Description of Work: It was difficult getting them to respond at first. Finally we were able to coordinate out time frame and the job got done. |I would use them again.

Description of Work: I called and was going to use the "coupon". The lady that answered the phone said she |would call back that evening or the next morning. Never called back.

Description of Work: Cleaned my garage, helped rearrange what was left, and hauled away what was discarded. Very pleasant people who were eager to please and did their best to help improve the situation. Ultimately, cost more than I anticipated, but they had explained when they arrived how the cost would be figured if we exceeded the time I had initially arranged for. They were entirely forthright, fair, and honest.

Description of Work: He came through on the job even though the scope was larger than expected. I have a huge sycamore tree in my front yard that needed trimming. I asked Ron to make sure the Big Deal would cover it before I bought it. The office assured me that it could be done. However, it turned out the job was too big for his crew. Ron had to return another day with a bigger crew but honored the Big Deal.

Description of Work: They cleared out boxes and stuff from garage. Removed old stacks of unused wood beams and other miscellaneous construction left overs from previous home owner. Then cleaned out dust and debris from my detached garage. |They were very courteous. Price for hauling away was fair. They did a lot of dirty work in a short period of time- not something I could've accomplished on my own.

Description of Work: Ron and his men cleaned up our whole back yard where they removed bamboo. They were very professional and the yard looked beautiful!

Description of Work: Cleaned part of my garage. Did a very good job but told me ahead of time that it would probably take another 2 hours at an additional $160.00 per hour. I told them to work the hour that I purchased on a deal on Angie's List and that was all. They did about 1/2 of the garage but did do a good job.

Description of Work: I hired them for 8 hours of deep cleaning and 3 guys came. 2 of them spent an hour in the bathroom and did a wonderful job of cleaning the floor and baseboards and counters and shower and it had not had just a good scrubbing everywhere in years. |However that left one guy to do the floors and base boards in the LR and Dining Room and there was only a few minutes to do the kitchen. I ended up washing the kitchen floor myself after they left. I obviously needed more than 9 hours (I paid extra for over 8 hours) but I feel better with 2 people than three. Three people work 20 minutes for one hour of pay and they cant work in the same place. |So I would have them back-they worked hard and did great in the bathrom but I would say only 2-its easier to gauge how long things are taking.

Description of Work: They took everything out of the garage and cleaned wall studs, rafters and floor. Replaced and organized items I wanted to keep and hauled away discards. They sent 4 people to work for 1 hour which used up the $149 paid for the "deal". So the 4 hours advertised with the deal was mis-leading. Ended up taking $440 additional time plus hauling charge. Allin all I am pleased with the service and I'm glad that the garage is clean after years of procrastination.

Description of Work: We ordered service to have our garage cleaned on Jan. 07. We heard nothing from them until the 13th, when they requested a phone number -- I believe I'd provided one when I bought the deal, but I provided it again the day of their request. As of the 22nd, we still haven't heard from them and have since cleaned the garage ourselves since we had already rented a dumpster.

Description of Work: I tried many times to contact the provider. I finally made contact about the 2nd week of January. The lady on the phone said she would send me the information. I never received the information. I called a week later and there was no answer so I left a message with my phone number. I called again almost daily and still received no response. I am through with this company. I have never received such bad service and it is very disappointing.

Description of Work: Horrible. This is the most unprofessional group of buffoons I have ever dealt with, The first time they didn't show up or call, but explained there was a mix-up with names so I gave them a second chance. On the second attempt they showed up and said it would be another $175. The guy picking the stuff up didn't know I was home and was clearly trying to do a bait and switch with my wife. When I went outside talk to him he got very defensive and departed the scene. I picked them for their A rating. If this is an Angie's list A-rated company maybe my membership doesn't have much value. In fact, after typing this, I find that I'm furious again.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, we never received the services. We got an e-mail to arrange an appointment, but after responding to it we never heard back. We tried calling a few times after but only got answering machines and no responses. :(

Description of Work: Not professional cleaners. Did not understand what "deep cleaning" was. Admitted they were busy on the day of my service so sent 2 men from the hauling and tree service...not the normal cleaners. One of the guys appeared to not know what to do at all. They took so much time on the bathrooms they had no time to do the rest of house. Very disappointed in the service. Would never use again. After purchasing the deal I never was contacted by company. I emailed over 3 times and then had to contact Angies list for their phone number. Left message with cleaners and was not called back. Left another message advising if not called back I would cancel. Finally was contacted. I feel their "cleaning" service is an after thought and their real business is the tree and hauling.

Description of Work: Hauling job was a lot bigger than coupon purchased. So cost was quite a bit higher than I had anticipated. It was a big job with four guys working for some time. Job included hauling numerous boxes from garage and material from yard , removing content and discarding.
