benny is very nice and does a good job. we talked about the leak and he then told me my options along with the pricing. he had to go out to purchase a part and that did not change the price. a big plus is that he is careful, cleans up, is reliable andarrives on time!!!

I took advantage of one of the Angie's List deals but there was a scheduling problem. I called the AL advisor and he managed to set me up with Benny at Plumbing & Sewer Care. Benny couldn't exactly match the deal but got to just $10 more. He was able to come the next day, he called me before he arrived - on time. There were no complications. Dealing with Benny was a pleasure. He is very professional and did a great job. I would absolutely use them again.

Benny was awesome, he was prompt, professional, and honest. He was able to see us the next morning for a leaky toilet. He said he could come between 8am to 9am nut actually arrived at 7:55am and he came about 20 to 30 miles away. He quickly assessed the toilet and knew what was wrong. Fortunately, it was a simple fix. He even re grouted the bottom of the toilet, even though he could have left it for us to do. He didn't charge us for any additional fees. Benny was very professional. Was able to schedule his visit for the same day that I called. Arrived right on schedule, inspected the premises and was able to clear the clog without any trouble. He was very pleasant and cleaned up after the job was completed, which was very much appreciated.

Benny was able to come right out when I called, arriving within half an hour. An old pipe outside, but right next to, the house had burst open, so we'd had to shut off all water from the mains. He needed to break a large chunk of corrosion away from the pipe in order to even find the hole, and did some trenching to expose it. He then removed the damaged part and fitted a galvanized cap on the end. Benny was careful to warn that this is a temporary fix; the rest of the piping is probably just as bad. We're having him come back to write us up an estimate for a repiping. I was very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail, and would definitely recommend his services.

He fixed the leak did a good job on that. But Knob still don't work. he charged me around 200$ on top of what i paid for the coupon. i felt buying the coupon was an invite to get extract more money,

Benny contacted me right away after I paid for drain cleaning service through Angie's List. The service was prompt and Benny was very professional. No problems with the repairs.

This was a big deal purchase. I was not particularly happy with this one. The only thing he had to do to the drains was unclog them. He had to take them apart but one he put together is not working really well. I think the cost was something like $75 a drain. It just seemed very expensive just to unplug two bathroom sinks. It also was $29 for a service call. I think they came out right away.

Benny is the best. He is patient, and really listens to what you need. He understands budget limitations and is reasonable. He did excellent work that I know will last for years. He came back because he realized he should install a plate over the work so the drywall guys wouldn't drill in to the new pipe. I will go to him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Benny did the job exactly as advertised. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Benny at Plumbing and Sewer Care was incredible. First he happily accompadated a change to the appointment time that I was my fault. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He took care in my home - treating every room with respect - he was clean about his work and explained every step of the process. What I thought was a routine roto-rooter - turn out to be a bit more and he successfully located the problem efficiently. Clearly he has an expertise in plumbing and even offered some suggetions should the problem occur in the future. His price was fair and resonable and I would DEFINITELY hire him in the future. Benny at Plumbing & Sewer Care did an excellent job on clearing tree roots, hydro jetting and installing a new lining within the sewer line to repair a sewer line failure. This was the most extensive plumbing repair that I have had to deal. Benny is very professional, always was on time, gave excellent descriptions and explanations of the problem and the options to repair the sewer line. He takes real pride in the quality of his work and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Benny and am very pleased with the quality of the work that he performed.
