It went very well
Description of Work: Our clothes dryer was not working. The technician quickly fixed the problem, and he showed me how to fix it (a control dial was broken) . He also gave me the broken part number did an Internet search and found me a supplier so I could order the part myself.

Description of Work: My very old but very reliable washer had stopped spinning out the water. A visit to Angie's list, a quick appointment, and Oleg, the repairman, diagnosed that a component had broken. Because they had asked on the phone for the make and approximate year of the washer, Oleg had the correct component with him. He promptly and quickly replaced it. He was friendly but very professional. I am very pleased with the service.

THEY CAME IN JEANS AND A FUNKY LOOKING SHIRT AND THE TOOLBOX WAS DIRTY. IT WASN'T OFFENSIVE, IT WAS MORE LIKE EXTREMELY CASUAL. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS A+ AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. THE MAIN THING WAS THAT THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME.
