Description of Work: Dupont Pest Control did an excellent home inspection prior to our house closing escrow. The provided a detailed report outlining exactly what needed to be addressed and helped us demand $4500 dollars back from sellers on escrow. They took their time to explain all their findings and were truly professional

+ -1 moreDewitt visited at least six times over two years for free spot treatments of termites that were not wiped out by the initial drilling and application. Because of extraordinary depth of the foundation, the initial drilling was very difficult. Yet he charged just the normal rate and followed with free treatments in the walls.
Description of Work: Drilled concrete to apply termiticide and followed with many free repeat visits to control residual infestation.
