I was getting my house ready to put on the market and I had 20+ years of stuff everywhere. Ron was great, he and his 3 guys showed up on time and worked wayyyyyy past the time they were going to initially work. I had a lot more junk than I knew I had. They went through all of my house and put everything on their truck. My garage alone was a total disaster before he showed up. After all of the clutter was gone, they cleaned up the garage.

My experience with Ron's Hauling was, overall, very good. I had purchased the $79.00 special and expected that I the items I requested to be removed would be included in the special. But that was not the case. I paid an extra $280.00 because the items took up more room in the truck than was advertised. I was a bit surprised because I had been contacted regarding what I wanted removed. I wish I had been told at that time that there would be extra costs. When Ron and his crew came, they were fabulous. The couch had to be taken down over the balcony because of it's size; the TV is old and very heavy, as was the rug. But Ron and his crew did such a good job - moving furniture to ease with the removal of the large items, being careful not to damage any thing, and putting everything back the way it was. He was wonderful - very methodical, thinks about the task at hand and has a plan before he begins. I understand why he needed to add additional charges - moving the items proved to be a real challenge - which he and his crew met. I just would have liked to have been informed about the additional charges ahead of time. Ron is such a nice, kind, professional man. He provided his crew with excellent direction and worked with them every step of the way. I really was comfortable and impressed with Ron. I asked him to give me an estimate on trimming my trees because I'd really like to use his services again. I highly recommend Ron's Hauling Services - he's fantastic.

It was fine. Scheduling was a bit confusing. The man who provided the service felt we should empty the entire storage area and we only wanted certain things removed. They did need to come back as they had left.

When contacted by this service, for an appointment I was not offered any of the days that I was free. I was told that they will have a truck in my area on 9/11. I told her that I may be available. She insisted on that date and that. I don't have to be there and they.could notify me by phone. I asked her how much is 1/8 of truck? She said something.about 8x8. I described my load to her and any overage would be negotiated by them onsite. I agreed. On the day of pickup I received a call saying I'm over the 1/8 truck and I I'd be charged $145.00.more for the job. I'm at the doctor's office and did not want to argue. So I gave him my credit card number. I was charged for an adduhhitional load which I know it wasn't that mucph. I feel that I was scammed.From $79. to an additional $145. And they ha e the gaul to leave me an estimate for a clean service.

The company arrived on time, with adequate number of men to haul to trunk a number of unwanted items from garage and yard. Ron, the supervisor, was polite and directed his crew to do the work. It took only a half hour for the work to be completed and the garage and driveway were swept clean.

used a voucher for $79 when they came out they quoted another $40 to take an AC unit. Even though i was expecting my voucher to cover the cost of everything as they quoted on an 8x8x3 space which my junk didn't fill. Happy that they took everything and the service was great.

They were on time, courteous, understanding as we spent a few minutes here and there trying to figure out what to do with things, and in general just made an experience we'd been dreading for the past year a breeze (for us at least ... they worked tremendously hard!). I wish I'd called them sooner. They were such hard workers and so careful with all our items -- we appreciated them so much. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and will call on them again in the future!

All I have to say is, if you need any kind of haul away/ clean-up service, call Ron! You'll be glad you did! They cleaned out my garage full of boxes and old junk. Swept the garage and cleaned up the driveway. Quick, efficient, professional, and very friendly too!

We had some trouble figuring out how to build the shelves, but we got it, and the guys were great.

Let's be candid....when you call a company to haul away trash for the first time in your life..you don't know what to expect....well, I was pleasantly surprised....my ex-tenants had left a ton of trash of all types..files... cardboard and metal, furniture, boxes of stuff, bags of stuff that over flowed.. a two car garage ..storage room and patio....it was a BIG job... Ron showed up on time...in fact.. courtesy called when he was running a bit late...assessed the job in a very professional manner ...gave me a fair price for the size of the job...and he and his crew started immediately...the job turned out to take longer than expected and he and his crew came back ..at their next open time...about a day & a half later and finished it up..at no extra charge....he was true to his word...the price was the price !.....they not only cleared everything out and hauled it away...but indeed hosed and cleaned the areas they worked on ...so it looked a clean as the day I bought the house i. Now for his secret weapon...his office manager/ partner Pauline...coordinated everything perfectly ..even on a weekend ...and confirmed on a Sunday and kept in touch via email, phone and text...she also has a great personality....in other words it was a grunt job handled in a truly hi tech and professional manner...I would recommend them to anyone..at any time period!....Steve

THEY WERE LATE MY DEAL WAS 2 MEN 2 HOURS OR 4 MEN 4 HOURS THEN 40 DOLLARS A MAN AFTER. THREE MEN SHOWED UP ONE WITH HIS SMALL SON HE WAS THE 'FORMAN' THE OTHER 2 MEN LOOKED LIKE HE PICKED THEM UP FROM HOME DEPOT. THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO THEY STOOD AROUND WAITING FOR INSTRUCTIONS. WAISTING TIME. THEY DID NOT TELL ME WHEN THEY STARTED BUT I SAW THEM STAND AROUND ALOT. ONCE THEY EMPTIED THE GARAGE IT TOOK FOUR PEOPLE TO SWEEP OUT THE SPACE AND IT TOOK THEM 20 MINUTES!!!!! FINALLY THEY PUT EVERYTHING BACK I HELPED TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS AND WHEN HE SAID THEY WERE FINISHED HE HIT ME WITH AN EXTENDED AMOUNT OF 185.00. I ARGUED WITH HIM ABOUT THE PRICE AND HOW HE CAME TO THAT AMOUNT. AGAIN I WAS NOT TOLD WHAT TIME THEY STARTED SO HIS CALCULATION WAS NOT OFFICIAL. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND INSULTING TO ME . I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND TELL EVEYONE TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Very professional and thorough. Went beyond what I expected.

Ron's workmen did a great job. It saved us so much time to get rid of junk that didn't qualify for recycling etc. Would use them again.

Very week, wonderful people including the secretary. They were clean and fast.

It went well, there were three workers who were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and went to work. They worked quickly and I was glad of that because I had a lot of "stuff" in my garage. There was a descrepency with the billing process, I had paid for one hour and twenty minutes, once that time was up I still needed work which ended up being an hours worth of work to complete the job. The time should have been explained better at the beginning of the job, but we worked it out in the end and I did not have to pay for any time I did not use. I can't help feeling like I got taken.

No service performed. Chose another company. Ron's Hauling service was not consistent with what they advertised. Date above reflects the date that the refund form was submitted.

erwardsRon and his crew did a great job of clearing away all of our piles. They swept and cleared the area afterwards. They were all very nice people to work with.

There was a mix up with addresses, billing vs. residence, but we worked it out. I was called every step of the way to keep me aware of where they were and how things were going. Once they were there the job was done in an expedient fashion and very professional. They are a definite recommendation, referral and reuse company.

They turned out very well. They were very punctual. They hauled a refrigerator and two dresser drawers that were old. They were all very nice and friendly. I really liked that! They do need a little a more of discount.

It went very well. I will call them again if I need to have more odds and ins hauled away.

We bought an Angie's list special which turned out to be the wrong service. We were able to buy the right service while the workers were there. As noted, the garage was left clean, neat and organized.

Hard to reach. Took weeks to schedule. And of course an up-sale.

Could not schedule the work on the weekend.

they were incredibly slow. took a long lunch break one hour after they arrived (and they arrived late).
