They were supposed to be here today. They fired the person they were going to send and they forgot about the appointment until I called. The owner said she was going to come instead. It just doesn’t sound professional at all. She was courteous and friendly, though.

I had several trees/bushes that need trimming and cutting back. Ron and his crew did an excellent job. They cleaned up all the old foliage and trash under and near the area they were working. He hauled off a planter with a small dead tree also. I will be using them again in the future to clean the backyard. They were prompt on arrival. We had a little problem with communication on my side because I work nights and very long hours. But I believe if he puts his email address up this would help a tremendously in the future. Pricing was more than fair. Thank you again Ron and crew.

They told my son that they had done more than enough work to fulfill the contract however, they were not here for a full day of work (8hrs). The deal stated that they would be here for eight hours and complete what I needed to have done.

They called to say they would be late, which was appreciated, except that they were not late.... so my quick run to the store became an inconvenience. The price was also more than I expected. I had more trash than the promotional coupon I had would cover so I paid retail for the difference. In the end I broke even had I gone with another competitor that did not have any specials going on, but that came out to provide me a bid based on what they saw. They were very polite and did a good job of clearing out the trash and leaving the area neat. I'd use them again, I'd just be more cautions about calculating the amount of trash first.

There was a little wait with scheduling but this was fine as it allowed me time to get ready. The technician was friendly enough but there was a definite push to up-sell.

Ron and his crew were timely, efficient and ever so professional. They worked non-stop until the job was complete.

Cost a little more than the $79 offer, but I had a lot of junk. While the $79 really doesn't cover much, it was definitely worth the extra cost to get it done. They worked quickly and the crew was very polite and personable. I would say I'd use them again... but hopefully won't need to .

These people were extremely accommodating. I missed our first appointment without canceling because I was unexpectedly hospitalized the night before. They allowed me to reset the appointment months later and did precisely what I asked. They are good people to deal with.

Fine though we would have liked them to use ladders to reach the higher trees rather than climbing the trees themselves.

It was great. He was on time. He took the stuff that I wanted him to take and everything was fine. He was quick and clean. They were in and out in no time.

My thanks to the whole team - Ron, Tony, Jesus and Juan! My husband and I have our gargage full of expensive supplies for doing stained glass, hot glass and restoring vintage phones. Nothing was broken or damaged. These things required very careful and fiddley handling. They are hard to clean, hard to maneuver and require very careful storage. The team did this beautifully. In addition to doing the regular garage, they also got up on ladders to clean and vaccuum our overhead storage - this had not been done in 16 years - you can imagine.... As a result of a reroofing job done last year, there were crunchy pieces of asphalt in the tracks of the garage door. Team Ron cleaned the tracks out and lubricated the door for me - it is quiet and smooth again. ..... and don't forget Pauline, who is your first contact with the company - she is organized, cheerful and very accommodating. She has an excellent phone manner and was very patient with me - I have a hearing problem. I understand how frustrating this can be for the person on the other end of the line. Pauline just took it in her stride. Thank you.

Ron and his team were very professional, polite, and efficient. The trees they cut were problematic as they were near the street and overgrown through the utility lines. I was amazed at the skill involved. They cleaned the mess up perfectly. Very happy and hiring Ron again!

Ron came early and he did exactly what was contracted. I had to leave so I left him and his crew in the backyard to finish the job. He did a great job.

It was really good. They responded quickly and did the job. The only dislike is they have to assess the cost on the spot and so you may not know the total until they get there.

Very thorough and careful. Need to have flexible budget a the thoroughness requires purchase of additional hours.

The garage cleaning was fine. The only problem was they didn't put things back where they were originally other than that the garage is very clean.

This felt like a bait-and-switch from the moment they arrived. The deal we purchased was misleading. Provider did not respond to our requests and broke property. We purchased 8 hours of cleaning by 1 or 2 people. Upon arrival, provider acted surprised that we were expecting 8 hours and informed us there were 4 guys and therefore we'd get 2 hours. Through Angieslist.com, we told them we were looking for a deep-clean in the kitchen and the bathroom and if there was time for anything else after that, we'd talk about after those 2 spots were taken care of. When provider arrived, we reiterated priorities: deep clean of the kitchen and bath and then we'd see where what time was left. We told them expressly not to clean the oven if that would cut into our priority areas. They cleaned the oven. They broke a hook for our curtain rod. After they left, we found they hadn't moved wheeled furniture to fully clean the kitchen floor--we'd made it abundantly clear that the floors were a key area of concern. And, they held us up for additional money to clean the bathroom. Yet, upon arrival, they had plenty of time to chat. Very disappointing, especially since this was our first experience with Angieslist.com. I'd bet they probably are good at the hauling part of the business but NOT the company to hire if you are looking for a professional-level cleaning service for the inside of your home.

They did a good job hauling away the things I needed them to take and cleaned up after. It was very nice dealing with them.

Everything went well and they were done in approximately 3 hours.

They cancelled their first scheduled visit half an hour before they were supposed to show up on January 8. Rescheduled for the next day. When they arrived for second scheduled appointment, they wanted to charge an ADDITIONAL $110 to carry one light couch down the stairs of my condo. Would have taken their two guys 5 minutes. So that comes to about $1300 an hour! We told them to leave.

They said the stated price was for four hours and they had two or three people here and the number of people times the time they spent here. Came to another hour or so. So it exceeded what they said with the contract agreement was. They were fine. I would not use them again in the future.

They initially said they could do the job, and the deal page said it included tree removal. When they got to my home, they said they couldn't do it. It was a very large tree, and I understand where they're coming from, but I think they should have been more up front with me. They were at least very nice, especially Pauline.

They kept telling me they would come and indicated to me two or three times that they would be sending me an email with an estimate but I have never received anything from them. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times and have had no luck in getting an estimate. I will be moving on with a different company because I feel that this company is unprofessional and unresponsive to my concerns.

The company never got back to me or has replied to my email. During the holiday season, I set it aside and then we were out of town. But no attempt to reach me by phone or email. I have paid for the service. How do I receive a refund?
