My ac was blowing warm air out of the vents, and we are in the middle of a serious heat wave with temperatures hitting 105 degrees. Luckily, this company is open on Sundays, and was able to schedule someone to come out within a 3 hour window. Alex arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken capacitor which can break if the ac is left on too long for many days in a row or is just old) and fixed it within 15 minutes, and my problem was solved in under an hour. He even checked the freon levels too. I couldn't have asked for more. I will use them again in the future.

I called on a Sunday in the middle of a heat wave. I thought it might take a few days to get someone who was available to come out. We were told someone would arrive in the next 3 hours. They actually arrived in less than 45 minutes. My husband did a quick run thru of the issue and the items we had already checked. Eric was able to quickly locate the issue, fix it, and get us back up and running so we didn't have to suffer another sweltering day. Fantastic service.

The technician Alex was courteous, professional, and very good. The company responded within one hour of the service call, so certainly the company's service is good. However, the company's labor charges are atrociously high. The condensation pump that was replaced costs $50: I knew this from my research, and when he told me that the estimate for the repair would be $420, I asked him if it was not true that the pump could be purchased for $50 approximately. He agreed that was the case. The actual repair took about 30 minutes at most; cleaning the filters took about 10 minutes, and within 45 minutes he was done, though the technician was kind enough to check the condenser and make sure that the system was running smoothly. I had a $20 coupon and he knocked off another $10 and thus charged me $390. This means that for less than one hour, the labor was $340. That is, frankly, not just absurd but sheer exploitation. I would caution any potential customer about using this service again, considering the absurdly high labor charges.

I received a phone call in the morning confirming the appointment and informing me that the technician would arrive at 930. Alex showed up on time and listened to me as to what I thought was the issue. He then began investigating the issue as to why the A/C stopped working. Quickly finding it was the capacitor on the condenser that was dead. He informed me of my options and cost and next steps if the capacitor wasn't the only thing wrong he would provide me an updated quote on repairs as we go until the unit is up and running. He replaced the capacitor and that solved the problem. He also checked other primary items and freon levels and informed me everything looked good for now. My system is an older system with a mix of parts and I should look into upgrading. I told him I would like a quote and he was able to provide multiple quotes on the spot for many different options that would meet my needs. A++ service, A+++ professionalism, and A++++ attitude. I will definitely use this company again and consider them highly for the upgrade work.

They came and checked our A/C and told us we had a blown capacitor. Even though I thought the price was a bit high they fixed the problem and our A/C is working great so we were just happy to have it running with the way the temperature is now. Great job.

I called Sunday afternoon just to see if they were open since my house was hitting mid 90's with the A/C on. Somebody answered and suggested I reset the breakers then call back if that didn't fix the issue. It didn't work, so I called back and there was no answer. Tried several times over the next hour or so and no response. Thank goodness for rain. Just tell me "we're closed" or leave a recorded message. Why say "call back"? That's just a waste of my time.

Called at 10am on Sunday morning of holiday weekend. Told tech would be here by Noon. Oleg arrived at 11am. Climbed on roof and diagnosed and fixed bad capacitor problem right away. Also gave us good advice on filters. He was finished in 45 minutes. Oleg was very professional and thorough. So happy and relieved to get someone out here so quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The A/C was having problems starting called these guys up seeing that they had plenty of great reviews and booked a day for them to come. The guy arrived on time looked at the A/C found the problem and fixed it without much of a problem. We paid a pretty hefty price but it's worth the cool air we get get during the hot summer.

Not good. A Russian tech came out. Difficult to understand him. Felt like he wanted to rip me off. Not comfortable with his recommendations at all. Also, I was quoted $65 for the call and then they tried to charge me double because I have two u its. After speaking to office they agreed to charge only $65. I'm going to get other estimates to see who can do the job for the best price and it's the best equipment. Not sure I'd recommend this company.

My air conditioning died last summer, & the company I'd used for previous repairs (highly rated on Angie's List) came out & installed a booster for $750. It worked less than a day & quit, with no refund. I then got 3 bids on replacing the condenser & doing associated work, including flipping over a furnace that's facing the wrong direction & correctly assembling the various components, which are now put together in some rinky-d*** way. Mike Campbell came out, went up in the attic with me, & pointed out the furnace issue, which the previous company hadn't. He was the most knowledgeable of the salespeople I met, & is just a very pleasant, no-pressure guy. The bids from all 3 companies were roughly comparable, but the weather cooled down enough that I couldn't see spending $5,000 if I didn't have to. I had 2 of the 3 companies come back out this spring, plus another Super Service provider. Mike again went in the attic, & this time did a detailed drawing of precisely what needed to be done. Around the Clock works with Costco, & with the Costco rebate & a current promotion, the price for a low-end, 14-SEER system effectively would have dropped from around $5500 to around $5000. That put Around the Clock in the middle of the 3 bids I received; 1 was about $500 higher, another about $400 lower. I was also very impressed with the company that came in lowest, so am going with them instead. But if Mike's professionalism is any indication, I imagine that Around the Clock would also have done a very good job.

Eric was the technician assigned to us for this service. He provided a prompt service. Arrived on time, offered an inspection of other areas of duct work that might need attention and fixed our AC at a very reasonable price. He took pride in his work and made sure everything was working perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Sometimes AC goes bad and at the worst times. Around the clock works with you on timing and responsiveness and doesnt gouge you just because you are in a bind. The service was excellent. The pricing with an Angie's List discount was fair and the quality of work was very solid. Overall a very good experience.

We needed the a/c to be checked called these guys up knowing they were one of the better companies and they proved to be one of the best. They came over checked what needed to be done and let us know and so they replaced the thermostat the guy was great and the price was alright with us as long as the problem was fixed.

the technician saw that the motor wasn't working properly but said we didn't need to replace it. very honest about no rush on replacing, but summer's here and we didn't want to wait til it actually went out. did what they said, prompt and friendly service.

Great experience working with Michael from Around-the-Clock guys. He walked me through the furnace/AC replacement options and helped me evaluate the different tradeoffs in adopting different technologies. These guys are top-class in their equipment and standards. They were easy to schedule, quick and efficient in evaluating the setup, I ended up going with another contractor. Pricing-wise, AtC were a bit more expensive than the alternative. I suspect that I could have haggled their quote down a bit, so the main criteria for me was that the other contractor was already closer to my ideal spec. I can't comment on their construction/install, but they come across as a serious outfit. If you're looking for quotes to replace your HVAC system, you should talk with these guys. They'll give you some good price points and have good ideas that you should want to hear.

Alex was able to assess what was wrong with the ac in just few minutes. He changed a spare part and the ac got to working again. Alex also answered all our questions regarding maintenance of ac. We were satisfied with the service provided.

They really knew their stuff. They had to start from scratch because this is an old home that never had AC in the past. We had a company doing some remodeling in the home and they knew that this company was doing a great job. The attic opening was not up to code so they came out and corrected it.
