They did some touch painting on the exterior of my house. They were very good and very prompt. They were very clean. It was a small job but they did a good job of it. I was very happy with it. I didn’t shop around for prices so I am not sure about the price.

Overall the job went well. They did a very good job matching paint colors and were very good on cleanup. I was pleased with the result . My only complaint was the length of time it took to finish the job. Occasionally there were two men working but on several days there was only one, which held things up a little. I would recommend them.

They did a good job. I don’t remember the amount that they charged me but it was reasonable. I was real happy with the job they did. I will consider using their services again in the future.

3-BZ's did a terrific job of painting our house - they were fast, friendly, fairly priced and their quality was top notch. They did a great job of helping me choose colors and I'm planning on having them back to paint more rooms in the future. I was super-pleased. Highly recommend!

They were good but we just found somebody who we like better. They were prompt in coming out to look at the house and give us an estimate but we choose to go with a different company.

I'd utilized 3 B'z in the past to paint my living room and kitchen. They did an above average job, price was very competitive, and Anita (owner) was very professional so when I needed my new door stained, I emailed her to inquire if she provided the service I required. She quickly responded she did provide said service and asked for general information (door size, type, etc). Her price was $275. I agreed and she put me in contact with her employee Alonzo, who would do the work. I needed the door stain to match the color of the existing frame so Alonzo agreed to come over around 10am on 9/26 (the day the door was be installed) to take a look at the frame and return with a matching stain. He arrived that morning, as promised, and said he'd return that afternoon to apply the initial coat. He said he'd be back around 2pm so my girlfriend waited for him to return. 2pm came and went and no Alonzo. Around 3pm, my girlfriend called to say he hadn't returned so I called him and left him a VM. He never returned my VM so I left a couple more VM's a few hours later. Around 7pm that night, he finally called back and said he'd been tied up at another job. He promised he would arrive the following morning at 8am to apply the initial coat, return early afternoon to add another coat, and come back a few days later to apply the seal. The next morning, 8am came and went and Alonzo failed to appear. I left him a couple of VM's, but he went silent. I called Anita and she said this wasn't like him and she'd try to contact him as well. She was apologetic and tried to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, she couldn't reach him either and basically said there wasn't anything else she could do. It doesn't bring me any joy to leave a bad review for 3 B'z because Anita wasn't the one who was supposed to do the work, but her employees are a reflection of her company. Ultimately, she's responsible for their actions.

The estimate process went fine and so, we are using them. Their estimate was for $2500. I am currently working with them.

They were timely, professional, courteous of all of our belongings and just really nice people. I enjoyed talking to the team and Anita and her husband came over every day to check progress. Additionally, I don't really have an eye for design, so Anita gave feedback on some of the colors as well as some of the moulding work we were getting done (with a contractor of her recommendation)Overall, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

She did an excellent job in my office. She put together a bookshelf that I purchased. She was very creative and used what I had already to make it look new. She helped me consolidate a lot of stuff and utilized all the space I had.

I called and spoke with Lorenzo who came out to provide an estimate to paint interior of house, patch holes in walls as needed and protect newly refinished hardwood floors throughout. I learned that Lorenzo recently purchased 3-B'Z Painting Company from Anita and I appreciated his patience with me as I emphasized how essential it was that the newly refinished hardwood floors be covered in red rosin paper and protected. Lorenzo placed his brother "Junior" on the job, along with another worker, and brought Alex in to plaster patch holes in the walls where needed. They always showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves at end of day. I truly appreciated Lorenzo and Junior's attention to detail, making sure the floors were well-covered and protected and that the job was done right. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend 3-B'Z to anyone wanting their painting job done right the first time!

after checking the list and reading the reviews I phoned this provider. initial scheduled appointment in my home was done on time as scheduled. Initially, I thought the price was a bit much, but I did select Dunn Edwards paint and the painters needed to paint over a red room and ceiling (don't ask). The crew arrived on time. The owner/manager of the company stopped in a few times to check on her worker's progress. The crew reinstalled anything they removed in order to paint. they did an excellent job. I will recommend and use this paint service again.

They were very nice, prompt, and courteous. They were very positive and knew their stuff. They provided a very professional estimate. I wanted to use Benjamin Moore paints, so I choose a company that was more familiar with using the aura paints.

I am very pleased with 3-B'Z, they were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future. The work is great and was done quickly. I have had work done by other painters and this one was the most pleasant experience I have had so far.

Contacted 3-B'z for a quote for an interior paint job. Owner of the company arrived and the quote provided was the lowest by far. Since the job wasn't very complicated (ceiling with recessed lights and part of a living room/kitchen area), we went with 3-B'z. Anita and crew of two arrived at promised time. She and I explained what needed to be done and the crew went to work. They were careful to cover floors and furniture and remove recessed lighting cans. About 8 hours after they arrived, they were finished. Overall, I'm happy with the work. Ceiling and walls look pretty good. However, I noticed a couple of items which should've been corrected e.g. one ceiling vent installed in the wrong direction, one side of ceiling vent not screwed in correctly (which required about 10 minutes of my time to correct), and some light bulbs not re-installed or not installed correctly. Minor annoyances, but attention to detail is what separates "Excellent" from "Good."

I called Anita to schedule the appointment and then emailed her all of the paint colors we needed and the amount of paint I thought we'd need. She and Ricardo showed up right on time (with the paint) and went over every square inch of the house with us. Anita left and Ricardo did a fabulous job. He was meticulous and the clean up was perfect. Anita came back before Ricardo left and we went over everything again. We were delighted with it all. A real no-stress situation for us. And Anita is as sweet as they come.

Did a fantastic job, matched the colors we picked out perfectly. Were very professional, work was completed on schedule and looked beautiful.

The painting was finished in 4 days. The workers were nice. If there is something that needs more attention, they will listen and fix the problem.

Their estimate was very good. They were very prompt and thorough on what they were going to for me. They were very nice congenial people. They answered all of our questions. They were very personable. They were ready to start the work in 2 or 3 days.

Great team. The owner, Anita, is hands on and has a great foreman--Lorenzo. My job was very detailed and required extensive preparation. The painters were clean, taped off everything, and did a first rate job!

Scheduled time for painters to begin. Painters arrived on the date and time scheduled - promptly. Painters prepared the area to be painter and thoroughly covered floors. Painting turned out absolutely beautiful. The painters then cleaned up very well, sweeping floors. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I had a very good experience and they charged me a very fair price. They were really, really timely. They came out and gave me an estimate within a day of me asking them to and finished the work within a week of me wanting it done and they showed up within 5 minutes of when they said they would. They were like clockwork. The quality was really good, they didn't try to upsale me and I would recommend them to anyone.

We didn't use them because they were expensive and the other company we used has a three year guarantee. They were nice and we will use them in the future.
