I called KSN and requested a quote on some repairs on two electric gates. JM came out the next afternoon to walk the job. I waited 5 days for the estimate before I called to remind them I was still waiting for the quote. The girl who answered the phone said she would have it over to us that day or the next. Nothing. Three days later my husband called for the quote which was finally sent the next day. Nine days before I could see the estimate. These are my access gates. I needed them to get repaired quickly because I use them everyday, all day. I called another service provider who came by that afternoon, gave us a quote on the spot, showed up the next day to start work and the price was less than 1/3 of what KSN bid.

KSN responded within 48 hrs of our call for an estimate to repair/replace a problem driveway gate motor (very old). Please note: two other companies serviced the motor within the past 18 mos and and quot;fixed itand quot;. We had one previous estimate to replace the motor from a different company and KSN's was higher. However, Jose seemed much more efficient and knowledgeable than the previous company's estimator. In addition, he looked at the side gate touch pad, which hadn't worked in 2 years, and immediately said he could fix it without impacting the estimate. Jose completed the job in one day, cleaned up when he was done, and did a thorough job. He was extremely friendly. In addition, he didn't like the way the side gate closed and made an additional trip to install a new door knob (his suggestion, not ours, and it did the trick). We would hire them again and request Jose.

Julio was quick to find a time to come by, check out the problem, and provide me with an explanation and a firm bid. He came exactly when planned and was very cheerful. Also, the area around the gate was filled with mud and wet leaves and he cleaned the entire area up.

After dealing with a broken garage door for a while, my friend recommended my KSN Electric Gates since she's been working with them for a few years and is very please with their work. So, I called and scheduled an appointment and they were very professional, came over took measurements, explained all my options and sent me an estimate. After I agreed to the estimate we scheduled an installation date and was very surprised by the level of expertise and professionalism. They cleaned after themselves and answered all my questions. Now I'm going to have them install an intercom at my house after I learned the wide selection of services they offer.
