+ -1 moreEndless delays and inability to contact contractor. Our work was scheduled around other jobs and took months longer than promised. The front and backyard drip systems were also installed incorrectly above the weed fabric so the hoses show and pop up through the gravel. Contrator intalled the wrong kind of plants (shrubs instead of groundcover) so that other plants are obscured and wasted. Weed fabric installed in patchs so weeds and old grass come up everywhere. Also installed some high water use plants when we requested only drought tolerent plants (which died). Contractor failed to correct or compensation for any of the above. Foolishly we retained services to maintain yard hoping he would make corrections. Now contractor has allowed yard to overgrow and fails to return calls, texts, emails...a total flake! I am a professional property manager and have delt with contractors for 35 years and this is most frustrating and negative experience I have ever had. I would NEVER use or recommend this contractor.
