Overall, it went well. There was a very slight error on our waste manifest (I only know this because I do this for work).

I contacted the owner, Larry Enos regarding the job. Larry came out to the house to size the job up. He was very informative, explaining the job from start to finish. We set a date. He and his crew arrived on time and quickly began to tape off all the vents and any other openings in the home that could be impacted by the process. I cannot tell you how long it took from start to finish, as I left the home for the duration. When I return, they had completed the job. I was very pleased with the work.

Larry was honest and helpful, instructing us to first get the tile tested to see if they even needed to do the job. Then, he came by and gave us a fair estimate and scheduled his men to come out the next day. The workers were great; thorough and polite. They removed everything in a safe manner and did a comprehensive job. They were responsive to our questions and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It went very well. Larry came out. Gave me an education in asbestos problems and explained when he would suggest removal and when he would just leave well enough alone. He did not charge for the visit and he followed up a few days later to give me a detailed review of the situation and see if I had any questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Larry Enos; the owner of ALL CLEAR for a estimate. He came by my house and provided a estimate. There was no pressure and he quoted me an accurate estimate; ensuring that it would not increase once the job was completed. I agreed to the quote and a week later ( as agreed), they showed up and performed the job. It was an overall good job. Along the way; Larry answered all my phone calls and answered all my questions. Only small quip I have is the guys removed light fixtures throughout the house to properly perform the job...and they did not re-install. But again, that is not a big deal...we ended up installing new light fixtures anyways. Once again, that was the only complaint. Larry is a honest guy...he'll give you a accurate quote...no low-ball estimates like three other companies I got estimates from. He will answer all your phone calls and follow through with everything he says he is going to do for you. I would definitely recommend ALL-CLEAR to everyone as well as using their services again.

I contacted Larry Enos at All Clear Environmental after receiving the mold inspection report showing mold in four separate rooms of my home. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and distraught. Larry came to my home after reviewing the report, examined the affected areas, took measurements and checked the moisture levels. He thoroughly explained each step of the mold remediation procedure including the event timeline. His professional demeanor and genuine empathy made an unbearable situation bearable. Since a window had to be replaced and stucco repaired in the guest bedroom which was one of the affected areas, Larry recommended Red Line Construction, a company that he has worked with for over ten years to do this job and the rest of the rebuild for my home. Prior to that occurring, the containment unit was installed and the negative air pressure unit activated to avoid mold spores entering the house. This remediation went smoothly. The other three containment units (kitchen, living room and half bathroom) were installed later giving me the use of those rooms for a longer period of time. The kitchen remediation led to the discovery of termites which I was alerted to immediately. The termites were dealt with simultaneously with the mold remediation which went smoothly. The half bathroom remediation led to the discovery of a good size hole in the east facing wall allowing moisture, dirt and bugs access to my home. Again, I was notified immediately and the hole was patched prior to remediation which went smoothly. After the living room containment unit was installed, but prior to the remediation starting, a crack in the foundation was discovered with moisture emanating from it. Larry and his crew exited the containment unit and advised me of same. It took every ounce of my being not to just break down and cry. Larry saw how upset I was and comforted me telling me that everything will be alright and that he can recommend a contractor to fix the foundation problem if I wanted. I asked him to please do so. However, knowing that this process is totally new to me and sensing my discomfort, Larry volunteered to meet with me and Dodge Concrete Surfaces to discuss my options and decide on the best course of action. Needless-to-say, the containment unit had to be removed for the foundation work to be done, than reinstalled afterwards for the remediation which went smoothly. There was never any negative inflection, comments, or facial expressions made by any of the All Clear personnel throughout the duration of the job regardless of delays, extra work and no matter how many questions I asked. I learned a great deal about the mold remediation process and I appreciate the level of professionalism, courtesy and empathy shown by the All Clear personnel. In addition, I passed mold clearance with flying colors on the first try!

About a month ago, we found out that we might have asbestos floor tile in the home we just bought. I checked Angies list for some one for help. I pick Allclear Inc.and called Larry after reading his reviews. He called back and after describing the tile and my situation, he suggested that we get sample tested to confirm if it is infact asbestos tile. His advise was that if the lab test is negative, I don't need his service. I decided not to go ahead with the test and tried to encapsulate the tile by laying plywood over the tile. After purchasing the plywood and concrete screws and planning to rent a hammer drill and figuring the time and work involved in this. I figured this is not how I want to spend my vacation time/weekend. I called Larry again and reminded him of our situation, he once again suggested that I do the lab test to really justify using his service. He was not irritated nor annoyed by my other option. I did an urgent request for the lab test. Got the result within 3 hrs and called Larry with the result and he came on the same day to get actual measurement for a quote on the job. A proposal was email to me that night and 2 days later his crew was at my house clearing the tile. I was very very very... impressed with the crew and he send 2 large vans to make sure that they removed all the tiles, carpets and other carpets that were removed by me. They clean up after themselves. I did not have to pay upfront and only paid when they were done and ready to leave. Very happy with Larry and his crew. Definately will use him if needed and recommend him highly..

