Olag arrived and inspected the unit. he reported the unit was working fine but did find a flame sensor that was having an issue. he replace the flame sensor and completed an overall inspection of the unit. I have used Around the Clock HVAC about 8-9 times (including the installation of a complete new system about 4 years ago!) now. I REFUSE to use anyone else! Once again, thanks guys!

Sunday am woke up with no heat. Called them at 8:30, they quoted an estimated time of arrival between 11 and 1. Oleg was here by 11 sharp, crawled all over the place, up and down off the roof, and came up with his diagnosis after testing a variety of potential problems, gave us a reasonable quote, then replaced the capacitor. From start to finish about 45 minutes. My dogs didn't freak out.when he was in the back yard, which was really unusual. They are good judges of character. Oleg and was timely, pleasant, professional and neat. Thanks Around the Clock, we are toasty warm again on a gray cold Sunday morning.

Our very old furnace suddenly stopped working! My husband ,recovering from a difficult back surgery was in agony in the cold. Oleg was there earlier than he said. He was very kind and friendly. Made a fast, accurate diagnosis of the problem and went right to work.. He had all of the parts in his truck and was "ready to roll". There was none of the usual "I have to go find this part or that piece of equipment". He was prepared! The cost was exactly what he said it would be---no surprises. The furnace is old and when we are able to replace it, we will definitely call this company to do the "Big Job"! We will also call them the next time our air conditioning needs attention.

Eric was wonderful. He was prompt, worked efficiently, and gave us helpful tips for operating our system. I would definitely use them in the future, and I would ask for him.

Our gas heater would not start up. Leon came in - on time and courteous. You know when you see a good Dr and he diagnoses your ailment right away, well that was my exact experience. He was fast and efficient. This company is trust worthy and professional. I strongly recommend them.

Around The Clock Heating and Air did an excellent job of removing my 20 year old furnace and replacing it with a Lennox Elite 180 furnace and evaporator coil. The workers were punctual, professional and responsive to all of my questions. The new furnace is much quieter than my old one and heats the house faster and more efficiently. At the last minute I decided I'd like a Nest thermostat. The workers provided and and installed it the same day. I love it.

Michael came to look at the place and gave us an estimate. He was SO RUDE & SO CONDESCENDING. I was shocked at how unprofessional he was. I kept his card just to write this review. Firstly, we had gotten some other quotes and the other companies were perfectly willing to do the job. He didn't know this and kept saying "Nobody else would EVER do this job" when we said someone else came and looked at the place. He gave us an insane quote and basically told us to remodel the house and that was the only way. His whole attitude was unbearable. When we suggested otherwise he bit our heads off. He was a rude, rude man and I would never hire this company for any job. How can they send people like this out to meet people.

I called the company to give me a quote for new A/C system. I am in a process of remodeling my house. The sales person showed up. He quoted me $13,600.00 for a 4 ton system installed with new duct works. It is a lump sum price. He said. He would not brake it down to equipment and labor cost. I told him that based on my research the equipment cost is about 4-5K. I asked him how He justifies the 8-9 K additional charge? He would not say anything. When I told him that I found the quote way too high He got offended. That is where the meeting ended. Doing my research on the net I found. The equipment he wanted to sell me cost : "4 ton Dave Lennox Signature Collection XC21 air conditioner: $3,549" per WebCVAC. They probably get a deep discount buying bulk.

A/C was no longer blowing out cool air. Called ATC in the evening and they gave me an appointment the next day, Saturday. I for showed up gave a very through explanation of the problem and my options and had my home back to coolness in no time.

Our AC went kaput last evening for unknown reasons. Hottest day and the night of the year, of course, and we're in the valley, facing west. It got so hot we had to sleep somewhere else. We contacted Around the Clock and they were there promptly the next day (today), and quickly found the problem. We were worried that we might need a whole new AC unit, but Oleg informed us that replacing a capacitor, a fuse, and adding some Freon would do the trick. 30 minutes later, he was right... and done. Best service call ever -- well worth every penny. Fantastic people to work with. They've made us a customer!

The A/C stopped blowing air; the next day Leon came as scheduled to dx the problem. The replacement motor was unavailable due to a religious holiday from the supplier; Leon rearranged his schedule and came to our house early the following day with the motor. In one hour we had cool air. Great service. Very professional.

Oleg was great! I called on Sunday around 10:30 and in less than two hours he arrived - ON A SUNDAY! (AWESOME!) He looked over the A/C and furnace and tested the blower motor. In less than 30 minutes he identified that the blower had burned out. As it was a Sunday he wasn't able to get a replacement motor, obviously. But, the next morning they called me around 9:30A saying he was on his way with the replacement motor. He got here within 20 minutes of the call and spent less than forty minutes to replace the motor and get my A/C working again. In less than 24 hours he was able to identify the problem, get the replacement part and fix it. That's AWESOME service! Especially with demand so high and the heat so intense. Will definitely call them again for any further issues with the A/C or furnace.

