Larry Enos and his crew from All Clear were fantastic. I had the 1950s asbestos siding removed from the exterior of my 1926 Craftsman and I couldn't be more pleased. They arrived early and completed an estimated two day job in only one day. Arturo, Jesus and the rest of the crew were beyond thorough and efficient. They maneuvered their way past porch lights, the main electrical panel, a rose trellis, shutters and other odds and ends, to remove every bit of asbestos siding from my home. Their clean-up was simply superb. Larry came out to do the initial estimate, which in my opinion was very reasonable, competitive and worth every penny. The day of the job, Larry was readily available by phone to make sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend this company. Thanks you All Clear for a terrific job!

I contacted Larry at All Clear Environmental re: removal of drywall that had joint compound containing asbestos. I had taken a sample to a lab for testing, and results indicated asbestos present. The day I first contacted Larry, he visited to review the potential removal and suggested an additional test - asbestos point count. This test indicated asbestos content was below the threshold and the materials could be removed and disposed of as normal debris. I appreciate Larry's advice. I was prepared to pay his estimated $800 price for removal. Instead, he suggested this additional test that saved me from having to proceed with an asbestos removal project. There was no charge for his time or advice.

Quick appointment. Punctuate and gave a detailed estimate in a timely manner. The pricing is slightly higher than the others. Would still have used them based on their reputation except that both our AC person and ceiling texture person work with different abatement companies and can better coordinate scheduling for us.

Larry made a special trip this morning to see the problem and the location of both affected areas. After evaluating everything he suggested that I just remove the surface mold myself with a bleach solution. Because the wall is plaster it breathes better and is more conducive to a home remedy. I am to repair the outside sources of the leaks, clean the inside walls and allow them ample time to dry before doing any touch up. I was extraordinarily shocked and grateful for his recommendation! Although I live in a nice home, I have a very small fixed income. His recommendation meant I would save thousands of dollars without jeopardizing my home in any way. Larry is a rare business man these days!!! He does not take advantage of his customer for his own gain. He asks fair prices when work is warranted and will actually tell the customer if it is not! I hope many people flock to his business and he becomes even more successful!

The experence went well. They were really helpful, and made the whole experience non stressful. It was dealing with asbestos and I was already very nervous about it.

We are going to be using them. We have them scheduled for next month for asbestos removal. So far I liked them so much the first time we didn't even look at anyone else. They gave us an extremely reasonable price quote, and they say they can get it done in six hours. No pressure. Very easy to work with. I told them it would probably be awhile before I could schedule something and they were fine with that. They even have an electronic sign of contract so I can just sign it on line and then we can schedule everything. I like that. It's for removal of asbestos on our venting underneath the house. So far it's been good.

Since this was about removal of asbestos products I appreciated that they worked steadily rather than trying to rush through the job. They taped up all vents, taped together airlocks from plastic sheeting and carefully wrapped and extracted the transite pipes. I was present from start to end and am comfortable that the crew removed all pipes safely and without risk of contamination or exposure to us.

I am remodeling to sell my townhouse. I was under the assumption that there was asbestos in my popcorn ceilings and that the ceilings had to be removed. He arrived early with his measuring stick and did a walkthrough and measured. Bottom line: Larry said there was no law that said I MUST remove/replace the popcorn ceiling. He talked himself out of a $2,500 job. OMG!

It went just fine. It was good. They did a very thorough job. They seemed to know the information. It seemed to be a very reliable and important thing to do. It seemed like a good quality. If I needed to, I would definitely use them again in the future.

They came and gave me an estimate for the removal of the tile that had asbestos. On June 13th the asbestos was mostly removed. They contacted me to let me know they had to return the next day. They did so and all was removed, I feel safe and comfortable that it was done correctly. Thanks!

