We took down the old gutters that had joints that always leaked over our patio doors. Replacing those lengths was a small job so we understood we had to wait until they had time, but they were efficient and good.

Was on time for estimate. Called two different times to verify time of installation, again on time and had the job done in about 2 hours.

Of the 3 companies I called from Angie's List, they are the ONLY one that returned my call. They were prompt in calling me back, timely in showing up for an estimate and once I accepted the proposal, they had the job completed within days. I was totally satisfied and I would use them again if necessary.

Raina-way was recommended by James Robertson Roofing ( who was excellent)but didn't seem to want to co-ordinate their work with Mr.Robertson as I would have hoped, especially with the referral job was accomplished in 2 days, but the second day did not start until 2PM or so. Expecting their return the next AM I was a little in the dark as what to expect in regard to completion. A call to the office revealed uncertainty as to the field installers schedule. I guess they had bigger fish to fry.

Overall, experience was very good. Quick scheduling of the estimate and prompt scheduling for the work to be done. Had one discrepancy with the pricing on the estimate, but it was quickly worked out. Team of 3 workers arrived at their scheduled time. They worked quickly and completed the job in a very timely manner. Clean up was also well done.

Initial sales estimator arrived several hours early without notice. Luckily we were at home to allow access. The price quoted was not the least expensive of bids received, but we went ahead based on Angie's List recommendations. Work was scheduled promptly after acceptance of bid. Problems arose when crew arrived and determined that the job design quoted by salesman would not work due to existing gutter drainage. The salesman did not properly take into account existing system. The work crew said we would need more material than originally quoted, and the price would go up by 30%! We complained about misrepresentation on the original quote. After 30 minutes of discussion with management by phone, the issue was resolved. The company provided the extra material to do the job properly at no extra cost. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the material. We were happy too that the management chose to honor the quoted price, even though the salesman made a serious misjudgment.

I called on a Tuesday, and a representative came on Thursday at the specified time to give me an estimate. We agreed on the price, and the work was performed in a professional manner on the next Monday. An overall great experience. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Workers came on time and with all the correct materials. Work was done quick and clean. This company also had the best prices by far. We are going to have them do some more work.

Did good work, product used seems to be good, responded promptly to my initial call, see my other comments regarding current status.

First they send a person that supplies an estimate. The next day they give you the estimated cost. Then they schedule the work. They came on time, the workers were polite and professional. I'd say they've done a good job, but only a major storm would be the real test. Their price was competitive with other quotes I received. One of the reasons I picked this company is the recommendation I saw on Angie's list. Most companies I called didn't bother to return my call.

The company was very quick to get someone out to the house, which was a relief because it seems to be hard to a gutter person out to your house during the SoCal rainy season (one company said they had appts. at the end of March when I called Feb. 1st). The guy who did the bid was smart, well spoken, and on time. It took awhile for them to schedule the work, so I called back a few times. It was a small job, so I considered it a good thing they were able to do it all. My only concern was when they got the installers to come out, they had no idea when it was going to be nor would they contact me if they ran into trouble. ''They're installers, they know what to do.'' I was told. Sure enough, they did their job perfectly. I would consider the job an A if they were a little more interactive with the customer.
