He was okay. He was good too. There was an additional fee which didn't seem like it covered very much. He did what I needed him to do. He was very friendly. He had to take some things apart and he was able to resolve the problem with a reasonable amount of time. We thought it was going to take more. He resolved it without additional cost. It was based on the fixture I had. A lot of it were for the parts. He's pretty quick.

Benny could not have been more helpful. I started with one leaky toilet and another that would not flush. He gave me price options and advice in choosing new toilets, then bought them at the least expensive plumbing supply house. I thought I might need a new garbage disposal, but Benny found the source of the problem, then snaked out the connecting pipe. Later that day, the snaked pipe, started leaking (not Benny's fault), he returned early the following morning and replaced the leaky pipe. He then went around the house with me and we made a plan for future work. He advised me along the way, what was necessary and what could wait. Benny walked in with shoe covers on his shoes, a floor covering to protect my floors and a great attitude and disposition. He answered my phone calls immediately and arrived early, I will call him and refer his services without hesitation.

Benny and his son picked up a new water heater and upgraded our set-up to code. This required a number of changes. Benny walked us through the changes that we needed to make, did the modifications and installation. Both Benny and his son were very polite and careful during the installation. They did a wonderful job that looks great, works well and did a terrific job cleaning up before they left. This was the best experience we've had with a plumber in quite a while. We will definitely us them again.

Benny the owner of Pluming and Sewer Care did the service himself. The appointment was set at 8:00 AM and I was surprised that he arrived at my house earlier than the agreed time which is very rare nowadays. He was very professional and have all the equipment needed to perform the work. Used his camera to inspect the condition of the sewer line before performing the hydrojet service. Thoroughly explained to me every step of the service which made me confident the problem has been resolved after he hydrojetted the sewer line. Will use him again and will not hesitate to refer him to relatives and friends.

Benny arrived on time and was very professional. He put on shoe covers similar to the ones worn in hospitals, and was as neat as possible. The detection and repair required cutting through dry wall in the garage below. Benny did as little cutting as necessary to minimize the amount of repair work after. Overall, Benny wast great. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

Benny was prompt, professional and personable. I liked how he explained exactly what he was going to do, what was needed and why. Additionally, I liked his forethought to reverse the hot and cold water hose connections on the single style bar faucet I had him install because of its location, making it safer from causing anyone a potential scalding. He knows his business. He was very neat and cleaned up every area in which he worked. Plumbers can be very expensive but I thought his pricing was very good. He worked quickly and efficiently. He also was amenable to looking at my water heater as well as giving me an idea of how much a future project that I had in mind might cost. Next time I need a plumber, I will call Benny at Plumbing and Sewer Care.

Wow, very impressed! Benny was fast to respond, stayed in communication and came to my house the same day. And everything was fixed in no time. And the price was unbeatable. I wish I had Benny's name and number a few years ago when I needed a really good plumber for some remodeling work. Since I didn't yet have the replacement part, Benny reinstalled the old faucet in the meantime. He checked the issue and agreed that the problem would be fixed once I got the replacement cartridge. He worked with my busy schedule and was punctual, courteous, and best of all super clean. He wore surgical booties over his shoes prior to entering the house. Much appreciated.

I chose Benny after seeing all the great reviews in Angie's List, and as usual, the reviews are on point. He is the best plumber I've dealt with- honest, professional, courteous, friendly, and he really cared about doing the job right. He came Saturday morning to check my bath tub faucet leak and replaced the handles. That should have fixed a normal leak, but we found out that the pipe had a crack which was causing the leak. Benny said that he would need to cut a hole through the tiles to get to the damaged pipe and we would need to reschedule as that kind of work takes a few hours. He knew I was only available during the weekends and he didn't want me losing all that water, so he offered to work on a Sunday morning. So the next day, he came in with all his tools and a new and complete shower fixture. He worked for almost 4 hours, cutting through the tile, cutting the cracked pipe, welding new copper pipes into the system, and putting a new faucet fixture (that if we need to repair in the future, we can shut it off without shutting off the water supply to the entire house - cool). His work was clean, polished, beautiful, and great. His caulking was masterful. He really cares a lot about the job and service he provides. And after work was done, he cleaned up and left the place as clean or even cleaner than before. I will hire him again for my next project. and oh, he did quality work and gave me a discount for being an Angie's list member. Nice :)

Benny was amazing. Really feel like he cares about your project and takes the time to get it right. I never felt like he was rushing or taking short cuts. He advised me on certain things to do on my bathroom renovation project, and came 4 times to do little things each time, never charging me more. He's the 4th plumber I've used at my house in 2 years since I've been here, but I'm only going to use him from now on. I would highly recommend Benny. Already had him out to work on something at a rental property I own. His prices are good. He is not super cheap, his prices are good but for the quality you won't find any better price.

Benny was terrific, professional, punctual and very friendly. He showed up exactly when he said he would and took care of the crack in my drain line and since I was selling my house he checked my water pressure and brought my water heater up to code. He hydro jetted the sewer line from the house to the city main, around three hundred feet successfully. He clearly is an expert.. I Manage several properties, I know a professional we I see one. Benny, the owner of Plumbing & Sewer Care, has worked for us on numerous occasions at several properties. Honestly, he is everything you could hope for in a tradesperson. He shows up on time, he is extremely clear about what you need and, more importantly, what you don't need. We bought a new home and found out during inspection that the sewer line would probably need to be replaced in the next year. We hoped that we could put it off. Instead we asked Benny to come and install a new cleanout for us. Upon installing the cleanout, Benny showed me the old pipe from the house. It was completely rotted through at the bottom and he suggested that we move forward with the sewer line sooner than later. After an initial freakout about having to move forward faster than we'd thought, Benny explained how we could do the line and preserve our mature landscaping. While the line was longer than is possible to do completely trenchless, Benny found the least intrusive spot in order to dig for the next section of the line. But here's the best part: after our initial talk, the whole thing was done in three or four days, including clean up! Amazing! Since that time we call on Benny for all the big and small jobs. His work is consistently high quaility, his prices are fair and he always wears shoes covers in the house! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We have used Benny for smaller jobs before this one and he was so professional, so fairly priced and such a nice guy, that when we had a major plumbing issue this weekend, there was no hesitation about who to call. Saturday evening the toilet wouldn't flush and when we continued to try, sewage water started coming up from the shower drain! Benny had alerted us that we would eventually have sewage water issues because of the incomplete job the house remodelers did on our new home. He answered the phone on a Saturday night! And we asked if he could come the next day to take a look. He was there early Sunday morning - at no extra charge - and diagnosed our issue. Since he's saved us so much unnecessary plumbing work in the past, I knew I could trust him when he told us that this time, it would be a big repair. I don't even know all the work that he did, but I know he removed all the old, cracked, cast iron pipes and replaced them with pvc pipes... he installed an external sewer line access so that if we have problems in the future, there would be an easy to reach access point. He had to uproot plants (which he planted right back!) The clean up job was fantastic, you would have never known anyone was even there. I'm not kidding when I say that he is our plumber for life. I've referred him to my dad who owns two medium sized apartment buildings and even he said that Benny was really good! I'm so grateful to Angie's list. I never would have found him otherwise.
