Larry is very professional, and he did everything a good contractor should do. I was really impressed by his service, and I’m definitely a satisfied customer. Also, I thought the price he charged was very reasonable.

This company is very professional. From the first call for a straight quote, to the end of a delivered job. They where on-time, very knowledgable and flexible with payment options. I highly recommend this company for asbestos removal.

Allclear was very courteous and gave us comparable price. They were very clear about their licences and being bonded. They finished on time and left our home clean. They performed the inspection and the EPA assured us the asbestos removed and disposed of properly.

These guys are great from start to finish. They answer calls, return calls, come when they said they would come, finish when they said they would finish. We had one issue that we had some questions about, and they are very responsive about solving that problem to our complete satisfaction. Hopefully we will not have to deal with asbestos removal again but if we do we will call these guys back immediately. We highly recommend them.

Larry at Allclear went the extra mile. He took the time I needed explaining to me the process of removing asbestos. He and his assistant showed up on time and the work was efficient and neat. Larry's prices were fair and he even gave me his Angie's List discount, as advertised. Finally, he treated me like a valued customer. I enjoyed doing business with Larry and All Clear and would definitely recommend him to friends.

The job turned out great and he did a good job. He was very friendly and he went above and beyond. He is a nice guy and he did work when he said he would.

Larry inspected the suspect material and took a sample for me to send to a lab for testing. He was friendly but professional and did not charge me, despitie having driven at least 20 miles to my home.

From beginning to end, this company gave us a great experience. Larry was professional *and* fun; his crew was great. They were on time. Halfway through, Larry found asbestos went all the way into the furnace. He called us to discuss a change order, and the change was reasonable and warranted. It's wonderful to work with somebody who respects your needs and takes you seriously. I really can't say enough in favor.

I liked the sales man. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was pleasant. A crew of two did the work. They did a good job. At the end they messed up the wall little bit. It was recently painted. When they cut the molding, I was expecting them to do a better job. Overall, it was ok. Price and responsiveness was excellent.

We interviewed and researched a lot of various asbestos removal companies and decided to go with AllClear because of price and reputation. Larry came out and provided us with a cost estimated and detailed explanation of the work that was going to be performed. We liked his professionalism, thoroughness and honesty. Larry and his crew came out to perform the Asbestos Removal for the acoustic ceilings and air duct tape----they did an amazing job! We couldn't have been happier, especially since we wanted the job done right b/c we have a baby and didn't want to compromise his health for anything. Unfortunately, even though Larry did a great job with the work that we hired him for, we found out a couple days later that we still had asbestos (visible popcorn) in our vent. We had to call Larry and his team to come back out to remove the asbestos in our vent. Larry made himself available and removed the asbestos in the vents immediately (as he knew that we were in a rush to move into the house) and we definitely appreciated his availability and assistance in that manner. We wish that we would have known that we had asbestos in the vents so that we would have gotten it taken care of immediately, but Larry and his team did the best they could. We paid an additional fee for Larry and his team to come back and perform this work. Larry knew how important it was for us to have a completely asbestos free home, he saw that we had some old tile work throughout the house...he checked it for asbestos and sure enough, it tested positive. We hired Larry and his team to come back out to remove the tile work from our house and once again, they did an amazing job! Since AllClear did such a great job, we wanted to hire them to do the Professional Environmental Cleaning throughout our house once all of the construction was completed. They wiped every surface with a wet towel and hepa vacuumed the entire home to make sure there was no dust or debris from the construction. We felt very safe when we moved back into the house as we knew that the house was 100% clean. We moved into the home and a couple of weeks later, opened up our heater closet and noticed more popcorn! We hired Aardvark to come test the popcorn, and sure enough it tested positive! We were so disappointed because we paid so much money to make sure the home was asbestos free before we moved in and we found more popcorn! We called Larry immediately and he offered to come back to remove the asbestos/popcorn for free since he knew that he overlooked it and knew how concerned we were of having asbestos in our home. We have the removal scheduled for a future date, but I'm sure that Larry and his team will continue to do an amazing job. We would definitely hire AllClear again and recommend them to friends and family. The only thing that I would make sure of is that you have Larry and team check for asbestos throughout the home so that you don't have to have them come back out multiple times...but other than that, they are thorough, clean, professional, dependable, honest and are here to do that right thing

