Description of Work: Ron & 3 crew members removed 2 old shed-like structures, and a 12 ft. high lath-covered(8x12 ft. area)structure along with trimming the rose bush also covering the lath. Removed 3 plexiglass covered areas along with pipes & wooden supports. Removed many old pots, plants, several clothesline poles, other debris. Ron made sure of the job requirements before starting, checked with me periodically, and instructed his crew as the job went along. All materials and debris were cleared from the yard when the job was completed. All members were very pleasant, respectful and worked very hard. They did a great job! Ron gave me a 15% Angie's List discount.

Description of Work: I was amazed at the thoroughness and professionalism of Ron and his crew. They took everything out of the garage, and swept/brushed/swabbed/cleaned every nook and cranny. As things got put back, each item was wiped down/cleaned. the garage was spotless. | |Having said that, however, we did have some issues w/ scheduling/punctuality. I arranged for an appointment weeks in advance, and then rec'd a phone call the night before that we'd have to reschedule. We arranged to come a day later, and when the appointed time came/went, I had to call and find out where the crew was. Was informed that "we're sorry....." - so we re-scheduled again. I'd already taken two days off from work, so the re-re-schedule was not ideal, but it couldn't be helped. On the day of the appointment, which was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. SHARP, I got a call at about 7:55 saying the crew had truck trouble, and would be about 15 minutes late. That turned into a 9:00 arrival. I didn't expect the job to take four hours (all that thoroughness takes time); I wound up having to take yet another day off from work. While I am very pleased w/ the results, and would hire/recommend, take caution that scheduling can be an issued. Also, all that thoroughness/meticulous care (which I appreciated and am pleased with) costs money. We burned thru my "big deal" price about a quarter of the way into the job; I eventually paid three times the total big deal price for the work. Again, I'm very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: They took everything out of my garage and helped me sort it into keep, donate, and toss. They then organized the 3 piles, helped me discard the toss pile and organized everything else. They also assembled a set of shelves, wiped off EVERYTHING and put things back onto the shelves in a very orderly and easy to locate fashion. The best ever! Ron was very upfront with what he and his crew would do and what the price would be. There were no surprises in that regard. Very professional. Thank you!!!

Description of Work: I purchased the voucher so that they could remove some large items. They were slow to respond. When they did they asked for an additional $200 to move the items. I cancelled our appointment and am seeking a refund. I felt their add was misleading and their customer service was slow.

Description of Work: Hauled a bunch of junk from our driveway. Did a portion for the promo rate as advertised and the rest at their usual reasonable rate. Quick, clean, thorough, could not have done it better. Very happy.

Description of Work: Ron and his crew showed up early (called ahead first). They got to work right away after reviewing the cost and talking about additional charges very clearly. I ended up having them demo a bunch of useless shelves and workbench. They took everything out of the garage, demo'ed, then swept before assembling some shelves I had purchased and putting everything back in neatly and carefully. They were fast and efficient and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their garage!

Description of Work: I waited quite a while for this service. When the owner Ron finally showed up the workers began working but were very unfocused. One guy tried to haul away some of my empty storage containers. Another of the workers pulled our fire alarm bell, causing the fire department to come out. | Ron agreed to take away an extra board in our trash to compensate for the chaos. This was a terrible experience.

Description of Work: Ron was punctual, courteous, and did an excellent job in cleaning and organizing our garage. Moreover, he treated the people who worked with him with respect and kindness and it is clear he has fostered a very good environment for his business. Ron took direction from us on how we wanted the job done and also gave excellent suggestions. A+ experience.

Description of Work: Removed garage contents (fyi we removed 50% or more before Ron's arrived) swept help return items to garage. Helped identify yard sale, donation, keep and trash. Also they put up one of two shelves.

Description of Work: We were moving and I signed up for a percent of a truck load which I think was $79.00 on Angie's list. On the phone I had told the service I had a mattress and |box springs to be taken. There was no mention of an increase in price. He came |on time and then informed me that my deal would not cover the removal and charged me a lot more. When I questionned it he reduced the price about $25.00 |and was a bit arrogant. Had I not been closing escrow I would have refused the |service, but in the situation really had no choice. Therefore I paid his increased |price, but felt ripped off.

Description of Work: The arrived 45 minutes after the arranged pickup timeframe. What is 1/8 of load (the amount covered by the deal) seemed pretty arbitrary.
