They ignore text messages and ask the wrong questions at the wrong time. They didn't ask if "everything is OK" while the workers were still here but afterwards and they had to come back twice. There was no hassle but people tend to not like this "nonsense". They're OK but referring them to a friend would cause some reluctance.

Not only did they give a great price for a lot of work, but they did a wonderful job, fast but good, they did a little extra and made sure I was happy before they left. They also did a very good job of cleaning up. We had to cut down about 30 trees including a huge palm and did a bunch of fruit tree pruning. I would definitely hire them again if I need any tree services.

They trimmed and thinned out a very large olive tree, as well as cut down and cut back several other trees. They really worked with our schedule, were on time, were professional, and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend using this company. I will be calling them in the future to do more work. They cut down a large dead tree efficiently and expertly, carefully avoiding a nearby power line by controlling the direction at which cut sections of the tree fell. They also removed some previously cut branches for no additional fee. They provided good value for the price charged. Will use them again.

I received 3 estimates to remove very large cypress trees (one of them dead), and a huge bougainvillea tree from the front of my house. The dead cypress tree was easily 40 feet high, so I was expecting to pay a premium for its removal. Elias from Commercial Tree Service offered the lowest bid, and agreed to perform the work within days of my signing the contract. A crew of 4 showed up early, got right to work, and not only removed the trees I had requested, but also offered to take out some large dead shrubs on my parkway, at no extra charge! All the trees were stump ground, so the end result is a very clean look. Now, the beauty of my house is visible, since all the ugly trees are gone. I will definitely hire Commercial Tree Service again. In fact, I plan to have them back to remove a large wisteria that has taken over my entire side yard, and another dead tree in my back yard.
