Description of Work: 1st he showed up 3.5 hrs late. Made excuses for that and wanted to do things his way. Had non English speaker who didn't know anything. He did assemble my new cabinets but really over charged me to haul the boxes and other things which I understood to be part of deal. Glad to see him leave. Did not feel comfortable around him.

Description of Work: They cleaned out my garage. They showed up late, had a hard time angling their truck into my shared driveway and then said that this was part of the two hours (it took them about 30-40 minutes to do this). They also took a long time finishing. I felt it could have been finished in less time. I pitched in and did some things myself. They told me, when I asked, that if it was longer than the 2 hours (which again was minus their parking their truck), that I would be charged an additional $80 an hour for their services. What they did not mention was that there would be a 'hauling fee' to haul away anything that was considered not able to be donated. It took them an additional 4 hours, which was $320 and then I was presented with a $300 bill for hauling. Needless to say I was not too happy. I had already paid the Angie bill for $149 for two hours with two guys. I realized too late that this was really not much of a discount ($11). If you decide to use them, I would get everything up front in writing. I feel they took me for a ride along with the'hauled' items.

Description of Work: Upon arrival, the provider indicated that the total costs would be six times the deal price. Some additional cost was expected based on the deal fine print, but sales pitch of what's included was not anywhere close to the actual cost.

Description of Work: Provider was punctual and professional. If using a voucher, buyer should be aware of what is covered. If you have anything that is tall, it may not be covered. I paid an additional $150 to have EVERYTHING i needed removed. But in the end it was worth it because it was Done and Gone!! Sure I could have just put everything on the curb for the trash man, but when would I ever have time to do it? It was worth it to pay someone else to do it.

Description of Work: The contractor took several weeks to return my phone call and they only did once I emailed them and said I wanted a refund. Then they left a message and stated a time and date they were coming over. I wasn't available. Now It's been several months and Angie's list won't give me a refund. These Angie's deals are bad deals. I don't know if they over book the vendors, but the customers get treated unfairly.
