Description of Work: I gave him the exact amount of leafs to be hauled and the small truck that they had available and They told me how many years they have been in business but could not give me an estimate or a range in price. They needed to come over and look at it first and then schedule. Everybody could give you an estimate on the phone but not the professional Rons. So let's say you wait for them to come look at it and they are too expensive then you need to start all over. To me if they can't be up front and consider the customer first the they don't warrant my business

Description of Work: I needed the flower/tree beds cleaned up in the front and back yard - hack out weeds, pick-up leaves, etc. Priority on the back yard - which I communicated multiple times. It did not go great. |1. I had made the appointment a month in advance, and no one called to confirm the day before or morning of; when I called Ron was disorganized and took quite a bit of time to confirm I was 'the first appointment' of the day. 2. I was told 2 people would come for 2 hrs (total of 4 hours); instead 4 people came for 1 hr and it was incredibly inefficient. Two big issues - I had to discuss with Rom for 20 minutes what needed to be done - that was more than a lost hour of work time while the crew was standing around waiting for direction from Ron. Ron did not do pre-appointment consultations, he said they were unnecessary. The 2nd issue was he started the guys in the front yard, so by time they got to the back they were pretty much out of the time covered by the 'deal' - and their schedule was too busy to extend the time. Overall - very poor management of the process.

Description of Work: No, the price was way to high. I had to help a lot. It took all day. I was exhausted. Again the price was way to high. The final outcome was good, but we didn't finish all of the draws and cabinets. The owner was nice, but again, I had to work to hard and I don't think I should have had to lift a finger for what I paid.