Punctual, efficient and knowledgable. This company was great. Someone actually picked up (I was tired of leaving messages for contractors and never hearing back from them). An an air-conditioning guy told me he wouldn't touch the vents in my attic because of Asbestos. He told me he would have to remove it immediately. Today, I called All Clear California and they told me that Larry (their estimator) was in the neighborhood. Soon, I got a call from Larry that he could come take a look. He came, looked and said that the asbestos was not placed in any air ducts and that there was no way that it could be harmful. Then we asked him to take a look at my mother's attic a few blocks away, so we drove over and he said the same thing. What impressed me is that they could have claimed that something needed to be done and cashed in. Larry refused any cash tips and said it's all part of the service. So in one day, I called, Larry came by and gave me 2 estimates. I didn't think life could be this easy. pk

They were on time to start and this project. It took them around 5-6 hours to complete. They use all necessary equipment and work safely for the house and safe for themselves. The owner of the company who I hired for the Furnace installation was there, and he was impressed by the AllClear equipment and by their work . I think this Heating And Cooling company will now establish good business relations with AllClear, after they saw their work. The owner, Larry, came to the house to verify the work. I had FOUR other mold companies come to give me quotes. They all seemed ridiculously priced and there was just something about them that made me uneasy... so I tried one last one, Allclear. Larry came out himself to do the estimate. He asked a lot of questions and made his own observations. Out of the five companies he was the ONLY one to suggest salvaging the cabinet (double sink vanity)! The others said I would need to replace it completely and had no issue charging me close to $1,000 to do so... Larry recognized my need to be money conscious and was constantly suggesting ways to make it more affordable. He was so incredibly flexible with our scheduling which kept getting delayed due to closing escrow delays... but he was so understanding and friendly... when he did finally get to come in his guys were incredibly professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. They were in and out in 2 days when they originally quoted me 4 for the work. Their price was almost $1,000 cheaper than the next lowest but that didn't compromise the quality one bit... every single guy that worked on Larry's team was incredible!!! He has great repoire with his clients and you can tell he treats his employees with respect and appreciation. I wish I could hire them for EVERYTHING... I've never felt more trusting and comfortable with any contractor for any other thing (plumber, electrician, car maintenance, etc)!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Allclear for ANYTHING that they could possibly do!!!

They were fine and they did their job. They were on time. Their job was clean. They came and setup their machinery. They setup appropriately. They left the clean job site afterward. Their price was good and between them as well as other company it was $25 difference. I will use them in the future.

The interaction was good. They accommodated us by coming earlier because they had a cancellation. They were able to do the work faster than they had originally estimated they would be able to do it

They charged me approximately $800. They removed my asbestos. They are great. They are very friendly. They were on time. They removed the asbestos in three different locations. They even removed the pipes.

Larry returned my phone call promptly. I told him that I needed the work done quickly and he responded by visiting my property, providing estimate and setting a date. Everything was done in less than a week. I've used other asbestos removers in the past and Larry by far was the best.

Allclear did a great job. The person that I interacted with was incredibly helpful and willing to go way out of his way to inform us about the situation and options to address the problem. He came out to our house 6-8 times before he even did the work. He gave me several bids for different types of work. He was great about giving advice and informing us about changes. He really went out of his way to make time for us between his busy schedule. He was really great. I would highly recommend him. The pricing was fair and he was helpful in meeting our needs based on our budget.

Larry Enos is fantastic. When I initially took bids for this job, I had to go with another company due to time constraints - and he was still kind enough to send me a list of reputable inspectors, which to me spoke volumes. When the other company canceled, I had the good fortune to work with him after all - and was greatly impressed with the quality of his team's work. After they removed my ceiling and tiles, I had an independent TEM test done for my own piece of mind; my inspector noted how well their containment was set up, and my test came back with no asbestos detected. They were also the lowest bid. If you want it done right for a great price, call these guys!

They did a great job, and even came back and removed a hidden extra duct I found, at no extra charge and very promptly. They were very professional all around.

They were on time and did a great job, even doing more than they quoted. We liked the 'unfinished' look after they applied the sealer so much that we decided not to smooth it out- gave our ceiling some character!