They were very efficient and they gave a very accurate estimate of what the work would cost. They were punctual, did the job and did a good job. They did all the paper work required like permits. I would recommend them, it was a good experience. The price was right within range based on what we had learned before. It's a rather disruptive job and they handled it in the best way possible.

Called Larry and its nice because he actually answers his phone and answers all of your questions. He asked my specific house information and quoted me a price which is what I was charged at the completion of the job. He included an Angies List discount. It gave me a piece of mind to have a licensed company perform my asbestos removal. Very friendly. A+

While in escrow to purchase a home built in the 1950's, our general inspector discovered air ducts wrapped in material likely to contain asbestos. I discovered AllClear on Angie's List and gave them a call to get more information and, if necessary, an estimate. Larry Enos was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Larry and I had several conversations to discuss the issue and I was fortunate to have his insight and recommendations during the home purchase process. He even offered to review photos of the ducts. Although we decided not to remove the ducts (it's generally better to keep them in place if they are in good shape), we would certainly hire Larry and AllClear if we decide to remove in the future.

Larry was very quick to respond to my questions. The job went really, really quickly. Finished in one day. Some damage done to walls which is to be expected with this job and which I was warned about. I think his service was a good value and I am totally satisfied with the job. I can recommend Larry and his company for this type of work.

When Larry Enos and I first spoke over the phone, he asked me what kind of work I was requesting. As I tried to explain the nature of the job, he was very patient and explained the overall process to me. I noticed right away that he was very educational - he really wanted me to understand the nature and scope of this kind of work, so he took the time to explain it. When I spoke with other businesses, they did not go into detail about the process, and/or take the time to educate me - they seemed more interested in getting the business. When Larry came to our house to survey the job, I showed him the troubled areas, and again, he explained things to me as we went along. He went into the attic and discovered that the air ducts were not wrapped with asbestos material (as the home inspector reported). Larry explained what his crew would do to complete the job in line with the specific procedures and policies for this type of work. He was very personable and kind. After we completed the overall assessment, we began talking about other things like our families, so I felt very comfortable working and talking with Larry. We then arranged a day/time for his crew to begin work. We scheduled work for a Thursday, but at the very last minute (Wednesday evening) I had to cancel because our power was turned off. Larry was very understanding and accommodating. Within minutes, he called his crew to inform them of the cancellation. We were then able to re-schedule for Friday once power was restored. Throughout this process, I had many questions and reservations, and almost canceled the inspection altogether (due to needing more time to research my options and to continue reading up on the possible health risks). Larry was very patient and advised me to keep researching and then to let him know. I never felt pressured by him. Larry is very honest and he knows how to do his job well ? he is an expert in this field!

I called Allclear after finding them on Angie's List to get some advice about some composite tile in my den and vinyl tile in my kitchen. Larry was really helpful and straightforward about what I could do safely - to remove the carpet over the composite tile and float a floor etc. He gave me advice about how to work with what I had and never tried to convince me to have his company remove the tile if I could keep it intact. I was nervous about calling a company in this category because I thought they would use scare tactics and I would end up spending a lot of money where i may not really even have to. I really appreciated his help and will definitely call him in the future if needed. Thanks, Larry!

I called All Clear to remove the ceiling material and carpet, Larry Enos, the owner, suggested having a small sample of the material tested by an independent laboratory to ensure there was indeed asbestos present since the removal might not be necessay is asbestos was not present. The independent laboratory confirmed the asbestos. Mr. Enos made a site visit, quoted the cost and date to carry out the work and followed up that evening with a written contract. The work started a day early (with my agreement) and was completed in less than two days. The workers were very friendly, worked steadily and left the room spotless and devoid of asbestos.

They did a wonderful job. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. They worked within my budget. I did not have any place to move the furniture and they did the work in 2 visits so that I could move the furniture. They were superb and very nice people.

Larry came over promptly - the same day - and spent quite a bit of time at our house. He found that the pipe was asbestos, and that we also had quite a bit of asbestos debris in our attic. He promptly sent us an estimate. We went with another company, but it was really a coin toss between Larry and the other company. We appreciate the time he spent with us and his expertise.

This company is the first one that I found on Angie's List. I had a great experience from start to finish. Larry Enos advised me on how to sample the acoustic spray myself and send it to be tested. He spent quite a bit of time advising me on this in detail and giving me information on various variables that could affect the cost of removal. The spray tested positive for asbestos and Larry came in with his crew within four working days. I got two bids on the job, All Clear's bid was lower by a few dollars but I probably would have chosen them anyway based on Larry's responsiveness. They did a very good job and the house was cleaner after they left than before. I also asked Larry's opinion on whether I could knock down a partial dividing wall, and he took the time to explore that and give me a considered opinion and good advice. Larry's communication is excellent and he always showed up on time and returned calls and emails promptly. I highly recommend this company.

Larry surveyed the attic and provided an accurate estimate of the cost first. We then arranged for a crew to arrive the next week; they proceeded to create a plastic tunnel from the attic to one of the rooms to carefully remove the debris as safely as possible. A machine was placed outside, with a tube going through the attic window that prevented any dust or debris from leaving the attic. The men were highly professional: very careful about their work, courteous, and punctual. They were also very thorough, bagging everything and then using a hefa filter to vacuum up what was left.
