A+ Glass & Mirror

I spoke with the owner on the phone and got a quote for a mirror. He said if I came in and paid cash, he would not charge me sales tax. I said I would be in the next morning. I went in to the shop, and even though it was "open" it was locked up and no one was there,. I called the number on the door and the owner answered. I told him I was at his shop and he said he was returning from a job and was ten minutes away. I said I'd wait. A half an hour later he still wasn't there. I called again and he gave me a lot of attitude, saying he was ten minutes away. When I told him he said that a half an hour ago, he got all huffy and said to just be patient. I told him to forget it, hung up and left. Found a much, much better shop a few streets away who was professional, polite, less expensive and whose work was excellent,
