Description of Work: Contractor identified and repaired 65 years of external wear and deterioration within one week in July. It was not cheap, but I'm happy with the result.

Description of Work: Paint whole one-story 4 bedroom house, including all trim. Powerwash and prime. Vista paint. Strip and coat front porch and stain rear wood deck.
