Leon the repair person called 15 minutes before appointed time and arrived exactly. Was pleasant and professional. He took one look at my machine and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within 15 minutes. Told me about the Angie's list $20. off service cost. Also I asked him a question about my refrigerator and he looked at it and removed some excess ice in about 2 minutes. Problem solved and no charge.

iThe repairman showed up at my home, didn't greet me. just walked in. I showed him my oven and he started banging on the oven rack in an attempt to remove it from the oven. the cleaning people inserted the rack incorrectly so it wouldn't slide out. He then told me that I need an igniter and a burner. But wasn't sure of the price. From what I could gather it would be somewhere between $250 to $750 or so. But he couldn't tell me until he ordered the part, which at that time< i would have t pay regardless of the price. i told him i would call the manufacturer to see how much it would cost. He then starts to pressure me about why don't I want him to repair my oven, why am I calling him a liar (which I didn't) and telling me the manufacturer isn't going to help me because the oven isn't under warranty. i told him I still want to call them to get an idea of the cost. He then became aggressive about me calling him a liar to the point where I told my daughters to o and get my husband, who was asleep. When my husband walked in, the repairman's attitude changed, he handed me the receipt for the service call and left. I called Around the Clock to complain, but the gentleman that I originally spoke with (who by the way was extremely professional and helpful) wasn't in. He called me back the next day but i wasn't able to speak with him. I let the situation go because it was pretty pointless. I called another repairman, that I have used before, who fixed my oven for $147.

I bought a $30 big deal for this service and it worked out fine. They charged us an extra $50 on top of the price of the deal. We use them for our heating and A/C. This is the first time we used them for a repair. They were very efficient. They combined service calls when they came out for the repair. The worker who came out was very nice and professional as they usually are. He knew exactly what he was doing, went about it and got it done. He was friendly.

This handled the problem totally. The repairman was completely professional, and answered some other questions that I had about the appliance.

He came out to fix our leaky dishwasher. Turned out it was just off balance. He did a good job.

They let me know they don’t service my area, so I requested a refund.

The sales representative who came to our house for our first consultation was Michael Friedman. He was very pleasant and patient to deal with as we had many questions regarding all of the Lennox products. We found his knowledge of the different systems very helpful in making the right decision for our specific needs. In no way was he pushy or did he try to oversell us on anything. We found the whole process of purchasing our system to exceed our expectations. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Michael if you are looking to purchase a new a/c and or heating system. The crew of three installers who arrived to take out our old system as well as install the new system were all very courteous and professional. It was a two day installation in our case and the crew arrived on time at 8:00am each morning and finished each day at 5:00pm as promised. They were very conscious of keeping the noise level down and the work area clean. Their explanation of how to work our new thermostat was thorough and they made sure that each vent in every room was set to our satisfaction to get the best results before they left. The whole experience was a GREAT one!!

The fridge is completely deal so rather than try to repair it, we're going to have to purchase a new one. I contacted Angie's List for a refund.

Honest about not worth repairing appliance which was later confirmed by a family member who is in the business.

They did a good job with the service. They came in and realized they needed an additional part, which there was no way for them to know this before they came out. They left and came back to install the part. They came early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. Everyone there is very pleasant. I will be using them again.

Company refused to diagnose over the counter microwave oven that was removed from above the oven, saying it needed to be in place for diagnosis. I said it just needs to be plugged in to a power source, and they refused.

Everything went really well. They were very upfront about the costs of the service, they quickly diagnosed and repaired the dryer's problem, and they alerted me to the fact that they had an Angie's List deal which saved me some money.

The service went fine, they didn't find much wrong with it though.

It was okay. I sort of knew what the answer was going to be, and he just confirmed it. That's all I needed really. It wasn’t fantastic, but he was okay.

He came in on time and worked efficiently. Found the problem and told me how he was going to fix it, then did. Great job.

I gave them my location in the very beginning. I sent the guy an email trying to scheduled an appointment. I got no answer, so then I called them. I was directed to call another number and when I finally spoke with someone, I was told they don't service my area. There was miscommunication and I thought it was unprofessional.

They said they couldn't service my area. They were nice and responsive.

I ended up paying the $30 just to get the really high estimate, I told him I didn't want to do it. Then I just looked on line and found a local place that gave me an estimate over the phone and charged almost 1/2 the price this company estimated. I am very disappointed in Angies's list, don't plan to resubscribe.

F for Zero customer service. I do not recommend.

Called and repairman 1 hour later. Diagnosed problem and said he needed to order the part and told me the total cost. Called the next day to arrange repair appointment. Arrived 1/2 hour into 2 hour window and repairs were complete in 1/2 hour. Explained what he replaced and showed me how it worked and what was broken. Much less than a new machine, as opposed to other repair companies who always seem to think a major appliance repair is going to be $8-900. No complaints!

They are not able to do the service because they do not work on dishwashers, but they were good in communication.

He did a good job but it was not a deal. He informed me that the price would have been the same deal or no deal. However, overall he did a great job. I ended up spending a total of $150.00 for the parts and labor.