Our central air conditioner stopped blowing air Friday night. I called Around The Clock early Saturday morning and spoke with a pleasant lady who said they could have a repairman out to our Burbank house that day between noon and 3pm. She called back 20 minutes before he was to show up. Igor showed up at 1:10pm and immediately went to work on our a/c in our attic to diagnose the problem. It was 94 degrees outside. He presented me with several options and I elected to have the starter replaced on our old unit. He did so promptly and it worked! Igor was very professional, very knowledgeable, and a quIck and efficient worker. I will defiantly use Around the Clock Heating and Air for all of my future air conditioning needs.

Best possible assistance I could have asked for or expected. My technicians name is Igor and he was punctual, professional, polite and stuck around longer than necessary to help troubleshoot and diagnose my system to make sure it was up and running before he left. I have a Nest Thermostat and it was giving us problems with one of the wires. He checked and double checked to ensure that the system was fine and then stayed with me while I called Nest Tech support to have them talk to him. After finding out it was a problem with the nest, he showed me how to bypass the thermostat to make sure my AC runs so that my house cools in the meantime. Completely above and beyond. He saw my problem was no AC so he gave me AC. Thats all one could really ask for. Would definitely use again for HVAC needs or other appliances FOR SURE!

Thank you Around The Clock Heating & Air Conditioning! A few days ago while it was almost 100 degrees outside. my central air conditioner stopped working. Around The Clock Heating & Air Conditioning installed this unit a little over two years ago. I was afraid when I called that they were going to tell me they would come out to check it in a few days but they had someone at my house in a few hours. The technician's name was Oleg and he was fantastic! He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. It was a blown capacitor. He has a great attitude and was a pleasure to have at my house. I was amazed by how upbeat and friendly he was even while working on a hot roof in such oppressive heat.

Process was great from start to finish. Everyone was fantastic to deal with - from our sales rep (Michael Friedman) to the installation team and the office staff. The owner also came out at the end of the job to review the work and explain the new equipment. When we had a few issues with the WiFi thermostat after installation, the company sent someone out right away to determine the problem and ended up replacing the thermostat. This is a company that clearly cares about customer service and satisfaction. Price was a bit higher than other bids, but well worth it given the quality of the services.

I called late in the afternoon on one of the hottest days of the year. I called around to a few other companies and couldn't get anyone out for a few days. Around the clock said they would be there in two hours. They came promptly and fixed the problem. Igor was the tech and he was fast, professional, and offered suggestions on how to maintain the unit and save money. Would definitively use them again.

I called Jerry to request information regarding my concrete steps and how best to resurface/redo the steps. Even at the expense of business to himself he provided a low cost DIY solution. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. Contractors value their time because ultimately its truly the product they sell. He couldnt meet my budget for this really small project, but encouraged me to take the DIY route and spent a good 10-15 minutes on the phone with me discussing the particulars. He loves his craft. I am considering doing a drive way and other projects that I wouldnt dare do on my own. I know who I am going to call.

At around 5:00PM on a Friday, I discovered the air conditioning wasn't working anymore. After testing out the panel, and resetting the breakers, nothing could get the outside unit to kick on. I called Around the Clock Air-conditioning and heating after reading about it on Angie's list. It turned out I had used them many years ago, and they had done a great job. I called and they promised to have a technician out before 8:00PM. The repairman Oleg arrived within the hour and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was able to show me where the issue was. The parts were in his truck and the piece was quickly replaced. We tested the system and now the air conditioner is running better than ever.

Our AC didn't work starting yesterday. It just blew out hot air and seemed like the thermostat didn't work. I called 2-3 other providers and the first available date for them to come and check was next week. I called around the clock and as you can see from the name they work around the clock. The send me Eric within an hour after I contacted them and He was GREAT! He replaced a part (DUAC) and the cold air was back again in 30 min! I liked the fact that he even had the part and he didn't have to come back the other day. I highly recommend this company and Eric as a very knowledgeable and professional staff. Thanks

The person who responded was nice but could find no problem. When it happened again we called another provider who guessed that it might be the thermostat and tested it and found the problem. It also made a lot of noise starting up and the second provider replaced that part and the part plus a new thermostat plus the service call was $279. We had paid Around The Clock $140 for coming out and not checking,m and testing the thermostat only to have to have another provider come do what needed to be done. around the clock is highly rated so this must have been an off day but obviously we would not use them again or recommend them based on our experience.

Air conditioning died on Sunday during a heat wave. I waited until Monday to call. I was happy to find that someone could come out the same day as I'm sure they are busy right now. A three hour window for arrival is a bit annoying, but I'm able to work from home so I have the luxury of flexibility. Oleg was great. He showed up within the first hour of the 3 hour slot. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and was able to repair it on the spot. Only reason for a B in pricing is that I really don't know what this should cost. Googling around it seems like it could be done for a bit cheaper but we really wanted it fixed.
