Description of Work: Removed construction waste from side yard. |Once they were here things went very well. |Was a little rough getting the job scheduled, ran into some truck problems and than nobody called to reschedule the appointment, had to call a couple of times. They are very courteous and apologized for the delay. Overall a good company.

Description of Work: They got rid of a pile of junk and were very reasonable in terms of cost for the additional junk we added. They cleaned up the area completely before leaving. I would definitely use them again

Description of Work: I had them trim some trees and bushes. They dug up some weeds, cleaned up the yard etc. They worked fast and preformed more than was expected.

Description of Work: First, scheduling was very difficult. I'd set aside the day for this project, and the arrival was put off for hours, little by little. They eventually did show up, and the 2 guys did a great job clearing out my garage. I was surprised after paying the initial $150 (or so) that I had to pay another $150 for a relatively small amount of junk to be hauled away. It doubled the cost, and I was taken unawares. But, overall, the service was above average (taking everything into consideration) and I needed it done.

Description of Work: Here are the facts: I scheduled an appointment shortly after purchasing an Angie's List offer. I was told Ron's would arrive between the hours of 8-10a. The morning of the appointment I called Ron at 8a to confirm the company would on site between 8-10a as I would be leaving for work, by 9:30, but my wife would be at home, but needing to leave by 10:30. Ron confirmed they would be on time. At 10:30 my wife called to let me know that Ron's Service had not arrived and she had not heard from them and needed to leave for another appointment. At that point I CALLED Ron to tell him they were too late and we would need to reschedule. He did not apologize, rather he said his other job took more time than he anticipated, and that the truck was already heading to our home and that we were now inconveniencing him by his needing to 'recall his truck and staff and cancel the appointment'. STRIKE ONE. After speaking with Pauline from Ron's about the above incident, who was very pleasant, courteous and apologetic, I gave Ron's another chance and rescheduled an appointment for later that same week and the same window of arrival hours, 8-10a. The evening before, at about 6:30p I got calls on both my home line and cell. Ron left me messages letting me know that he would have to cancel the second appointment due to a mechanical issue with his truck and to call him back to reschedule. STRIKE TWO. I called him the following afternoon, at which point he conferenced me in with Pauline. I proceeded to tell Pauline that at this point, I had reservations with their service and was about to tell them I would be requesting a refund - but Ron interrupted me and proceeded to aggressively lecture me to not call into question the quality of his service. When I tried to respond, he would simply talk over me, at that point the conversation quickly degenerated into a shouting match. STRIKE THREE. End result - request for a refund and no services provided.

Description of Work: This company advertised deep cleaning house cleaning servicea for 8 hours. The crew that showed up was the woman who works in the office and, I believe, her son. I was expecting a professional crew at this price. I had wanted them to do only designated areas of the kitchen (the cabinets, stove, refrigerator, and light fixtures) and the bathroom. After 1 1/2 hours i could see that they were not experienced in house cleaning and would not be able to do what I needed done. I told them that this wasn't what I was expecting and that I would pay them for the 1 1/2 hours. The woman insisted that they would be able to finish the job. I had removed all the items from all of the cabinets in the kitchen so the shelves and cabinets could be cleaned. The young man vacuumed them but never cleaned them. I wanted the entire stove cleaned, including underneath, but only the inside of the oven was cleaned. The outside was cleaned, but still had a lot of residue. There were a lot of missed areas, including the broiler. I had boxed up everything in the refrigerator and freezer. They initially told me that they did not clean refrigerators. After they saw that I had emptied and boxed everything, they agreed to clean it. They completed about 1/4th of the job. They were unable to move either appliance to clean underneath them. The counters were cleaned but wiped around the microwave and breadbox. The floor was mopped, but not around the |edges. I felt they avoided the things I wantedo them to do, except my small bathroom. And even then the floor wasn't done properly around the edges and the floor was sticky. Also one of the mirrors not cleaned and trash left in the waste basket. . They did the best they could, but they are not experienced in the home cleaning business, especially deep cleaning. I feel this company misrepresented itself and should not be in the house cleaning business. I must say that they were very nice people. | |

Description of Work: Hauled one load of some of my old junk. Very prompt, polite service.

Description of Work: I initially bought the deal for $79 for some debris in my backyard, some of which were several hundred pound pieces of concrete. Once they arrived, Ron assessed the items and told me that the concrete would be an additional charge because of the weight. It did state in the deal that heavy items may be an additional charge. I was happy to pay extra to have everything cleaned up and removed. Ron and his worker were very nice and professional and even tidied up after they loaded the items. My yard looks great with the items gone! I would most definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I was to have received a call back after having purchased this Big Deal Offers within 48 hours. Never heard from them, even after I called them twice.

Description of Work: we set an appointment for Monday morning for an estimate to empty out a house we were going to sell. they called Monday morning notifying us they would be there a few minutes earlier than expected. Ron gave us a cost estimate and an estimated time of completion. we agreed on the price. he said he would call us about an hour before he would be done so we were free to go about our day. he did call as promised. the work was done as expected. would do busniess again. would recommend to others.

Description of Work: trash removal. never contacted me. never scheduled. no chance to provide instructions and add items. obvious trash was removed from back yard, but intended to add a few that were left. paypal was debited with no acknowledgement.

Description of Work: Couldn't use their service because they did not honor the price. I ordered this deal on the telephone with Angie's list. Angie's List called the Ron's Hauling and explained what I needed hauled and Ron's contact said it would be no more than $100 job (I paid $79 for deal minus $5 Angie's discount). When I called to arrange service, Ron said, "oh no. I don't quote over the telephone. This job could possibly go up to $175." That's when I told him that was a ridiculous amount to haul away one couch and that I would be canceling the service with Angie's list. I contact Angie's and arrange to use Junk King instead.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal on Angie's List. We set and appointment. Before the appointment time they called to let me know they'd be late and to see if the later time would be okay. It was fine and I appreciated the call. When they arrived they cleaned up the area and did a far neater job than I expected. They even filled in some holes to even out the ground. Very nice, very professional. Then they hauled the junk away. Yay!

Description of Work: I was very impressed by the work done. Everything was done according to my wishes. The company was very careful while working and nothing was damaged plant wise and my sprinkler system was not damaged as has been with other companies I have hired in the past. After the work, everything was very well cleaned up. I have had many tree and yard cleanup services throughout the years, and this was the best one I have had. I would highly recommend this service. I plan to use them again in the near future.
