+ 0 moreThe general contractor coordinated everything perfectly. All the various contractors worked well together and things came together like clock work. The few minor issues we had were corrected to our specifications on the spot. I would give West Coast a rating of 10 out of 10 and I never give more than a 7.
Description of Work: West Coast Kitchen and Bath gutted our kitchen, pantry, and family room. They re-did all the walls, electrical work, and ceilings. They also installed new plumbing, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. Tile floors were also installed throughout these areas. They did the work on about 2/3 of our 3200 square foot house. West Coast arranged for and paid any subcontractors necessary for this huge project.

+ -1 moreThe people I worked with were nice except they were not efficient. The cabinets, even though coming from a high quality company, was installed haphazardly by their installer who was rushing out of here because they had over-booked him. As a result, my crown molding were cut in obvious places and pieced together like Frankenstein's monster. After waiting 2 more months, they finally installed replacement. We also had to drive 100 miles to pick up a missing cabinet their truck neglected to deliver to us. Center island was not the exact measurement we told the designer so we had to relocate our vent for the cooktop, and designer did not deliver all the additional options we wanted like knife drawer and tilt drawer for the sink. Overall, they did not deliver good quality work for the installation and overall service.
Description of Work: I did a total kitchen remodel and they put in all new cabinets and granite countertops for my kitchen.

Description of Work: NEW KITCHEN CABINETS AND GRANITE TILE. THE SECOND PROJECT WAS NEW CABINETS IN A LAUNDRY ROOM. WE PURCHASED THE CABINETS ONLY FOR THE SECOND JOB.
