Very well. Igor came out to look at my old unit and explained to me why it was broken and advised me as to my options. He was very thorough and I feel like everything he told me was accurate. Igor was very pleasant and I appreciated his conscientiousness. I probably could have gone without a new unit but chose to get one because the price seemed reasonable and he could do it that day. Plus, I knew I would definitely need to replace it in the next few years and I was confident that Igor would do a good job now.The only reason I gave them a "B" for professionalism was the man I spoke to in the office when I was concerned about the price and a discrepancy with the warranty (both issues worked out satisfactorily. Be advised, the mark up on air conditioning units is HUGE, but standard) was a little rude and consistently interrupted me. Even as I was attempting to apologize for a misunderstanding on my part!

Michael Campbell, the sales representative, was very nice and came out to see the property twice. We first started out with just replacing the unit and then also added the replacement of the ducts throughout the attic. Michael was very prompt and scheduled the installation within a few days. On the day of the installation the crew of installers showed up on time. They were vary professional and courteous and made sure all furniture and floors were protected. The work was very efficient and clean and they finished the entire job in one day including removing the old unit and installing the new unit with a crane. The job was done neatly and after everything was finished the crew made sure to clean up all debris from driveway and surrounding areas. They did a very nice job and we were pleased with the installation. A week later the office called to schedule an inspection. The inspection passed with no problems and the permit was completed. Overall a very nice experience. We will definitely use the company again for future projects.

The sales representative who came to our house for our first consultation was Michael Friedman. He was very pleasant and patient to deal with as we had many questions regarding all of the Lennox products. We found his knowledge of the different systems very helpful in making the right decision for our specific needs. In no way was he pushy or did he try to oversell us on anything. We found the whole process of purchasing our system to exceed our expectations. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Michael if you are looking to purchase a new a/c and or heating system. The crew of three installers who arrived to take out our old system as well as install the new system were all very courteous and professional. It was a two day installation in our case and the crew arrived on time at 8:00am each morning and finished each day at 5:00pm as promised. They were very conscious of keeping the noise level down and the work area clean. Their explanation of how to work our new thermostat was thorough and they made sure that each vent in every room was set to our satisfaction to get the best results before they left. The whole experience was a GREAT one!!

I am so happy I called Around the Clock. They sent someone the same day, within just a few hours. Leon was superb and within 15 minutes gave us a very honest assessment of what needed to be done next. He told me he would call me within the hour to let me know when he and a second person could come back to run the diagnostic test needed (it was a 2-person job). He not only called within the hour, he was able to come back the very next morning. I should note that a year ago we received a quote for this same diagnostic test and it was double what Around the Clock quoted us. I've found them to be punctual, courteous, honest, and competitively priced. For that reason, we will use them to install the new line that needs to go in on the side of our house. They will also be my first call if we have future problems.

My AC stopped putting out cool air. I called Around the Clock and arranged for service for the next day. Igor came out in the latter part of the appointment window. He was able to quickly evaluate the problem and explained my options. I chose to replace the condenser motor which had been replaced last year but installed improperly by another company instead of replacing the whole system. Igor showed me the old part and was very professional, neat and conscientious. Everything works great now.

First let me say, these guys are amazing! I moved into my house back in 2000 and every year my heater has broken. Previously, I went through my home warranty company for repairs...they were the worst. This is my first time using a real company (thank you Angie's List for the recommendation). For starters, these guys came to my house the same day we called. They told us the problem (we needed a new furnace) and ordered us an energy efficient Lennox. They installed it the next Monday (even though it was a holiday). They were on time, incredibly courteous, cleaned up after they finished, they even installed our new smart thermostat for free! The best part? My heater and AC has never worked this well before! Seriously, I walk around my house and bask in the heat blowing through the outlets. This is amazing. I wish if called them years ago!

I would use them again. They were really prompt. They were able to come out right away. The guy seemed very knowledgable and gave me good input.

During a recent cold snap, my son's central heating failed during the night. On behalf of my son and using Angie's List, I called Around the Clock and they were able to come out the same day. They were right on time and were able to identify the priblem as an old thermostat that failed. A replacement was installed for what I believe was a fair price.

We got bids from four other HVAC companies, but Around the Clock was the best. Our sales consultant, Michael Friedman, was very attentive, honest, and helpful throughout the process. The installation process was seamless, and the new system works great. Highly recommended!

Another HVAC company had built a new sheet metal platform for an existing roof-top HVAC unit. After the unit was installed on the new platform and re-connected I noticed that the unit was visibly out of level. The original contractor denied that there was a problem so I hired Around the Clock to inspect. A service person came out the same day and confirmed that the unit was out of level which he said was unacceptable and would affect the functioning of the unit. He also noted that a drain line had not been installed. Then he took the time to remove access plates to the unit and found that the heat exchanger was cracked and therefore the unit would have to be replaced.

Our heater wasn't working and our family don't enjoy cold weather very much so we needed our heater fixed fast. Called this guys because of their reviews and there are truly good fixed the problem by replacing the thermostat and now the whole family nice and cozy thanks to these guys.

