They were great, I contacted them in the morning and they came out a few hours later and did the work. I noticed a week later there were still a few wasps around so they again came out the same day and finished the job for no additional charge.

Service was great. Eloy came the same day I called. He inspected the whole house and found one additional nest that we didn't see. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

Eloy was able to come to my house within a couple of hours of my call. He removed a wasp nest I had noticed under the roofline of my upper story. I said I had another area that might have a problem, but it was hard to tell, because the vines that climb up my house had made it all the way to the roof in that area. He did find another active nest hidden under the vines, and offered to cut down the vines from that area for me, which was certainly above and beyond what I had expected. He gave me information about the solutions he had used to treat the areas to keep wasps from coming back. This was taken care of very promptly and at a smaller cost than I would have imagined given the time spent up a ladder in protective gear, and the extra greens trimming he did for me.

I spoke with him and he was enormously helpful and gave me options, as well as some other options that he could use that are non-toxic. I also discussed with him about other insect problems and he was very informative.

A yard worker walking on the small hill near the sidewalk in front of our house stepped in a yellow jacket nest we didn't know was there. These pests are mean suckers. Another worker who was close by was bitten twice by these pests and they buzzed around him as he ran up our 42 front stairs. (He's OK and was not bitten again.) We'd used Eloy's services once before to remove a yellow jacket nest half-way up our steep front hill and were so impressed by his work that we called him right away and he showed up less than 2 hours later to remove the nest. He warned us there could be some cosmetic damage but we told him we didn't care. And it turned out that the white coated hole he left is a barely visible disruption to the patch of ivy and is actually consoling to see as proof the pests are gone. We've used some great contractors from Angie's list but Eloy is the best of the best: price, quality, pride in his work, punctuality, integrity, personableness?. Recently we recommended him to a friend who used his services and who was equally impressed. And not motivated just by money but more by building his business and doing a great job, Eloy stopped by a few months ago to advise us on a potential yellow jacket problem near our back yard barbecue and he didn't charge us for that visit. And this time he advised us to put up some yellow jacket traps to gauge the extent of the problem in the back yard. We bought a trap at Home Depot and hung it last night and this morning there were 15 dead yellow jackets inside. We'll be contacting Eloy again soon to see if thinks we need to hire him for his undetected nest removal service where he hangs containers with a poison that the yellow jackets bring back to their nests. We trust Eloy to let us know if we should use his services for this or try to handle it ourselves.

From start to finish this was a positive experience. Eloy promptly responded to my call and quickly scheduled a convenient appointment. Our property backs up to open spaces so we knew it was going to be difficult to locate the hive in order to solve our problem. The problem was significant as bees were swarming in cascading pools that flow into the main pool. Some of our grandchildren had already been stung by the bees and were less and less eager to swim in the pool for obvious reasons. Our next door neighbor told us she had tried several different companies but no one had been able to solve the bee dilemma around her pool. When Eloy arrived he surveyed our property carefully and confirmed this was, indeed, going to be difficult because finding the bee hive was the equivalent for finding a needle in a haystack because of the wide open spaces around us. He observed the bees to see if he could follow their line of flight to the hive and investigated in that general direction but was unable to locate the hive. He told me he could try treating the area but unfortunately would not be able to guarantee the results. We felt we had to try something so we agreed to have him treat the area. It has been two weeks now and the bees have not returned. Needless to say, we are thrilled! We appreciated Eloy's candor and would definitely seek his help should the problem recur. Thanks, Eloy.

Removed them all and found some additional ones. They said it would be guaranteed for 3 months. Unfortunately, after they left I found an additional hive. Came back the 2nd day to eliminate that one also. Very professional and courteous. Explained the whole process and was prompt and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

I called in the morning, and he came that afternoon. He was on time, very professional and pleasant, explained what he was doing, carefully walked around my house and garage to identify all the nests (far more than I had initially seen), and applied pesticides and removed the nests. He explained that I might still see wasps for a few days, as there were wasps that were out of the nests when they were removed, but that if I continued to see wasps after four days, I should call him and he would return and re-spray the area to get rid of the remaining wasps.

This was the second time we hired this company. It had been a year and the wasps returned. He checked the rest of the eaves of our house to make sure there was nothing else. Very friendly and courteous.

Eloy (A Bee Solution) is a real professional. We first discussed the job over the phone. Eloy indicated how he could address the situation within an hour or so of my making my call. In less than 45 minutes he arrived, dressed neatly in his beekeeping atire, ready to go. I showed him the location of the hive and he related exactly how, with enviornmental concern, he was going to approach the job. I was quoted a very fair price for the work and within 30-45 minutes the hive was removed. Eloy inicated the bees would be turned over to other honey beekeepers and was on his way. Great transaction. My tenant had called about a wasp nest on the balcony and they removed it plus the inactive one as well. I would definitely call again if I have need. Very good price as well.

Eloy removed a swarm of bees that had moved onto a tree branch along our driveway. After initially hoping they would move on we decided to ask A Bee Solution to remove them in advance of the predicted rain. Eloy promptly arrived and suited up and prepared a cardboard box with a vented window in one side and then climbed up next to the bees who had collected into a small group on a first tree branch and also into a rather large group (roughly the size of a football) on a second branch. He positioned the cardboard box beneath the first branch and then shook the branch. He repeated this process at the second branch. In each case, the bees seemed to miraculously disappear but what had happened was they cleanly dropped into the cardboard box. Eloy then sealed the box and indicated that the bees would be moved to a suitable agricultural location to aid in pollination of crops. A great solution - we get rid of them but they move on to provide a useful agricultural service. We love bees as long as their home is sufficiently spaced away from our home.

Excellent - Eloy was professional, efficient and knew what he was doing. He came the morning after I phoned and took care of the beehive that day. Cleaned up everything as well. My regular pest guys were going to rent a hoist and needed 2 men and were going to charge me 3 times what Eloy charged. Would definitely recommend him to anyone with a bee problem.
