A very positive experience. My freezer was not freezing. Grant troubleshot and quickly isolated the problem. He took the time to fully inform me what the problem was and then presented me with options. There was no pressure at all to go with a more expensive, though longer-term, fix. Hrant called immediately, set up a time for the next day and was there on schedule. He did the maintenance and ordered a part for repair and was back the NEXT day with it. Amazing service.
