I also called the general contractor and stated that this isn't true to install a handrail. Then, asked him to leave and for the money back, which he did give back. I gave a receipt to him and gave him the back the piece of word.

Called and got a quick answer. Said they needed to call back in 5 minutes. On the return call I was told it was too cold for anyone to come out to help me.

Eric came with his helper Jorge and they did a great job for a very fair price. His estimate of moving and strapping my water heater to the laundry was very high but it was just an estimate. We did not do the work. He was professional, punctual and experienced. I was very happy with his service and would call him again in the future.
