Description of Work: My hot water heater "died" all of a sudden yesterday so of course I checked Angie's List for service providers. I called and spoke to Ben who came over within a few hours yesterday evening to check out the problem. He was able to get all the parts before returning this morning and installing a new water heater. I was impressed with his professionalism, customer service and great communication on the issues and solution. I highly recommend this company!

+ 1 moreWe had a overflow from our drain for the clothes washer and found a deal thru Angie's for drain cleaning. I needed service right away so I called directly to make an appointment. Bernie arrived within an hour and started work to snake the drain. I liked the care he took to place a protective pad where he was working as well as booties while walking around inside the house (plumbing can be pretty messy after all). After running the snake it was apparent that the drain was still slow so Bernie advised to have the line hydro-jetted to remove the excess black sludge that had built up over, probably, the life of the house. That was the cure. Snaking doesn't get to the walls of the pipe if it's built up as it was so a good call on his part and well explained as to why the hydro-jet was the way to go. I also inquired about our main sewer line's location and Bernie ran a camera/locator unit and was able to give me a good quote for connecting to the line from a room addition and bathroom. Very professional and straightforward, will definitely be using his services in the future.
Description of Work: Drain cleaning using hydro-jet to remove built up sludge.

+ 0 moreMy water heater had burst and was leaking all over the house, I called Benny and he was very professional and prompt. He was able to come out very fast. This was my second water heater that had problems within a few years. Benny helped me a great deal by suggesting to replace it with a tankless water heater, which in the long run would also save me money on my gas bill and the city would provide me with a rebate. I am glad I took his advice and had him replace it with a tankless heater. I am very satisfied, not only did he save me money, but I was able to save space by getting rid of the large water heater. I greatly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, quality of work along with his cleanliness. Since I saw the quality of work he provided and his knowledge I also had him check another problem I had in my bathtub that three other plumbers couldn't fix somehow he fixed it. Definatly using him again for all of my plubming issues, best part of it was his pricing was great.

Description of Work: I really was happy and satisfied with this company I called them on Saturday with a major overflow in my restroom I didn't know what to do , benny was very prompt and he told me everything will be fine and was at my place in less then half an hour I was so relieved when I saw him and the work that he did for me was very clean ,and quick that's what I needed , I will always be grateful and call him back for any of my plumbing issues ...thx again benny
