OK, after he agreed on price.

Initially I thought this price was a good deal. As soon as I purchased it, I emailed the company to schedule service. After a few weeks, I realized I hadn't gotten a response, so I emailed them again through Angie's List. Still no response. Emailed a 3rd time through Angie's List. Finally called and spoke to a woman, who said she and Ron were on their way to the office, and they'd call me back in a few minutes. They didn't. I called again a few days later. They apologized and thought they had already called me. We scheduled at date, but I had to re-schedule due to a business conflict. We chose another date, but they had to reschedule for a medical issue. We rescheduled again, but they had to cancel that date. We rescheduled again for yesterday, June 26. I didn't receive a confirmation call the day before (no big deal), and the arrival window was 8-10 AM. At 9:55, I assumed they weren't going to show up, but they doorbell rang and they had arrived, with apologies for not calling me and letting me know their ETA. After all of that, they explained that the 2 hours of work I had scheduled (2 men for 2 hours), would actually be only 1 1/2 hours, since they had to use 15 minutes to unload the truck and 15 minutes to reload the truck at the end of their work period. I was not thrilled with that. Other than Ron taking an almost 10-minute phone call not long after they started working, they actually did a great job -- they cleaned the garage very well and assembled all the shelving units. Would I use them again? Not so sure.

Exceptional work and customer service.

They did a great job but, it did cost more than the $99. I didn't fill up the truck, I did have a bathtub. They were quick, cleaned up good, but it cost a little more than I expected. They left the place very clean. They were here by the time they said they would.

Ron cleaned up well after himself. He was very professional and responsive in the times he had to reschedule for service due. I did think Ron was a bit expensive in the haul away costs. Overall, great job!

It cost me double what I had planned - but, I had never had that much done before. So, all-in-all, I learned. And, they did do a thorough, fast, neat job.

Well-there was some conflict about whether the amount of junk was the right amount for the price agreed upon but I just paid the extra money to have it all removed

On time and professional. However, I purchased a $79 big deal and when they arrived was told all was based on weight. I told them when I signed up that there was a small pile of broken concrete pieces and that basically took up my big deal money. The rest of the work was another $250.00 which I was not prepared for. I would hope

I requested two bushes and two birds of paradise plants to be trimmed up. These are located at the front of the property between the sidewalk and the street. I specifically asked for this but it was not done and then the 4 hours paid for was over. I was highly disappointed that this was not done, but that other bushes were trimmed up that were not requested. Time set up was from 7 am to 9 am. They arrived at 11 am. I was only able to work 1 hour at my paid work that day because of the delay. I found this unsatisfactory. There were three men and the 4 hours work were met. However, for the volume of work that was done, I think that I overpaid for the amount of work that was done. Gardeners around here charge less than $100 per month, and over the course of a month, that would have been a much better value for me. I was highly disappointed with my first Angie's List deal. Really great hardworking people. I had tons of dry brush on my property, which is on a steep hillside. They took care of all my concerns and most importantly the fire hazard brush. I asked them to do a bit more, beyond the agreed upon 4 hours. It took them about 30mins over the 4 hours and they only charged me for the half hour, whereas most would round up an hour. Very honest. I will definitely hire them again. It's the perfect balance between quality of work and price point.

The job was done beautifully, better than I expected. Aaron and Tony are hard workers, they did an amazing job, cleaned up after their work, left my yard looking great. I would use this service again, and request Aaron and Tony.

He came out and gave an estimate that was more expensive than I thought it would be so I cancelled my order.

Had a late start due to truck breakdown. To Ron's credit, he called to notify me of the new ETA. Once Ron & Juan arrived, it went smoothly. They were professional in their demeanor and pleasant to deal with. Ron always asked me if I wanted to items removed that might have been included in error. I would use Ron again and recommend him.

Ron's Hauling & Clean-Up crew did a great job. They were professional, friendly, fast, and neat. I'm very happy that I found them and hired them—and I will definitely hire them again for future projects!

They came out right away and the service went very well. I was very pleased with the outcome. Workers were very diligent. They were hard workers.

They were late for the appointment because they were far out of my area, so I paid a little bit more. Other than that, it went great, they were very nice people. I was happy with the service.

After buying the service the service provider never even contacted me despite a guarantee that they'd contact me 3 business days after the purchase. I reached out to them a second time and still never heard from them.

I was very pleased. Prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. Well equipped, knowledgeable and safe crew. I will definitely be using them again.

They arrived on time. I had to take them to the street below which is very narrow only one car can go up or down this street. Great drivers they effortlessly made the adjustments necessary to get the job done. These gentlemen worked continuously the hours the offer stated. I did pay for an additional hour because the grass was very tall and the extra hour was worth it. These gentleman need no supervision they worked independently and did an awesome job. I'm extremely pleased. I will be using them again. No fire citations for my hill. Thank you for the wonderful job.

Wonderfully, polite workers. Cleaned garage and put things back where I asked them to put them. Paid attention to detail such as what needed to be thrown away, saved, and given away. I would highly recommend the two workers who Ron sent.

I waited to have the job done. However, when I tried to reach out to schedule I never got a response from anyone.

This house was vacant for two years, Ron came and cleaned it up very nicely. I would recommend this company to anyone needing professional and prompt service. I called them on 3/2/15 and the following week they came and finished the job in one day. I was scheduled for the job to be done on the 11th and they showed up a day before, which was great. Pauline works in the office she was very nice and helpful, she was pleasant to speak to and very friendly. Ron send me pictures of the finished job, very professional. I would use this company again.

They jacked-up the price of additional items to haul. They also spent half an hour outside my house re-arranging their trailer that was filled with refuse. Complete bush league.

Bought an Angie deal for 75. Evidently, there was more that needed picked up than what was capacity for the deal. I paid more than I thought I was going to pay. Other than that, there were great. Clean. Helpful. Efficient. Punctual.
