The service went very well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. I paid an additional fee to have them haul away a lot of things from the garage and take apart and remove a large computer desk. They also removed an extremely heavy foot and headboard from upstairs. I thought the additional fee was reasonable. Three guys came out for the job and completed the service in about 35-40 minutes. They brought a large trailer to haul everything away with. They did great work and were very personable. They were also very organized and careful in their work to not damage anything.

I was never contacted so the service could be scheduled.

My initial message was responded to quickly by Pauline who provided a phone number to call her. She and I spoke on the phone more than once and she was doing her best to try and get a time setup for a bid. I felt as if she cared as much I did about getting a bid and the work done quickly. She also advised me on whether or not to purchase the coupon the company was offering and her advice was great. However, my painter suddenly found a similar service. Their price was good and they could show up the next day. So even though Ron's didn't even get a chance to bid on the job - I will definitely keep them on my "favorites" list based on the great work that Pauline is doing dealing with the customers and the scheduling.

It was a difficult job but Ron and his people handle it very well!

The service went very well. I paid an additional fee to have them pull and clear off some weeds around the perimeter of my home. They also helped me hang tarps around the fences of the ally and hauled away some junk. I was a bit confused on the additional charge for the service. The guy said because he had 2 other men with him I only would get 2 hours of service and any extra time would cost extra. I was a little put back by the extra cost. The guys who came out were very hard workers and did a great job. I had no problems contacting the company or scheduling the service.

We purchased a 1944 home with a yard that had been neglected for at least 30 years, maybe more. At best there was some poor DIY landscaping on what was essentially a dirty pile full of random stones, asphalt, bricks, dead plants, pieces of wood and other fun things. It was my goal to create a blank slate (so that it looked empty instead of terrible) and a base for when we do our landscaping. Ron showed up on time with his crew. He was very professional, explained what they would be able to accomplish in the timeframe (I had purchased a big deal). They worked well, did a great job, and I ended up buying a bit of extra time for them to create neat bags and piles of the items that didn't fit into my green bin (they could have hauled it away but I chose to do it myself to save some $$). All in all, great experience!

I was contacted by email through the messaging on Angie's list and submitted the preferred dates working around the July 4th holiday. The email I received in response didn't acknowledge my 3 suggested pick up dates, but rather said the scheduling would be done on Wednesday Jul 2. I responded and explained the need for removal to make way for the house painters. I did not get a response although I continued to send update emails. I finally received a phone call on Monday, July 7, to schedule the pickup on Wed., July 9, after the painters had begun. I was told that the caller had been ill and lost her voice and that was why I had not been contacted earlier. I believe scheduling could have been done without using a voice by using email like the initial contact. If I had not prepaid the initial amount, I would have cancelled the job and hired someone else. I expected to pay additional for the haul away, but the Angie's list price was supposed to be a bargain. With the additional I was quoted when they arrived, the total price was the exact same I was quoted from others who were just charging their regular price. This was not a bargain or deal as compared to what others charge. I could not turn them away and try to get a refund and hire someone else, since the painters were already working and I needed it moved 3 days earlier. I felt cornered and without viable options. For these 2 reasons, I would not use them again and cannot recommend them. On the other hand, the crew who showed up actually called and ask to come earlier than scheduled. They were friendly and professional and they did an excellent job with the haul away.

The service was perfect in every way.

These guys were not only professional and timely, but really sweet. I would absolutely use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal for trash hauling from Ron's for $79. This covered 1/8 load (about a pick-up truck full). I couldn't use it right away, so I appreciated that he and his staff were very patient in setting up an appointment when I could get things together. They took away a lot of old computers and printers and general trash for the $79. It took them about an hour-and-a-half in 90-degree heat, so I feel I really got my money's worth. If I were not on such a limited budget, I would have paid extra for them to take more. Ron was punctual and showed up at the appointed time. He called about 20-30 minutes before he arrived to confirm his arrival. The crew was professional and did a great job. Just a side note: I first used Ron 15-20 years ago when a windstorm blew off our patio roof, and my experience was so good that I was happy to purchase this Big Deal from him. I will definitely use his services in the future. I'm already thinking about that dead tree out back....

Ron and crew arrived on time, called before to alert as to arrival time. They were courteous and professional in every way. Actually the experience was a very pleasant one and how can you say that about junk! Highly recommend Ron and crew.

He cleaned all the junk and demo debris, inlcuding an old tire (which other junk haulers refused to take) and even pulled up the wooden forms that were left on the side of the foundation for many years. He was very responsive, courtesous, and professional. We will definitely call him for future junk hauling.

I specifically stated when I scheduled the service that we had a deadline of 4/3/14. We called and emailed numerous times. The vendor did not show up or call on the pre-arranged date. He called on April 4/4/14, but we were foreced to hire someone else at twice the cost to meet the landlord deadline. I would have preferred a response prior to our deadline just to let me know he couldn't make the prearranged date.

Absolutely fantastic. I was hesitant at first but the minute they arrived at my house, I knew i was in good hands. Ron and his 2 workers were smart, hard-working and very nice. They made me feel as if they were personally interested in helping me out and completed the tasks at hand promptly and professionally. I'm so thrilled with the end result and appreciative of the process. Highly recommend.

