Despite a scheduling snafu, it went well and the folks were responsive.

This provider tried to charge me more money than the big deal was purchased for to haul away the debris. I had requested two workers. Three workers showed up. I ended up only getting about 30 minutes of work of these guys. When I was explaining to them what I needed done, the provider told me that that was using up my time that I had purchased. They claimed that the fine print of the deal said that hauling would be extra, when it says that the debris would be left for pickup. I was supposed to hear from them within two days of purchase, and a week had gone by before I made contact, and I had to pursue the contact with the provider. I could not get get a word in edgewise, he was basically telling me what he was going to do to my yard. They have knocked on my door 5 times during the course of the time they have been here when they have not worked the correct time. 22 minutes after the 3 workers had done work, the provider asked for more money.

It went great! Ron and his helpers are lovely people and hard workers. Our goat barn was a large yucky mess, and Ron made it disappear. We were surprised they even offered barn mucking service, what a surprise! He also hauled away three old patio sets and a gargantuan grill. They were quick and efficient and even used a leaf blower to erase any trace they were even here. Very considerate. The company arrived on time, gave us an estimate, and completed the job - all within half a day. We couldn't be happier and will use Ron again.

At 4:26 am on 4-26-14 I purchased a Deals voucher for $149 for 4 hours of yard work. At 6:48 am on 4-28-14 I used the Angie's List message system to initiate contact with Ron's Hauling because I had not heard from them yet and was hoping to schedule service. At 8:33 am on 4-30-14, the morning of day by which this company was supposed to contact me, Angie's List emailed me to inquire if I had heard from them and later that day told Angie's List I had not. It is now 7 days past purchase and this vendor still has not contacted me via phone, email, or the Angie's List messaging system. Angie's List is giving me a full refund at my request. It is my experience that poor customer service at the onset indicates more poor customer service, and actual service, to come. Not only did Ron's Hauling lose my business for this voucher, but it lost out on future service I was planning to give them myself if they did a good job, as well as the business of several of my neighbors who had told me if that if this company did a good job for me, they would call them for service for their needs.

Did an excellent job removing items, came out 24 hours after inquiring about services. I thought for two items $150.00 was too much to pay, but had new furniture arriving and needed them out.

He came to the door after working for a couple of hours, "I totally lost track of time" he said and long story short he charged me $149 more. I was not planning on spending any more than the $149 I had already paid for the Big Deal. So it was not a good deal at all!!! $298 for what they did was robbery!! I felt as though I had been taken advantage of especially since I had said my budget was the $149 that I had already paid for the Big Deal. Thank you, Barbara Pachano

Ron came on a days' notice, honored our Angie's List coupon, and removed our pile of debris quickly and efficiently. The cost was less than I expected, and we wouldn't hesitate to call him for jobs in the future.

Ron's service is great. I was contacted by him immediately after purchasing the deal - literally within an hour. We went over our schedules and booked a time for him and his crew to arrive. They gave me a 2 hour window, they arrived within that window and even called me about 20 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they were on the way. I had a good stack of junk to be hauled away as well as an old stationary bike. No problem at all. I also asked if they could take down and haul away 60 year old cabinets in my garage. There was an extra charge for this (an an extra charge for the bike as it was big and bulky) but the service was worth every penny. Ron's crew took down the cabinets, dismantled them (sometimes with saws) and hauled them away in their truck. They cleaned up everything before they left - there was a lot of saw dust from the cabinet demolition and just general dirt from the piles of junk. But my garage and yard was spotless once they finished. Ron and his crew were on time, polite and very hard workers. I would hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Ron came on time and removed the fridge quickly and efficiently. I was disappointed that he would not remove my two old televisions. That would have made the deal more worth it. $79 to remove 3 items instead of just one item. Besides for that caveat, i am pleased overall with me experience and would do business with Ron again if I need anything else to be disposed.

I purchased the Angie's List big deal for $79 without realizing that I had a lot more stuff to haul than the big deal offered. I had never had "junk" hauled away before. Ron was very kind and gave me a fair estimate to remove everything. He and his crew worked extra hard to move all the stuff that day, even though they did not expect it would be as big a job as it was. He made two trips to the dump. They swept up the yard beautifully too! I was so relieved as I am on a time crunch to prep my backyard for my daughter's wedding. I would absolutely use his services again.

Ron was prompt in getting the appointment set up. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Ron again if I need more items disposed of.

Called to verify the appointment on Sunday, 3/16. They called on Monday, 3/17 to estimate their time of arrival. They arrived within the time frame that was specified. They were very professional and friendly and efficient. I would use their services again in the future.

Ron & his team showed up on-time and made quick work of a very large pile of junk. He was courteous, fairly priced, and excellent to work with. I'll be calling on him to handle removing an unwanted tree in the not distant future. Highly recommended!!!

We had the $75 Angie's List coupon for 1/8 of a load. He came by saw it was a little more and charged us $40. He did the job quickly and efficiently. Well done. Swept up after and now I have space in my back yard!

Ron did a superior job. Exceeded my expectations. Really cleaned up after he loaded our junk and ended up doing the work for less than the original quote. I would use him again and highly recommend him to all.

Went very smooth. VERY professional and courteous. Promptly scheduled, arrived and did the job. In fact the clean up of the area looked better than before I put the junk there to begin with. Will definitely use again.

Ron worked with me to set up service on a few days notice. He and his assistant were punctual, personable and quick. We were very happy with the over all service.

Ron kept in frequent contact, regarding the exact time he would arrive. He was prompt and did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site.

omg...these guys worked so hard tearing down a high wood patio cover and four cememnt hugh posts hauled it all away and thenat the end there was a sirprise they asked for soap and they scrubbed the cement floor it is such a beautiful job were so happy

Ron's Hauling (and Ron himself) was very responsive when I called. Ron asked for the address and said he would swing by and look at the pile to be hauled and leave an estimate in the mailbox. He did that and I called and agreed on the price. Ron gave me a window in which he would arrive and haul the stuff, but he ran late and rescheduled for the next day. Then it rained, so he rescheduled again. The debris was hauled, just under the gun (we had new construction beginning and it had to be out of there). The price ended up being more than we were quoted (which we had been warned about, and we still felt it was fair.) I realize that things happen (weather, time constraints) but the experience was more stressful than I had hoped.
