Description of Work: When they did not arrive at the arranged time, I was able to leave some items on the curb and they picked them up. They do not take paint cans and there is extra fees for heavy lifting, lugging up stairs, etc. I was able to adapt (do those jobs myself) and they left the curb clear and clean!

Description of Work: Major cleaning throughout house. They did not stand still, kept a steady pace, and were very efficient. I will probably call them to wash all my walls soon to prep for painting. Thank you.

Description of Work: Ron is very personable but it was pretty clear from the get go that his main concern was an upsell. I understand that everyone needs to make money but I wasn't comfortable with the delivery. I have hired other cleaning services with 2 people for 2 hours and I just know that one of those other companies could have gotten a lot more done than these 4 gentlemen did in 1 hour.

Description of Work: Ron's Hauling & Clean-Up is fraudulent company, I pre-paid for their deep cleaning service, but they have NOT provided any service at all. I emailed and called them to find out when they are going to come and clean my house, but they have avoided securing a date and time. They took my money and have gone radio silent on me. I'm reporting Ron's Hauling to my credit card company and also Angie's List. I'm also contemplating filing a police report. I'm disappointed Angie's List would advertise a fraudulent company on their website without doing their due diligence.

Description of Work: I bought a $149 coupon to clean my garage. Little did I know it was going to cost me over $600(including the coupon). They (4 guys) arrived at 10 and started the work at 10:10 but the clock was running from 10. I bring up the time because at the lunch break,which started at 12:20 (looked at my phone) and was suppose to be 45 min. turned into an hour but Ron said it was only 45 min. The amount of time wasted on little things was unbelievable (45 min. here 30 min. there ect.) and when I went to the store to pick up something nothing was done (the boxes in the driveway had not changed at all) but the clock kept ticking. I needed to watch them constantly in hind sight. Then it was time to settle up and I couldn't believe it. A $150 coupon turned into a $643 expenditure. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: Trimmed bushes, bamboo. I had the impression that they spent about half the time gathering trimmings and putting them into our yard-waste bin, so the workers actually only spent half-an-hour on the yard. Perhaps that is usual, I don't know. They did a great job on what they did, though, and were very professional. They offered to extend the time they spent trimming but did not pressure us to do so, which I appreciated.

Description of Work: I am just about to leave my second voice mail asking them to phone me to arrange for a service call. So far, no response to the first call, and no initial call from them - just an initial e-mail acknowledging the purchase and promising to call "soon."

Description of Work: Unbelievable service! These guys didn't stop! They know exactly what they are doing and are consummate professionals. My garage is neat and clean and organized!

Description of Work: Ordered Big Deal from list. Cleaned and organized garage. Swept garage floor and wiped down shelves and did a great job of organizing. Hauled away quite a bit of things. Very helpful and friendly.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal. They cleaned up three very tall palm trees. They were able to collect the seeds without spilling them onto the lawn. They also trimmed around the two structures to make sure we were in compliance with the fire department brush clearance. They removed some dead trunks and cleared some brush and did some more clearing and did it all in one day.

Description of Work: I paid $980.00 for the garage clean out. I did not think I was told ahead of time how much it would run over the $199.00 quote when he started. In all fairness he did tell me 4 men would cost $160.00 an hour, but he did not keep me informed of the cost. I felt it was very high,

Description of Work: Don't recall price. They removed a large and heavy TV that we could not move or take to dump. Ron was professional and his team did not damage or scrape walls during removal

Description of Work: I received an email that stated that the company would be on vacation last week of Aug and that I would be contacted for my services after. I emailed mid-September when I realized I hadn't received an email. I emailed AGAIN at the end of September. No one has returned my email, etc. I'm STILL waiting!! Help!
