Alan arrived before I did and was met by our realtor. He inspected many common areas of the condo complex including the roof. He was very thorough and took his time in each room. He tested water flow in each area, electrical outlets, dishwasher, washer & dryer unit, heating & air conditioning, oven & stove, garbage disposal, and made sure proper fire and carbon monoxide detectors were installed and working properly. The inspection took about an hour for a 2-bedroom condo. He took pictures and had a laptop for making notes. Within 2 hours, we had an emailed report. He had a few recommendations -- things that needed to be repaired or corrected before we buy the condo. We reviewed them with our realtor and submitted them to the seller as part of our purchase agreement. It all happened very quickly. A great experience!
