Description of Work: They did nothing, except take my $149. Original contact was spotty and then they just dropped off the face of the earth. Talked with Pauline about rescheduling and have never heard another word. This whole thing has really turned me off to any Angie's List offers.

Description of Work: They picked up an old non-working treadmill that needed to be discarded. Their truck got stuck in the driveway due to a steep hill and little turn-around room. Perhaps they should have checked it out before they drove the truck down, but they were eventually able to get out without damaging anything. It was great to have a service come pick up stuff that we could not get rid of ourselves.

Description of Work: Ron's crew showed up during the time window agreed upon and hauled everything away quickly and efficiently. I negotiated a rate to take more than what was originally discussed and I am very happy with this service. I definitely will use Ron again.

Description of Work: While the work they did was thorough, they only finished half of the area I thought they would. I contracted with them for another rate at the same special, but they still didn't finish. Ron presented my husband with a bill for approximately $500, but they ended up settling for less than that. I would have expected faster work, given this is his business. I don't like to think he and his crew dragged their feet to increase the price, but I still think they didn't work as fast as they should/could have. That's the main reason I won't use them again. If you need yard clean up and price isn't a concern, then I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Hauled away trash and debris from a partial remodel of kitchen and bath. Very prompt and very polite and professional. They even swept the complete space. Extremely pleased.

Description of Work: Ron did a huge clean-up in our yard that involved clearing a hill of ivy, digging out small tree roots, removing an old chain link fence with ivy attached, trimming back ivy and morning glory from another fence, and trimming three large palm trees. His crew were here all day and Ron did the final walk doing final clean up. Very pleasant and professional. Left the yard immaculate.
