I first contacted Larry at All Clear Environmental regarding getting my acoustic ceiling tested for asbestos. He kindly took the time to give me 3 recommendations, one of which I used and was pleased with the experience. When I was ready to remove the acoustic ceiling, I called him again for an estimate and decided to proceed with him based on the genuine and honest way he answered my questions and concerns. Larry's professionalism really showed throughout the whole experience. He quickly replied to all of my emails and phone calls, he patiently waited while I negotiated with the condo HOA regarding having the work approved, and, after the work was completed, he sent his employees back to reinstall the closet mirror doors that were removed during the work. I would hire him again.

Larry and his crew did a great job performing the asbestos abatement work that was required in my condo building. They were professional, clean, and a pleasure to work with. Larry did a great job explaining the work and was very patent with some of the residents' concerns. I hope to never need any future asbestos work, but if I do, All Clear will be the first I call.

The job was done on time at quoted price. The technician was professional and left the work site clean. They provided me with all necessary documentation required by the HOA. I could not ask for more. This was a small job, so the pricing was based on a minimum. I will definitely use this company in the future. A word of advice from my own experience with this type of job: Asbestos testing can be costly, especially to meet California standards which can be up to 10x higher that federal standards. Some testing companies will not tell you this in advance. My suggestion for small abatement jobs is to skip the testing and just abate if you believe there is a reasonable chance that asbestos is present.

AllClear / Larry helpful and accommodating. Cleared 982 sqft (5 areas) of ceiling asbestos material in two days. Rooms covered well, left clean and air quality report provided before plastic removed. I would trust and recommend All Clear Environmental to others.

Talked to Larry about removing asbestos from wall heater unit. He said I had to get someone out there to test it first and once it was tested positive for asbestos, his company would be able to remove it. Since it tested positive, he sent his guys to do the job. They were on time, covered furniture and cleaned up afterwards. Since this is the first time I had this kind of problem, I didn't know how much this type of job but found that it was pricey. The testing cost me $300 and the asbestos removal was $550 totalling $850 which I felt was pricey. However, the job was properly done, everyone is safe and I am happy with the work.

The project went good on time and on budget

One estimate from another company was $5000 more, another company wanted to drywall over it, another company would not answer questions. Larry and team did a great job. Started on time and finished on time, in and out in 2 days. Areas in the house completely isolated with plastic.

Larry and his team were amazing. I had a pretty tough asbestos removal project, and had multiple other service providers out to give me estimates. Larry's estimate was reasonable (not the lowest, but far below the highest), but what really struck me about him was how well he explained everything to me, and I got the feeling that he'd be very trustworthy. And I was right. He was so wonderful to work with (and nice to talk to!), scheduled me right away because he knew I was working under a very tight deadline, and his crew was so professional. Afterwards, I had an asbestos inspector come to inspect the site, and he told me that Larry's team did a flawless job. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any kind of asbestos removal project.

They ok. They were suppose to give some readings that we didn't get results on. Found pieces after they left.

Called to get an estimate on removing asbestos tiles in my home. He was good about calling back and came when he said he would. Took all the measurements and said he would email me an estimate. I emailed him and asked if he could give me a separate price for the kitchen and another room and he said no problem. I never heard another word from him. If he didn't want to do the job, I would have liked to know why. Tired of people like this wasting my time. I can respect your personal reasons for whatever but, to not ever call back is chicken s**t!

Removal was quick and thorough.

Very professional. Very punctual.and knowledgeable. We did not do price or contractor comparisons because we were very satisfied with their presentation and business style.

Larry provided the proposal promptly and scheduled the work to start within a couple of days . His quote was reasonable. His team (Artuso and Jesus) worked hard and completed the work in 3 hours. They removed all the air ducts from the premises for disposal.. Upon tendering the check after the completion of the work, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a Certificate of Completion and a Conditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment.. We would use them again.

Larry from AllClear was great to work with! We had AllClear remove asbestos transite siding from a home we're renovating. Larry was able to work within our strict time frame and had the job done quickly. We felt the price was fair as well. We'll definitely use them again!

Larry and his All Clear crew were great. We were in the beginning stages of a what we thought would be a small remodel project when it was discovered that we had asbestos in our flooring. After we had the floors tested and it was confirmed to be asbestos, Larry fit us in at the last minute so we could continue with our remodel with only a slight delay. The price seemed very reasonable and the crew was fantastic. Larry's crew Jose, Alfredo, Francisco and Arturo were very professional, patient and kind and made what could have been a scary time for us as calm and easy as possible. During the removal process our house was visited by an inspector from the Air Quality Management District (government agency). The inspector said the All Clear crew was doing a great job and that everything looked good. It gave us even more confidence in this crew. We would highly recommend this company.

It was a easy pleasant experience. They showed up when they said they would, did the work in a timely fashion, were pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them for sure in the future.

We are remodeling an old house and discovered that we have asbestos requiring removal. I read all the positive Angie's list reviews and called All Clear. Larry promptly responded to me an his level of professionalism was consistent from start to finish. During the actual asbestos removal process Rigo (technician) promptly communicated that they discovered some addition asbestos that they also removed. Bottom line: Professional company that exercises professionalism, excellent communication skills and common sense. I will definitely refer All Clear Environmental to friends and hire them again myself when the need arises.

All Clear Environmental can in and remeasured for moisture and found that what was supposed to be cut from the other company was actually dry. I did not have to take down the cabinets, bathroom vanity or toilet! They saved me quite a bit of money because when the walls were dry, the asbestos abatement was unnecessary. I would definitely refer them to others.

He provider came out to access water damage from a neighbor. His communication with me every step of the way was remarkable. He was professional and we will use them to fix the damage. I live across the country and trusted our property to this ver reputable company. A good choice!

It went very well. They were pretty thorough and were very quick to respond to any questions. We liked their attention to detail. Their price was on the higher end.

My experience with them was good. They came in and provided a quote. Luckily nothing had asbestos in it. I didn't end up using them. They were good. He was very thorough.

The beginning was a little tough to coordinate because he was very busy, but once we got the logistics settled, it went extremely well. Larry was helpful, looked to cut costs and worked with my insurance agency to ensure everything was done as they required. He even was nice about taking a call at 6:30 am in the morning the day they were scheduled to begin. There are not a lot of details because it just all went so smoothly. One of my neighbors had concerns about air quality downwind, and he took the time to settle that situation. When I had to repeatedly go back to Francesca in the office for multiple copies of reports. She was always timely. She is a little curt, but it never got in the way of her hearing what I needed and providing me with whatever it was. A later note: In January, a general contractor noted some asbestos tiles remaining on the foundation and advised me that I could not continue with the demolition until the tiles were removed. I went back to the testing company to question why they had cleared the site, since there seemed to be some question regarding the abatement. Long story shortened, they determined the abatement was incomplete. My insurance and I contacted Larry, who promptly solved the problem in a very timely manner without any additional cost to me. I felt ultimately that this was more of a problem of inadequate testing than oversight on Larry's part. He had left everything on the site to remedy anything the testing company found had they notified him/us accordingly. When they pronounced the site asbestos free, he understandably concluded the job was finished, as did I. He was great about being a consummate pro and just doing what needed to be done. I would still highly recommend him.

They were very good. I have been very lucky this year with the folks that I had a chance to work with. They came in, they were very fast and efficient which was nice. I didn't really get a ton of quotes from a lot of people but the fact that it did not break a thousand dollars made me very happy.