We called All Clear after our initial environmental inspection revealed mold and asbestos in the house we purchased. Curtis was extremely helpful from start to finish. He understood we had a short window of time before we had to move in and promised the work would be completed in a timely manner. He kept in touch with us throughout the process (it took about 5 days) and reassured us that the house would be safe for our young daughter. He was patient and professional and answered all of our questions. He also worked closely with our inspector to ensure we would receive our clearances in time for the cleaners, contractor, and painters to get the house in move-in ready condition. We would recommend All Clear to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

I have spent the last 21 years, buying and selling properties. I've dealt with 100's of contractors and subs. My family and I bought a home and needed asbestos removed. Because this is a specialized field and you don't call them often, its hard to know who to call. I trusted the fact that there were 79 recommendations on Angie's list and called them and 3 other companies. The other three names I got from people I know and All-Clear from Angie's. I'm skeptical by nature so I always wonder if these reviews are real or contrived but with 79 I figured that would take way too much work to make up and they seemed sincere. In the end, 3 bids were pretty close, and one was much higher. My testing company had never dealt with All Clear but their bid was right there with the other 2. But my gut told me to go with All-Clear based on the conversations I had with Curtis. He was prompt, sounded like a normal good guy, and trustworthy. He even showed up during a challenging time for him, to take the measurements, which I really appreciate. In the end, he did something for my family which I will be forever grateful. He did the #1 thing all companies and people should do in business: "Put the customer first.". So many companies today just don't do that. First I met Larry at the property. He looked the job over and came up with an estimate. His office sent me forms to fill out and the work was scheduled. A team of nicely uniformed guys, 3, came in the company truck and prepared the site for removal. They created a plastic enclosure and proceeded to remove the ducts. They were done by the end of the day. I was happy to get this work done and pleased with the timing. The team was pleasant and professional. Larry was personable and I think the price was fair. I would use All Clear Environmental again. I am a Realtor and encounter situations needing correcting at various times. All Clear made this process simple and easy.

I already had a team come out and do the testing. Now, I look to Angie's list to find an abatement/removal company. I e-mailed "All Clear" right from the website. I filled out the form on the website completely. I never heard from them. I called Larry's cell phone and he told me he never received my e-mail. He didn't seem all that interested in taking my information. I told him I would re-send the info online, and also gave him my cell phone number, confirming it with him a second time. I went back online and sent another completely filled in form, and forwarded my inspection/testing report as an attachment. It has been over a month without any reply. :-(

I used All Clear Environmental. They performed really well. They did an excellent job, they were here on time. They were really professional and really good. They came on time. They were good at everything I asked them to do. This was done the end of July.

Everything went according to plan. I called them, and he gave me a price over the phone. We set an appointment, and it was very flexible. He showed up on time. He did his test. I felt that he did a thorough job, and my house, thankfully, did not have any scary mold samples for him to take. What mold inspector guys do is that if they find something, they take a sample and send it to a lab, and that takes more time and more money. So, for the people who have that kind of interaction is definitely a different experience. He had this hand-held meter that goes through and searches for moisture. He looked at baseboards and things like that, and thankfully, he did not find anything of concern. It was pretty much an all clear. So, it was not too interactive. I did not have to go the path of like I had molds and we had to talk about remediation and all that scary stuff. I think their price was fine, and he was very quick to send in his report.

It was a good experience. They gave timely information. The quote amount was about $800. They didn’t return my call. He gave me a good idea about what needs to be taken care of.

We bought a house in 2011 and it has old duct work with Asbestos. The duct work was under the house. We were installing a new HVAC system and wanted to get rid of the Asbestos. I called Larry (and left a voice mail) after seeing the reviews on Angies List. He called me back with in few hours and he came the next day to give us estimate. He was on time, very professional. He spent 15-20 minutes with us, looked at the old ducts and provided us the estimate with Angies list discount. One thing, we really liked about him was that he did not waste our time and he did not try to scare us (unlike some other vendors). He emailed us the written estimate with in 2 days and described all the work that he will be performing in his proposal. His crew was on time on the day when the job had to be performed. They were very clean and professional. They finished the job in 4 hours. They also sealed the opening of the existing vents underneath the house. Another noteworthy about this vendor is that they provided us the conditional release on the lien after we gave them a check. All Clear also sent us the complete Project report of the work that was performed along with the EPA and CA forms. We were very happy and impressed with the services performed by Larry and his team.

Their price was reasonable and their response time was exceptional. We needed it done within three days. They came out, gave us an estimate, and got the job done within three days.
