Description of Work: The serviceman Eloy Ruiz, was very knowledgeable and professional about his work. He removed 8 wasp nests and addressed a large bee hive. Did a great job. I'm very happy with the work and will call them again if required.

Description of Work: Eloy was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I called when a third party who trimming a large tree got stung. We could see the bees up about 25 feet. Eloy explained the process, gave me a ballpark price, and scheduled to come in a couple hours after finishing on another job. He called with an updated ETA so we could get neighbor dogs in the house. The bees were gone the next day and the tree has been trimmed. Yeah! He also gave us a 6 month warranty, just in case - but I do not think we will need it! I would definitely call A Bee Specialist again!

Description of Work: Unfortunately, the fine print stated that the services listed were for "wasp nest" removal and we had undertaken the contract for "Bee Removal (which entailed a much more labor and time intensive process)". Provider arrived as called and quickly assessed the problem as being "a Bee issue" rather than wasps. Insect removal was quick and complete. Insects have not returned (as specified by the provider;s agreement).

Description of Work: Eloy found and removed wasp nests in the attic as well as outdoors. He also installed screens on all attic openings. Even though I called on a Saturday afternoon, Eloy came in the early evening and did the job right away. He was great.