They showed up right on time and proceeded to weed and mow all the dead and or out of control sections of the yard. They bundled it all up and took it all away. Showed up on time and didn't leave until all the areas we discussed were taken care of. Were very professional and would recommend and or use again!

I thought they were good. They finished what they said they would do. When I first called them, I thought they were trying to sell me more time, I didn't like that because they didn't even know my need. They assumed that I would need the longer term. If you're clear with them with what you need, they'll do a good job.

They did a couple of things that concerned me. When we ordered their services we ordered 1 guy for 3 hours and then 3 guys showed up to work for about an hour and a half, and I knew that's not what we agreed to. So I called their office and the lady tells me they sent 3 guys because they wanted to get it done in a hurry. I asked her if we still had the 3 hours and she said, "Yes". But they left before the 3 hours were up and they kind of hurried to do the last couple of bushes. So I probably won't use them again. They were good and all of that, but one guy who was using the weed trimmer ran out of gas, which was no problem. He set the trimmer on my lawn and burned a big dead hole in my lawn and you won't know it at the time, because the heat from the trimmer killed the grass. So the next day the grass in that area died where he set it down. He kept trying to start it and his boss told him to put gas in it. I think they even spilled some gas on my lawn. They came out May 14th and I spent $149. Maybe they had an off day. They charged me an extra $30 for something I thought would be included in the total fee. I wanted them to trim 8 bushed and 2 of them they couldn't do because they were up on a hill. They still didn't get he balance done in the time frame. So I called the dispatch and I found out she was the girlfriend of one of the guys. They were picking up their tools and I had my chainsaw on a pile of wood and I saw them trying to leave with it. I found it weird because they knew they didn't use a chainsaw to do their work.

They did the pickup, were clean and neat, but they had to charge me more because of the amount that had to be hauled.

It went extremely well! The deal I purchased was for 4 hours of garage clean out. I didn't realize at the time that that was four 'man hours', so when three men showed up, that translated into 1 hour 20 minutes from the start time. At first, I thought this was a disadvantage, as I would need time to decide which items to keep, which to relocate within the garage, which to give away, and which to discard. It turned out to be a good thing that time was precious, as I was forced to make decisions quickly. Ron and his crew were extremely professional, courteous, and hard working, and used the time efficiently. Ron was great at suggesting efficient ways to store items in the garage. I hired them for another hour and 20 minutes (an additional four man hours) and to haul away the trash (additional fee). It was well worth it, as my garage was clean and fairly organized (my husband still needs to go through the shelves of tools, car stuff, etc) and I'm happy with the results. I can highly recommend Ron!

It worked out well. There was no additional cost other than the Big Deal price.

$Ron and staff were professional and punctual. There were two loads of junk separated by about 50 feet that that I thought would be covered by the Angie's deal. Ron said that the second pile would cost on extra $ 50, but we negotiated to $40. Total cost: $120. I thought the extra money for this additional pile was a little bit excessive. However, if I initially taken time to put all my junk together in 1 pile, he most likely would have charged me 1 price. I guess its more my fault than his. Recommendations for future buyers: put all your junk in 1 large pile. You will probably get a better rate.

The good part is that they did show up and remove everything I requested them to remove. The downside is that a specific time was scheduled for them to arrive, but then they called to push it back. Ultimately, they didn't get to our building until very last in the afternoon because of a large prior job. So they ended up hauling out trash when people were coming back from work, which is what I wanted to avoid when I scheduled the job in the first place for the early afternoon.

Great Company. I bought a big deal on Angie's List for $79 to pick up construction debris. I noticed on the fine print it was for 1/8 of truck. I called Ron's to inquire about what the 1/8 of truck meant. The receptionist was very nice and explained everything very well so I had a pretty good idea of what they would be able to pick up. They were there on time and did a great job. I even got a call to tell me what exactly what they were picking up and that there were a few items that would require additional payment. It was only $20, which I though was a fair price, and now at least the front of my yard is clean and clear. I really appreciate that they called me re the additional cost before they did anything. I left a signed check for my son to fill in and unfortunately, he included the $79 in the total not realizing I had already paid that amount. Ron's receptionist called me that same day to tell me about the mistake. She simply took my $20 payment via credit card and shredded my check. I was so impressed with their honesty, they could have easily deposited the check and which would mean I would have to go through all the steps for a refund or credit. A very good, honest business, which I appreciate immensely given that I've been in a horrible 2-year situation with my remodel - it was so nice to deal with an ethical company. I would definitely recommend Ron's.

This provider did everything he said he would do and did a great job.

Ron's crew arrived a tad late but they were well worth the wait. Nice people, and even though I was a little reluctant at first to pay the amount Ron estimated for the demolition job, once I witnessed the care, speed, and excellent, thorough cleanup and haul away work, I realized that the price was quite reasonable. Ron, his fun, personable wife who works scheduling, and the entire crew have our thanks for making a major headache simply GO AWAY in a matter of hours. We won't hesitate to use them again in the future.