My air conditioner would not turn on. I called Around the Clock and they promptly came. The technician was very polite and friendly. He immediately knew what the problem and was able to replace the part quickly. He then recharged the freon (or whatever the stuff is) and made a few adjustments. I have had my air conditioner serviced by various companies and the unit never really functioned properly. Aside from a couple of extremely hot days this past summer, my air conditioner very adequately kept my home cool. I will only use Around the Clock Appliance Service from now on.

My home is 6,000 square feet. I had Around the Clock in 2010 install half of my home with Air Conditioning, Air Cleaner, and Heating in 2010 and a 2nd system identical system in November 2014. In both installations Michael Friedman was the lead contact. In both system I had three quotes. One quote was higher and one quote was lower. I selected Around the Clock the first time and the second time due to the professional consulation of Michael Friedman. By the second time I had previous experience with the installation crew which I found friendly, and very professional. It appears their crews are full time employees with a lot of experience. I advise the reader to be careful with a lower quote from companies who often use free lance crews with little experience. Plus, I advise never to use a contractor who make a cold to you by telephone. Stick wth Angie List.

Of the three estimates I had for the work (air-conditioner not working), all from Angie's listed licensed heating and air conditioning services, they were the only completely honest one. Everybody else wanted me to completely replace the whole system. One licensed technician even stated that there were several things that were leaking oil (defects that specifically were NOT confirmed by two other licensed professionals). Punctual and courteous. In my opinion for this visit they proved themselves honest and reliable. They will be doing my heating and air-conditioning work from now on. Highly recommended.

Woke up about 3am 11/9/14 to check on by baby boys and noticed that the temp in their room was 84 degrees. Went to the a/c control panel and noticed the temp in the house was 77, but it was set to cool at 72. The unit was blowing warm air. The next day, my wife text me a recommendation for this company and immediately I checked for reviews on Angies list. Contacted the company on 11/10/14 at approximately 3:00pm, spoke with a nice gentleman, and he asked if someone could come out the same day. I agreed, and he informed me that Alex would be there before 5pm. Approximately at 3:26pm Alex was at my front door. He was very professional, he introduced himself, and inquired about the problem. He then said he would check out the unit, and let me know what was going on from there. He informed me of the problem, let me know all the scenarios ,and cost and asked how I wanted to approach the situation. I am a very proactive person, fix it all just to be on the safe side, and that when Alex really impressed me. Talk about integrity, he did not have to, but he reeled me back in, and explained reasons why I may not want to do certain things. He could have went with my wanting to fix or replace everything, but he didn't because he is just and honest person. He thought it be best to take a step by step approach, instead of the all or nothing approach, and his approach worked. He replaced the two items, and now the unit is working like nothing ever happened, and he saved me money. Great company, fast, effective, honest and affordable. Thanks again Alex, your and awesome person, keep being honest!

I sent a message to this company through Angie's List, I immediately received a call on monday to set up and appointment. Then I received a message confirming my appointment for today. He was VERY nice, took care of the repair quickly, and I am thrilled

On a very hot Saturday our AC was blowing hot air. We called Around The Clock as they worked for us before. They arrived within 2 hours, as promised. It was a common part that failed and he had one in his truck. It was fixed in less than an hour, so less than 3 hours from calling them to repairs completed. They are always polite and helpful.

The worker not only came on time, but was early and called me to make sure that was alright with me. He was friendly and professional and was able to get our unit working again within minutes. He did recommended that we replace the electrical panel since it is old, but at least we have time to prepare for that expense and do some research.

It was great. I've been really happy with the heating system. It was a good service. I received 2 other estimates and their price was the best.

We worked with Michael Friedman and Alex Uchitel. Both of them were extremely helpful and responsive in helping us select the right equipment for our needs, including helping us to take advantage of available rebates. They are knowledgeable and their pricing was very competitive. The work was done professionally and on time and they made sure it was done the way we wanted it, including making changes after the initial installation. They explained how everything worked (we had never had zones before and there is a lot that can be controlled from our smartphones now) and were available to answer questions whenever we had them. We would highly recommend them.

This is the second time in a year that I've needed minor AC repair. I've used this company both times and been beyond satisfied. They are punctual, polite, clean and don't try to upsell you.

These guys are the best. They did everything they said they would. They showed up on time, worked without being intrusive. Went above and beyond as needed, and generally speaking made what we thought was going to be a painful process not at all painful. They just left and you would never know they were here for two days opening ceilings, replacing vents, etc. We did inter if other vendors and liked them, but we had confidence in Around the Clock and they didn't let us down.

Overall the job went well. There was a communication error I expect among the work crew that caused an old gas line not to be disconnected as contracted. After several phone calls with the salesman and office staff the crew came out a few weeks later to correct the issue at no charge. The company was helpful and polite in obtaining the manufacturer's, DWP, and Gas Company rebates. But for the DWP and Gas Co. it wasn't as simple as submitting the proper forms. It required intensive follow-up with the DWP, Gas Co., and Around the Clock.
