+ -1 moreERIC CAME TO DETERMINE PROBLEM AND NOTED PARTS REQUIRED. HE THEN RETURNED TWICE MORE BECAUSE FIRST SET OF PARTS DID NOT FIT. ORIGINAL PARTS FOR 17 YEAR OLD DRAPES HAD TO BE SPECIAL ORDERED HIS PERSISTENCE, PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY WERE EXCEPTIONAL

+ -1 moreOur shutters were over 30 years old. They did an exceptional job. The original manufacture was out of business. I would defiantly use them again and the price was more then reasonable.

+ -1 moreJULIE THEIR DESIGN CONSULTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE COLORS, FABRICS AND TYPES OF DRAPES THAT MET MY REQUIREMENTS. ONCE SHE HAD MEASURED AND PLACED THE ORDER, THE SALES MANAGER CAME OUT TO REMEASURE TO ENSURE SATISFACTION. WHEN THEY STARTED TO INSTALL THE BEDROOM DRAPES WE DID RUN INTO A SMALL CHALLENGE, BUT IT WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND TODAY I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
Description of Work: AFTER WE REMODELED OUR HOME WE USED ALLBRIGHTS SERVICES TO HELP US SELECT DRAPERIES AND VERTICAL BLINDS FOR OUR HOME. ONCE SELECTED AND ORDERED, THEY ALSO INSTALLED THEM.
