We had bids and competing designs from four other companies over a years time. Josef of American Spring was the most helpful in providing a cost effective plan that addressed all our needs. It was a complicated installation of two 4 ton systems in the attics of two wings of the house covering seven rooms, a very large living room that had to be tied into both units and four rooms that have a flat roof and required outdoor ducts. Building is historic 103 years old concrete block with concrete flat roof. No easy access and none of the units or duct-work could be visible from the street due to historical issues. Work had to be coordinated with installation of new electrical service, wiring and new panel as well as new roof. There were several delays and some work had to be redone due to needs of other trades. All was done with courtesy, no extra charges and professionally. Minor damage to interior ceiling s were repaired as good as new. Questions were addressed and start up problems were address promptly. Overall excellent work and service.

Josef provided a fair estimate. The crew did a great job on the work. They were neat and professional and the job was completed in the predicted time frame.
