pay for the filter if we need it. They are honest if we don't need it. He was on time, accurate in what he was doing, and sociable. He was thorough in explaining everything. The guy said that everything was fine and I didn't owe anything. The secretary calls me a month or two later and said I owed them money. I told them that the technician said I didn't owe anything and they needed to talk to the technician. The receptionist can be really nasty. The over all performance of the company is good.

The tech (Alex) came out within 2 hours of our call on a Saturday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. Since we moved only recently, he clearly explained our system and cited possible causes for the problem. The cost for the service was what the dispatcher said it would be.

Great! Within days, the A/C was repaired, and our new furnace was installed -- a huge relief after a near household crisis. We definitely would rehire and recommend to others!

Excellent! He replaced cord under house and re-ran new cord and a-c worked great! ! All within 1 hr!

We first called Around the Clock in an emergency situation to repair our old furnace which quit working on the coldest day of the year. We called again about 2 months later(Dec. 2015) to replace the furnace with a new one. (also an emergency)(Approx. $4500). We have been very happy with the new furnace. During the past year, we have received reminder calls to have our check up. They just finished one this week. Technician was on the early end of the time estimate,was very thorough and careful. He replaced the filter(we are unable to do it). They take their job seriously and we have been very happy with the results of each of the three experiences we have had with them.These people are always very kind and we trust them. We will definitely keep calling them for any heating or AC needs.

We called Around The Clock Heating & Air Conditioning at 8am Monday morning. Alex arrived at 11:45am. He cleaned the drain line. He explained that the secondary pan is a backup collector and it's possible that the main evaporator coil housing is rusted out and allowing all condensed water to flow directly into the secondary pan. He suggested I monitor water content in the secondary pan. If it continues to fill up, the evaporator coil unit should be replaced (it's a 26 year old R22 refrigerant unit). Alex explained various replacement options and costs, including compatibility problems with old and new refrigerants. If, in the next 30 days, I choose to have further work done the price of today's service will be applied to that work's cost. We have had Alex from Around The Clock Heating & Air Conditioning work on our system before (see previous review). We will do so again.

When Alex Uchitel heard about my health issues, he moved heaven and earth to get the job done in approximately six hours. He's a real pro, as kind as he is hard-working. We have been customers before our latest incident, and will be customers for life. Alex and his company are a highly recommended resource.

Great! The tech arrived on time (early, actually). He did a very thorough inspection of all parts of the system and gave me a very detailed description of his findings ... Not only what he found to be wrong, but also what was operating normally. He told me about my particular system, some of the things I should look for, and that some of the noises I hear are normal. In the end, I only needed a top-off of the refrigerant. Dealing with the office was a pleasure, also. The tech was very knowledgable, courteous, and fast.

I received a phone call notifying me that the technician would be arriving at a certain time frame and sure enough he arrived on time. I had a great experience with Oleg, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He pretty much showed me the problem right away just by asking a few questions and performing a simple test of my ac unit, it was the capacitor that needed replacement. We took a look at my air filter and it was just filthy, and it most likely the reason why the problem started. In less than 30 minues Oleg replaced the filter, capacitor and took my payment. Now I'm living cool again. Thank You!

For close to 15 years, I have been a satisfied and loyal customer of Around the Clock Heating and Air Conditioning. Over these years, Oleg and Alex have been coming to my home twice a year to perform routine maintenance on my heating and air conditioning. It is so reassuring to open my door to the same friendly faces--people I trust to do the job right. Since having their routine maintenance, I have never had any problem with my heating or air conditioning--even during the most brutal heat waves. I also call ARC whenever I have a problem with my Whirlpool washer/dryer or Sub-Zero refrigerator.
