+ -1 moreBenny was awesome! After spending the previous day waiting around for a plumber who gave us a 4 hour window and then never showed and didn't respond to phone calls (who does that!!?) I got on Angie's List to find someone who had great reviews. I was calling on a Saturday and hopeful for same day service. Benny answered the phone himself and told me that he could make it over after another appointment. After his other appointment he called to say he was on the way and arrived promptly. He was professional in every way. He assessed the situation, left to retrieve the all parts needed, and returned to do a fantastic job. The bathtub leak was fixed, all the fixtures were replaced with new ones, and the toilet in another room was also fixed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, professional, knowledgeable plumber who is more than fair in his pricing. It's nice to know there are professionals like Benny out there who care about doing great work and giving excellent customer service. Thank Benny, we will be using your services again should the need arise.
Description of Work: We had a bad leak in the bathtub faucet and bathtub fixtures that were old and needed to be replaced. We also needed work done on a toilet.

It was him explaining what the issue was - we actually had some calcium in the line. He was able to explain that's what was preventing the shut-off valve from working. He was in contact with me on multiple issues at the property, so I like his response and how fast he got back to me and overall attitude.
Description of Work: This was for a Big Deal for $29 Plumbing Service Call Plus Credit Toward Repairs. He had to repair a shut-off valve and install a faucet.

+ 1 moreAfter recently having two plumbers out to my house who were unable to unclog my main sewer line, I called Plumbing and Sewer Care. Benny, the owner, came out to my house on time and was able to diagnose the problem by doing a video inspection. He then hydro-jetted the pipe, and then suggested that I have the sewer line relined, and that would solve my clogging problem. I found Benny to be very personable, professional and excellent at explaining what needed to be done. I did have the sewer line relined. I would highly recommend Plumbing and Sewer Care, and I plan on calling Benny in the future for any other plumbing problems that I have in my house.

+ -1 moreFor other jobs, I would definitely call him again and will recommend him to others. And we've learned our lesson that the next time we remodel a bathroom that we WON'T be choosing a vessel sink!
Description of Work: We've had a troublesome, persistent stopped up drain in a master bathroom vessel sink off and on for a few years. We've had other plumbers come out and troubleshoot, but it keeps clogging. I did my own troubleshooting by clearing the J trap, but made matters worse by loosening a nut I didn't know was there that caused a slow leak I couldn't stop. Benny came out and did a full check of the sink, including a snake of the line to make sure that wasn't the problem, and also identified we had a faulty stopper (vessel sinks have a fancy push down stopper and it wasn't in the right position to allow for free water passage.) On my own, I had been clearing this drain for years with plunging, chemicals, and what not, and had also researched the perils of owning a vessel sink. As Benny explained the work that was performed and all the checks he'd done, it was consistent with my research. As a professional, he had the added touch that I didn't have as a layman. I've had cheaper plumbers work on the sink, but you really do get what you pay for. Benny's time and rate charged for a simple job like this I felt was fair, and actually lower than other deals on Angie's list and on Yelp.

I had simply not turned the vale far enough, and he ex0plained to me that this required a large number of turns given the type of valve it is. His concise explanation and honesty were very impressive and appreciated. I wanted to let folks know about him. This dude seems to be the genuine article folks.
